  1. Megafon automatically records information on servers about each incoming call while the user’s phone is turned off or is in an area with no coverage.
  2. When the subscriber turns on the gadget, he receives text notifications that detail all the numbers, the number of missed calls and the time of the last one.
  3. A user who could not reach the subscriber will receive an SMS with the text that the required number has appeared on the network.
  4. Information about missed calls is stored and sent only for two days.
  5. If the subscriber cannot read the SMS or just wants to listen to it, you need to dial a special number 0525 from the phone.

Features of the option

Before activating “Who called plus”, you should consider some nuances:

  • it cannot be connected if Voicemail is simultaneously activated;
  • the option does not allow you to listen to a voice message left by the caller for personal reasons;
  • Megafon has the right to independently disable the service if the client does not pay for its use;
  • listening to voice messages is free;
  • sound notifications left by other mobile network users will remain for 24 hours;
  • the subscriber can only listen to the last ten notifications;
  • The option does not work in a roaming zone.

Some users noted that they periodically do not receive call information. “They called me S” is a service that is always connected, but the subscriber does not know about it. For us, notification of a missed call is a matter of course, but these notifications come precisely thanks to this service.

The service is provided free of charge and without additional connection

Notifications about missed calls, just like when using “Who called+”, come if

  • Your phone was turned off;
  • You were outside the Megafon service area;
  • You were talking to another subscriber and did not use

Please note that “S called me” and “Who called+” are mutually exclusive services. Their simultaneous use is impossible. “They called me S” is connected automatically when “Who called +” is not connected.

Listening to a voice message from number 0525 should only occur from the personal telephone number of the subscriber to whom the message was intended. The number of saved voice messages for listening to number 0525 is limited to the last 10 messages left over the past day (24 hours).

Features of the “Who called” option:

  • provided to the client from the moment of connection until disconnection,

  • the cost of listening to a voice message from “Who called” is free,
  • voice format messages that were sent to the user are saved only for the last 24 hours and are offered for listening,
  • you can only hear the last 10 voice SMS,
  • “Who called” does not work in roaming.
  • what else you need to know about (for example, what does auto answer mean: the subscriber is unavailable, busy, no answer, out of network coverage, etc.).

If the client who tried to call was unable to do so and left a voice message, you can find out about this action using a notification that will be sent automatically; a listening number will also be indicated - 0525, which is free.

By dialing 0525, you can listen to the last 10 messages that were sent no more than 24 hours ago.
