  • When you subscribe to the tariff, it is activated for a period of 30 days free of charge, then it will cost 15 ₽ per month. If you don’t need it, turn it off using the command *155*330# or in your personal account;

How to activate the tariff?

Before connecting to the Tele2 “My Online” tariff, carefully read its terms and conditions and select the necessary options. You can switch to the “My Online” tariff of Tele2 with your phone number or order a new one. You can buy a SIM card on the operator’s website or at a specialized sales showroom in your city.

When ordering on the website, you must provide your passport details. Therefore, before connecting to the “My Online” tariff from Tele2, prepare your passport. You can also order delivery to your home or choose the delivery method - pickup.

If you are already a Tele2 subscriber, you can switch to the “My Online” tariff in your personal account. Enter a valid phone number into the site login form. Receive a temporary password via SMS and log in to your personal account. There, select the “Change tariff” option.

Eventually

After the changes on November 26, 2021, it became much worse: they removed unlimited in instant messengers and social networks (if you connect them all for a fee, it’s + 135 ₽ to the monthly subscription fee). On the other hand, calls and SMS to numbers in your home region have dropped significantly (almost 30%) in price: from 1.95 rubles to 1.50 rubles per minute of conversation or message. Calls and messages to other regions have increased slightly in price from 1.95 to 2.00 rubles.

If you used this tariff before and used unlimited, then I would not recommend switching to the new version. But if you shared the Internet, then you can no longer do this with the archived version of the tariff. What is more important to you?

I would recommend this tariff to new subscribers only if you need to make a lot of calls within the network; in other cases, it is better to choose a tariff with packages of minutes for calls to other operators.

If you don't use a SIM card

If you do not use the SIM card for more than four months in a row, the funds may be written off and the number may be blocked. Keep an eye on this.

In the event that the Subscriber does not perform actions that entail the debiting of funds for services rendered, for a consecutive period of 120 days, without a break that interrupts the specified period, and funds are not credited to the Subscriber’s personal account within the specified period (inactive mode), the Subscriber’s personal account begins a daily subscription fee of 3 rubles will be charged, including VAT.

The debiting of the subscription fee ceases from the next day after the Subscriber’s personal account reaches a zero balance or funds are credited to the Subscriber’s personal account.

If the balance of the Subscriber's personal account is equal to or below zero for 180 (one hundred and eighty) consecutive calendar days, the Agreement for the provision of communication services is considered terminated at the initiative of the Subscriber.

Roaming Tele2

For Tele2 users, roaming will be available abroad even without a connection. The service is activated automatically, but because of this there is a risk of debiting funds from the balance, so the operator recommends disabling call forwarding with the command ##002# before traveling abroad. For certain countries, special roaming conditions are provided, so it is advisable to check this information on the operator’s website at the link tele2.ru/mobile/roaming . Enter the name of the country you are going to travel to and find out the conditions offered to you.

Otherwise, the same roaming conditions apply to all Tele 2 subscribers:

  1. 350 rubles per day. The fee is charged only on the days when you use the mobile Internet.

  5. After using up the entire package with messages, the cost will be 1.95 rubles. At the same time, this price remains the same for the home region and Russia.
  6. Text message sent to other countries – 5.5 rubles/sms.
  7. One multimedia message – 6.5 rubles.
  8. After the traffic in the “My Online +” offer is exhausted, there is an option to use, which turns on automatically when the megabytes disappear. Connection is carried out only up to 5 times a month. The price of each such connection will be 50 rubles, while the extension of access to the network is carried out only by 500 MB.

To check the remaining traffic on a tariff plan, customers can use the usual combination *155*0#. If the use of an additional one is not necessary, then it can be very easily disabled via a service request *155*310#.

My online+

The “My Online+” tariff is an advanced version of the previous service. The cost of the improved tariff is:

  • 630 rubles for Moscow.
  • 450 rubles for St. Petersburg.
  • 450 rubles for Rostov.

  1. Increased Internet traffic package - with the “My Online+” tariff, subscribers receive 30 GB of Internet. After the package is exhausted, the opportunity to connect opens - 500 MB for 50 rubles. The number of times you can purchase additional internet is limited - the option can still be used no more than 5 times per month.
  2. Another innovation is that you can use free Internet not only within your home region, but throughout Russia.
  3. The amount of free minutes has been increased. 800 minutes for all Russian operators is enough, considering that the main communication channels are instant messengers and social networks. Please note that the remaining minutes are carried over to the next month.
  4. The number of free messages remains the same - 50 pieces. Considering the unlimited traffic in instant messengers, a small volume of SMS is just a nice addition.
  5. Unlimited Internet for social networks: Facebook, VK, Viber, WhatsApp, Tam-Tam and Odnoklassniki.

Methods

There are five main ways to change the tariff plan: USSD request, in your personal account on the website, through the official mobile application, by calling the technical support number by phone, or by visiting the office in person.

USSD request

First, it is recommended to find out the current tariff plan and its conditions. This method is one of the simplest and most efficient. You just need to dial *107# on your phone and press the call button. As a result, the display will display information with the name of the tariff plan and information about the city of connection.

However, this information may seem insufficient to many due to a lack of information. Additional information about the parameters of the tariff plan (cost of calls, SMS, etc.) can be found by using the command *107#. Within about a minute after sending the USSD request, you will receive an SMS message containing the required data. Despite the fact that in deciding how to find out the tariff in Tele2, this method can be considered the easiest, difficulties may arise with it - for example, due to technical problems with the mobile operator.

To switch to the tariff you are interested in, you need to know the corresponding USSD request. Examples:

  • Classic: *630*8#.
  • My online: *630*3#.
  • My online plus: *630*4#.

Personal Area

This method can be considered the most fully functional, since a number of tariffs are customizable to the needs of the subscriber:

  • Initially, you need to log into your personal account with your username and password. The subscriber's phone number is used as a login. The password can be a one-time password, which is sent as an SMS message when you enter a phone number on the website of the mobile operator Tele2, or permanent. A permanent password can be set on the site after logging in using a one-time password.
  • Next, you need to select the “tariffs” section in the top context menu and go to it.
  • The user will receive a list of tariffs currently available for connection. By clicking on the one of interest, a visitor to your personal account will receive information on this tariff.
  • If everything suits you, then you need to click on the “change tariff” button and confirm the transition.

Depending on the selected tariff plan, the subscriber may be asked to customize it to suit his needs: spending on the Internet, SMS, calls, etc.

Application

The application is analogous to a personal account and all manipulations for changing the tariff are completely identical. The only difference is that you first need to download the official My Tele2 software.

By phone

This method is implemented by calling 611. The issue can be resolved in one of two ways:

  • Independently in tone mode by selecting the appropriate voice menu item and confirming the transition by pressing the required button on the physical or virtual keyboard of the phone.
  • Wait for the operator's response and make a verbal connection request. The operator will transfer you to the tariff plan you are interested in, and you will receive an SMS notification, or send you an SMS message with a special USSD command.

If you want to use this method to change the tariff plan on a USB modem, then you can simply move the SIM card from the modem to your mobile phone, and then make the call described above.

In the office

To change your tariff plan at the sales office of your mobile operator, you will need to take your passport with you to confirm the identity of the SIM card owner.

  • Tell the consultant the name of the tariff plan to which you want to switch.
  • If you have not yet decided what you want to switch to, then tell the consultant about the priority use of the phone: calls and SMS within the network, calls to local cell/landline numbers or long-distance numbers, use of the Internet, and so on.   • who uses Wi-Fi most of the time and uses mobile Internet only a little;
  • who is often outside the roaming range.

Despite such a small traffic, “My Conversation” is popular among people, and if you wish, for a small amount you can add minutes, SMS or gigabytes and use the tariff plan to the fullest.
