There are several methods to find out your mobile number. The simplest of them is the following. Initially, some service numbers are entered in the SIM card memory in the address book, such as “Balance”, “Operator phone number”, “Paid services” and the like.
Among them there is an entry “My number”, in which the subscriber’s current phone number will be entered. If there is no such entry, then in the “Contacts” section you need to find the “Your numbers” item, where the digits of your Life number will also be displayed.
But not everyone stores these numbers in the SIM card memory; many delete them to free up space for recording the necessary contacts. Therefore, other ways to find out your phone number are needed.

MTS

- For those connected to MTS Belarus, there is an option to receive a free SMS. *111*10# request remains free, even if the subscriber is outside his region.
- 0887 works exactly on the same principle as in the Russian division of MTS. When you call it, you will hear the numbers of your number automatically read out.
- You can send a message to 0887, but there will be a charge for this service abroad. In Belarus the service is free.
- The MTS call center provides information by calling 0890. In a conversation with a technical support specialist, you can also find out all the points of interest regarding the service.

There are several ways to obtain information such as a subscriber's phone number. In general, there are several main and most convenient options:
- call to a mobile phone or landline with caller ID;
- viewing the documentation issued when purchasing a kit in a sales showroom;
- short command service;
- call to the operator;
- automatic voice system.

How to view a number in your phone settings
Smartphone owners are lucky because these devices display the phone number without additional services or calls.
Depending on the phone model, Android or iOS version, information may be located in different places in the interface, so let's take a closer look at where exactly it is located and how to get to it.
For iPhone
The Apple team took care of its users and introduced a phone number display into the device system.
- Open the smartphone settings;
- Find the “Phone” setting and click on it;

For Android
Owners of an Android smartphone can also easily find the desired number in the depths of the system under which it operates.
Try doing this through the “Network” section, then “SIM cards”.

How to find out your Life phone number by phone
If a subscriber has difficulties sending a USSD request, he can always contact the operator for support. To do this, you need to call the short number 5433.
The call is free regardless of the duration of the conversation. Using the voice menu prompts, you need to connect with a company consultant who can ask the appropriate question.
A Call Center employee will provide you with information about the number from which you are calling, and, if necessary, inform you about the current tariff plan and its conditions.
Apply USSD command
What is a USSD command? This is when the user types a combination of numbers and symbols on a mobile keyboard, which is a request to the mobile operator. You don’t have to worry that the operator will charge you an additional fee for this action; your balance will not be affected. Using the USSD command does not charge any fees to Lifecell users.
But this method also has its advantages - it is free and you can dial * 161 # as many times as you like, day or night.
