Internet traffic is rounded up to 150 kb/sec. If a subscriber creates too much of a load on the network, the Tele2 operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Internet at good speed. If the user is located in Norilsk, a speed limit may occur.

If the balance is not replenished within 120 calendar days, a daily subscription fee in the amount of 3 rubles begins to be charged. The procedure will be automatically suspended as soon as there are no funds left in the account, if there were any in the first place. If the balance is zero for more than 180 days, the contract is terminated, the operator indicates the citizen’s initiative as the reason.
