Many owners of Beeline numbers appreciated the benefits of this service, and, first of all, due to the lack of a monthly rate. Everything is “scheduled” minute by minute, namely:

  1. Conversations from incoming calls are not paid.
  2. A minute of an outgoing call costs 1.7 rubles. And it doesn’t matter whether you communicate within the network or with numbers from other operators.
  3. A minute of outgoing calls to numbers of Beeline and other operators in other cities of Russia is estimated at 2.5 rubles. The situation is different when dialing to Crimea and Sevastopol.
  4. A minute of conversation with residents of Crimea and Sevastopol (via mobile communications) is estimated at 7 rubles.

The situation will change a little if an additional one is connected to your number. Then all outgoing calls to Beeline numbers with a similar “friendly” tariff will be completely free.

The account status will change if you communicate with residents of the CIS countries. In-network prices are as follows:

  • outgoing calls to Tajikistan – 7 rubles 1st minute of conversation, then – 1 rub/min;
  • outgoing calls to Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan – 2.5 rubles/min.

Welcome

Option “Unlimited Internet” - unlimited Internet in the Russian Federation + 500 MB/day in roaming in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan without additional charges. Subscription fee – 3.3 rubles/day.

Option “Package of minutes in the CIS” (Tajikistan Tcell, Kyrgyzstan Beeline): 1-30 min/day 0 rub/min, then at the base cost according to the tariff (3 rub/min). Subscription fee 5 rubles/day. The option is automatically activated upon the first call to the directions included in the option.

On the tariff, it is possible to connect 1 additional number to the tariff - 100 rubles/month (charged daily)

When terminating the contract, changing the tariff, changing the payment system, blocking the number (due to loss, due to lack of funds in the account, etc.), the operator reserves the right to recalculate and deduct from the subscriber the cost of the package of services included in the tariff in proportion to the services used for the current calendar month and/or days of the billing period during which the subscriber’s number was blocked. This condition does not apply to cases where the subscriber’s number is blocked during the full billing period and to cases where the number is blocked at the request of the subscriber.

Connections lasting less than 3 seconds are not charged.

Telephone calls are charged per minute.

Non-chargeable volume of transmitted/received data at the beginning of each session: when using - 0 KB. The volume of data transmitted/received during the billing period is rounded up: by - with an accuracy of 150 KB.

If the subscriber creates a significant load on the network, including using peer-to-peer protocols, the speed of the mobile Internet cannot be guaranteed by the operator.

Communication services when traveling around Russia on the Beeline network mean the subscriber’s use of Beeline communication services while in the Russian Federation outside of their home region.

Notes

1. The subscriber can pay for communication services in cash or using bank cards. If the funds in the “electronic” account are exhausted, the service of the number is suspended, including the interruption of an unfinished conversation. To resume service, it is enough to top up your “electronic” account within the next 240 days (or another period established in accordance with the agreement). Failure to activate the card, starting amount or failure to make a payment in another form within 240 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement/purchase of a SIM card/USIM card and if the new payment card is not activated (or funds are not deposited through other channels) before the expiration of 240 days from the moment the Notional Amount on the Electronic Account reaches a value insufficient to pay for the service tariff unit, the Agreement is considered terminated at the request of the Subscriber, and the obligations of the Parties are terminated.

2. A month is defined as a period of 30 days. For fewer or more days in a calendar month, the monthly fee is charged proportionally. The indicated monthly fee is debited daily at 20 rubles. in a day. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the subscription fee will be charged in full, after which the subscriber number will be blocked, and the provision of communication services will be suspended.

3. Packages included in the monthly fee are provided immediately after connecting or switching to a tariff and then on the 1st day of each calendar month. In addition to the indicated directions, the included minutes are spent on listening to messages on voice mail. Unused minutes are not carried over to the next billing period.

4. Mobile Internet is included in the monthly fee for the tariff plan, valid when the subscriber is on the home network and when traveling around Russia on the Beeline network, with the exception of Chukotka Autonomous Republic. districts, Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea. Disabling the service is not possible. There is no connection fee. Provided at the highest possible speed provided by the data transmission technology used (GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSDPA, LTE). On the territory of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in the Beeline network, the cost of 1 MB is 10.95 rubles. The volume of transmitted/received data during a session is rounded up to the nearest 150 KB. Session is the time from the moment an Internet connection is established until it ends.

5. Included SMS messages are spent on the specified destinations when the subscriber is on the home network and when traveling around Russia on the Beeline network. Unused SMS messages are not carried over to the next billing period.

7. Long-distance and international communication services are provided automatically if there is any positive amount in the subscriber’s “electronic” account.

11. The “Unlimited Internet in roaming” option is available in international roaming. Internet usage fees are charged only on days of Internet use. The option is activated the first time you access the Internet in international roaming and is valid until the end of the current day. The volume of traffic provided during the day is calculated according to the time of the subscriber’s connection region. When changing the tariff plan, the subscriber agrees with all the conditions, including the need to reconnect a number of additional services (Caller ID, etc.) and pay for their connection, if this is provided for in the new tariff plan.

The indicated tariffs are valid when the subscriber is in the home network (unless otherwise expressly provided in the price list). Outside the home network, tariffs apply for trips within Russia/worldwide.

Prices and tariffs are indicated in rubles. in view of VAT. When charging services, the obtained values ​​are rounded to 2 decimal places, the error is no more than 0.02% of the total write-off amount. The terms and definitions used to refer to the services are for the purposes of this tariff plan only.

A connection lasting less than 3 seconds is not taken into account in the scope of mobile services provided. Payment is made in rubles. Prices are indicated in rubles including VAT and do not include a surcharge to tariffs of 1.2%. When calculating the cost, the price excluding VAT is used, obtained by dividing the price indicated in the price list by 1.18 and mathematically rounding to the nearest kopeck.     Current situation

    How to activate Beeline's "Welcome" tariff? On the operator's website it is marked as archived. Therefore, at the moment the plan is closed for subscription, switching to it is impossible.

    So far the company does not provide information about an alternative for archival TP. Perhaps the company has decided to completely abandon this option and will not revive it.

    Subscribers who managed to connect to the plan can continue to use it. For clients, the conditions remain the same.
