If the server's network name is specified correctly, the server pings successfully, but connections with the correct parameters always fail with error 67, then the cause of the problem is the connection being blocked on the local network side. For example, this is exactly what happens at my work, because access to Internet storage via WebDav is deliberately blocked by administrators, probably to prevent information from being leaked to the outside. To make sure that this is the reason, you need to try a connection with exactly the same parameters, but from a different network, preferably from your home network, because operators usually do not block WebDAV communications. If the check confirms that local admins are blocking the connection, then the problem can only be solved through them.

Error 1244 - User is not registered

The full text of the error is: "The requested operation could not be performed because the user is not registered." This error means that the server did not receive the correct username and password. The reasons may be different, such as entering the username or password incorrectly, or entering them in the wrong place in the command.

Therefore, when this error occurs, I check that the password is entered correctly and is located between the server address and the /user parameter.

Also, difficulty can arise if the password contains special characters that have special meaning in cmd/bat files, because this part of the line may be interpreted incorrectly. To check this, you can try to temporarily specify an asterisk instead of a password, then the program will ask for a password after launch. If the connection works when you enter a password when prompted, you need to check the password for invalid characters. For example, one of my passwords contained an ampersand character '&', and this resulted in error 1244. I was able to get around the error by enclosing the password in quotes. But if the password contains a quote character, then most likely it will not be possible to get around this - it is better to change the password by eliminating the quotes from it.
