How to send a request to call back?

So, in difficult situations, when there are no funds in the account, any MTS subscriber has access to the “Call me back” request, how to send it:

  2. Click on “call”.

By dialing this combination of numbers for the MTS “Call me back, please” function, you can expect that the subscriber will immediately receive your request. He may accept or reject your offer. The commission is fixed and is calculated based on the size of the loan taken:

  • up to 100 rub. — 7 rub.;
  • up to 200 rub. — 10 rub.;
  • up to 500 rub. — 25 rub.;

  • if the smartphone is out of the access zone, that is, turned off, then it will receive it immediately after turning it on. Plus, this letter will indicate the date and time.

Things didn't work like that before. Previously, the person who must respond was not sent an SMS message, but a call was made in which the answering machine asked to perform this action. And after that, the corresponding text was also sent. But recently it has been slightly transformed and now has the modern look presented above.

Other methods to stay connected

An equally interesting and reliable way to always be in the access zone when there is a shortage of funds is a service called “Promised Payment”.

It is intended not just to call each other back, but also to deposit money. It works even when the account balance is negative.

Among its main nuances it is necessary to highlight:

  • loan up to 1000 rubles for a personal communication device;
  • You can “loan” for a period not exceeding 3 days;
  • it can only be connected to those whose balance is at least -300 rubles;
  • the client can independently choose the amount.

Unlike options for sending notifications with similar text, this function is initially activated. There are several ways to activate the “Promised payment” option. It is important to pay special attention to the following:

  • entering the command *111*123# and the call key;
  • connection in your personal account. To do this, go to the “Payment” section and find the “Promised payment” tab there;
  • make a call to 111;
  • find the “Zero Opportunities” tab in the MTS mobile application.

The price for this type of payment depends on the total amount that the user wants to have after the balance becomes negative. An important feature is that the more active the user is, the more amount can be credited to the account. It is not valid on all MTS tariffs, so you need to clarify this information on the company’s official website.

For the subscriber who receives the call, the connection is provided on a paid basis, depending on the location of him and the calling subscriber:

How to use “Vyruchai” in Russia

In order to use the service of an outgoing call or message for the money of a partner of the MTS mobile operator, it is enough to:

  • When sending an SMS, indicate 5880 before the recipient's number; the message will be delivered only after the recipient confirms his consent to pay for it;
  • To make a connection for the money of a friend or acquaintance, you should either dial 0880 and after the robot answers, enter the number, or enter 0880ХХХХХХХХХХ, where X is the called phone number.

With such a call, the person to whom the call is planned to be made will first receive a voice notification in which he will be automatically warned about the nature of the call and 3 available commands in the sound menu: 1- consent, 0- refusal, 2- charging.
