Free access is provided subject to two main conditions:

The monthly fee for the tariff must be written off in full - there must be an amount of at least 2990 tenge on the account; It is also important to have a balance of bonus traffic - more than 0 KB; reserved traffic is not taken into account.

In some cases, traffic is consumed from the main bonus volume of Internet traffic according to the tariff plan:

If the main volume of traffic ends, then the traffic is consumed from additional Internet services (if any). If there are no additional Internet services, then the traffic is consumed at the rate applied in case of exceeding the bonus volume, but only if the subscriber agrees to be charged in excess of the bonus limit. If there is no agreement, then access to the Internet is suspended until the balance is replenished in the amount of 2990 tenge.

When connecting to a tariff, the subscriber gets access to You Tube at a speed of 1.5 Mbit/sec. If a subscriber posts content that does not correspond to the theme of the site, or if the focus of the resource changes, the operator reserves the right to terminate access to the site.

All bonuses and resources are not available when reconnecting to another tariff plan, as well as while roaming.

The subscription fee is charged once every 30 days, without reference to a specific day of each month from 00:00 to 2:00 am Nur-Sultan time. The minimum possible tariff plan option costs 1990 ₸ for 30 days from the moment of connection.

You can choose 60, 110 or an unlimited number of minutes to all directions within Kazakhstan. Minutes of calls will be free, but for the package itself you will have to pay 300, 500 or 1500 tenge for unlimited, respectively.

At your nearest service office

The least convenient, but understandable for many, way to change the tariff is to contact the nearest mobile operator service office.

Having presented an identification document (passport or IIN), confirming that the SIM card is the property of the person applying for a change, the name of the tariff plan to which you need to switch is reported.

After filling out the appropriate application and answering several questions from the consultant, the tariff plan is changed.

Exchange minutes, gigabytes and SMS

Subscribers who have registered a number for an individual have access to the Exchange of minutes, gigabytes and SMS service. If one of the resources at the rate is exhausted, it can be exchanged for any other.

Resources available for exchange:

  1. Minutes of calls to other operators within Kazakhstan;
  2. SMS within the network;
  3. Megabytes of Internet traffic.

The exchange rate for resources is: 10 minutes = 50 SMS = 1024 MB. You cannot change bonus volumes for additional packages and third-party services. Also, calls within the network cannot be exchanged, since the number of minutes in this case is unlimited.

To use the Exchange minutes, gigabytes and SMS service, you can use the following commands:

  • *747*1# – Exchange Megabytes for Minutes or SMS;
  • *747*2# – Exchange Minutes for Megabytes or SMS;
  • *747*3# – Exchange SMS for Minutes or Megabytes;

The command to check resources is *111*3#.

Important! The exchange of similar resources is available once a month. For example, if a subscriber has previously exchanged SMS within the network for additional Internet traffic, he cannot do this again this month

There is no need to pay for the exchange service. If the tariff plan has been changed, all previously exchanged minutes will expire.

It is important that the exchanged Internet traffic is also taken into account as a balance when providing unlimited access to Kaznet and YouTube

Tariff plan “Week +”

The tariff will be of interest to those users who want to test the functions and services of the Activ network or who simply do not use mobile communications much.

The plan has a traffic volume that is calculated for a week. It includes the following:

  • unlimited calls to Activ users;
  • 2 GB of traffic at 4G speed;
  • 20 SMS within the network;
  • communication with subscribers of third-party operators within 15 minutes.

The package includes voice traffic, which is consumed per second. Internet tariff is 1 KB.

Unlimited Internet

Separately, we need to dwell on unlimited mobile Internet. Here, almost limitless possibilities open up: you can not only increase the speed to maximum, but also connect additional TV and music services.

There are 4 speed options available:

  1. Up to 1 Mbit/s (1990 ₸) - enough to check email, communicate in instant messengers, and view text news.
  2. Up to 2 Mbit/s (2590 ₸) - for active use of social networks and watching videos in normal quality (240p or 360p).
  3. Up to 4 Mbit/s (3490 ₸) - recommended for watching videos in high quality (720p, HD).
  4. Max (4990 ₸) - the highest possible speed, no restrictions.

Access to your Personal Account, the ALTEL mobile application, and the personal.altel.kz page is free of charge and is open for any balance.

Tariff description

This offer is for subscribers who do not like to limit themselves in telephone conversations. For 990 tenge per month free calls are provided:

  • to Activ/Kcell network numbers - unlimited number;
  • to numbers of other operators of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 35 minutes.

The billing period is 28 days. The subscription fee is debited from the balance in full when connecting to the plan, and then on each first day of the billing period. The write-off time is from 0:00 to 2:00 according to the time zone of the city of Nur-Sultan (Astana).

If the tariff fee is not fully debited by 2:00, it will be debited later when the required amount appears in the account.

Services that are not included in the subscription fee and are charged separately, tenge:

  • outgoing calls to landline phones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 11;
  • SMS and MMS to acriv/Ksell numbers - 7;
  • SMS to numbers of other operators of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 14;
