If a communications user has a package tariff from an operator with a fixed number of SMS, minutes of communication and mobile Internet traffic, then outside the home region the packages are consumed as usual without territorial fees and other restrictions. Thus, on other tariffs, when moving to another subject of the Russian Federation, subscribers are forced to pay an additional 15 rubles for every day the client is in the national roaming zone. This commission was set by the operator for all tariff offers.
But with the “All Russia” option activated, this fee stops being charged to the subscriber’s personal account. But what if the subscriber is forced to leave his home region too often? There can only be two options here.
