How to activate the “Classic” tariff of Tele2

To connect, you need to fill out an application on the company’s official website, or personally visit any mobile phone store.

New subscriber

1. Contact your nearest communications store. Call the hotline or write to the service support center on the company’s official website.
2. Conclude an agreement on the provision of mobile communication services.
3. Get a new SIM card.
4. If you are a new subscriber, this will be your permanent number. If you are switching from another mobile operator, then this number will be temporary, and later updated and transferred to the one that was previously on a permanent basis.
5. With a temporary number, the client continues to fully use communication services. All outgoing and incoming calls, messages and traffic correspond to those stated in the tariff. No additional fees or charges.
6. After processing the previous number, the transfer is carried out. Physically, he continues to use the same card, the number changes.
7. A day before this operation is carried out, the Tele2 client receives a notification.

Important information

If a subscriber does not make transactions for 120 calendar days that could lead to debiting money from the balance, and does not credit funds to the account, the operator charges a daily subscription fee of 3 rubles .

Tele2 company stops charging subscription fees from the next day after the personal account balance is zero, or when the user deposits money. If the user's balance is equal to or less than zero for 180 calendar days , the agreement for the provision of telecommunications services is terminated automatically .

If the SMS consists of more than 70 Cyrillic or 160 Latin characters, the SMS will be broken into parts. Each such part will be charged as a separate SMS.
