Activation fees are debited at the time the service is activated, and then on the 1st day of each calendar month. New messages are added on the same day. Unused credits are not carried over to a new billing period and will expire.
The service has no validity period and operates until disconnected by the subscriber.
Characteristics of packages from MTS
The most popular packages include one-time and periodic packages. The difference is that the latter are connected once, but the package arrives every month until the subscriber disables the option. One-time subscriptions can be activated for thirty days, then the service is disabled automatically. Also, the cost of periodic packages is noticeably lower compared to one-time packages.
It is also possible to connect several one-time SMS packages simultaneously. You won’t be able to do this with periodic ones; the operator will turn off the previous SMS package automatically.
If we are talking about unlimited packages, then this pleasure is available exclusively to subscribers who have the “Your Country”, “Red Energy” or “SuperMTS” tariff. During the first fifteen days the option is not paid. Then the monthly fee is five rubles per day.

In your Personal Account
Instructions:
- Open the website, log in to your Personal Account.
- Select "Services".

You can add sets using USSD commands:
- 100 SMS: *111*0100#;
- 300 SMS: *111*0300#.
After entering the combination on the keyboard, you need to press the call key. The phone will receive a notification that the request has been accepted, and then that the option has been activated.
Via SMS
The next way to add a set of messages to your phone is to send an SMS to the short number 111.

How to connect multiple packages
The sets are mutually exclusive with respect to each other, so it is impossible to connect several at the same time. When a new package is activated, the old one is disabled, and unused SMS are burned.
If the subscriber only disabled the package, but did not add a new one, then unused SMS can be used until the end of the billing period.
Features of the service
There are several features of this option from Megafon that should not be forgotten when connecting it.

Text exchange can be carried out only on the home network, to any numbers. But outside your region, tariffs will operate as planned.
