The limit that you can spend is calculated using the formula: expenses for the last 3 months / 3 * 180%. That is, if in recent months you have spent: 600, 700 and 800 rubles, respectively, then the limit will be (600+700+800)/3*180% = 1260 rubles.

Description of service

Using the service, MegaFon clients will always be able to stay in touch regardless of how much money is in their mobile phone account. On a free basis, the subscriber is given a cash limit; thanks to this amount, the balance can be allowed to go into the minus. At the same time, the use of communications remains at the same level.

The limit amount is calculated based on the following data:

  • Average cost of using communications over the past 90 days;
  • Length of time the SIM card is used;
  • Activated tariff plan;
  • Installed additional services and options.

The limit amount is set based on the average communication costs over the last 90 days. Thus, clients can use limit funds in the amount of 180% of the total cost. For example, a subscriber who spends 200 rubles monthly on communications for 90 days will be able to receive a limit of up to 360 rubles.

This limit can be changed for each new month after it is reviewed. Thanks to this, the amount increases automatically. In addition, based on the amount spent on communication, the limit may be reduced or remain at the same level.

As for the payment for using, connecting and disconnecting the option, customers do not have to worry, since such service is provided free of charge.

Also, using , subscribers will be limited within certain limits:

  • The MegaFon client will not be able to use the additional option;
  • With a negative balance, subscribers will not be able to use transfers and payments via telephone;

The limit will be calculated when there are no following restrictions:

  1. The SIM card has been actively used by the client for more than 3 months.
  2. A personal account has more than one number.
  3. There is a debt to pay for communications on other accounts.
  4. The limit is not provided if the client does not spend more than 170 rubles per month on communications.
  5. This option will not be provided using tariff plans for corporate clients.

After the option is activated, the request to display balance information will have a slightly different appearance than the standard one. In the new account display, the client will be able to see the amount of funds that can be used. In addition, these funds will be divided into personal and those provided by the company. The message will also contain information about how much money was spent, when and in what amount the subscriber must pay off the limit.

At the beginning of each month, the client who uses the limit will receive a message from the operator with data on the debt that needs to be paid. If, towards the end of the month, the subscriber has not repaid the debt or has paid only part, then he will again be notified by the operator that it is necessary to repay a certain amount before a specific date. If payment is not made by the 27th of any month, the phone number will be blocked. To obtain such information, it is recommended to use special account verification codes *100# and *550#.
