Cost of calls, SMS and Internet
The cheapest way to communicate with Russian subscribers is in the Republic of Belarus. In other countries of the former CIS, the same tariffs apply as in European countries.
In CIS countries
Prices for communication services in Belarus look like this:
- for every minute of any incoming call, 2.5 rubles are deducted from the balance, outgoing to a Russian or Belarusian number - 5;
- calls to other countries are charged at a rate of 35 rubles/min;
- sending an SMS to Russia or Belarus costs 2.5 rubles, to other countries - 35.
When you first access the Internet while roaming, 250 rubles are debited from the user’s balance. For this amount, he is provided with a 1 GB package, access to which remains until the end of the day (Moscow time). If the user did not have time to spend it, the next time he goes online, 250 rubles will be debited from his account again. for a similar volume of 1 GB.
When a subscriber uses 1 GB in Belarus, in the future each megabyte of traffic will cost 2.5 rubles. The “International access” option is activated only if the user has “International connection” enabled.
In the past, the tariff in force in Belarus applied to several other countries (for example, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Ukraine), but now the situation has changed. Currently, in the CIS countries (with the exception of Belarus), the package provided does not include mobile Internet. 35 rubles are charged for SMS to any number.
For cellular communications, the following scheme applies: every day when the user receives calls or sends them himself, 203.4 rubles are withdrawn from the balance. in exchange for 20 minutes of calls (this amount can include incoming and outgoing calls in any ratio), which can be used until the end of the day. For every minute beyond this, 10.7 rubles are debited.
In European countries
The cost of calls, Internet and SMS messages in European countries is the same as in the CIS countries.
In European countries, the same package of services and the same prices apply as in the CIS (except for Belarus).
In other countries

Countries where the option does not apply
There is also zone 2, within which communication prices are the highest. Internet access is not available in these countries, and every minute of any call costs 203.4 rubles. This includes Turkmenistan, Kosovo, Palestine and a number of other states in Asia, Africa and South America. Sending an SMS to any number costs 35 rubles.
Tariffing in the CIS countries
Beeline offers a fairly low cost of using mobile services for traveling to many countries of the post-Soviet space. Their quantity in package offers is enough to contact loved ones and use mobile traffic for a short time:
- 10 minutes of communication will cost the subscriber 100 rubles, and if they are exhausted, 10 rubles will be charged for calls for 1 additional minute;
- For 200 rubles. when you first access the network, 40 megabytes of Internet traffic are activated, and if they run out, then 1 megabyte will be valued at 5 rubles;
- Send 1 SMS – 20 rubles.
Methods to disable the service
The option is valid indefinitely, but the specified tariffs are activated only when the user is in international roaming. After his return to Russia, services are paid according to the main plan.
If the subscriber wants to disable the option, he can do this in the following ways:
- dialing the command *110*590# with a call button;
- in a smartphone application;
- in any Beeline salon;
- in "Personal Account".
You can disable the “Most profitable roaming” option at any time of the day through the application on your smartphone.
After disconnection, international communication services will be paid at the user’s basic tariff.
Description of the option “The most profitable roaming”
When they talk about calls in roaming, by default they mean their high cost. However, using the “Most profitable roaming” option, you can reduce overseas costs not only for calls, but also for text messages with Internet traffic to acceptable levels.
This option activates a package of minutes or megabytes, available for use during the day, as soon as the client logs into the network or makes (receives) a call. The service allows you to significantly reduce Internet and communication costs compared to standard roaming prices.
There is no need to independently activate the profitable roaming option abroad - it is activated automatically and does not require any payment for use. The minutes or Internet packages themselves will become active only if the subscriber uses mobile communications or the Internet outside of Russia. If the subscriber does not use these services during the day, accordingly, no fee is charged.
Each of the packages is valid for a certain time - you need to spend minutes on communication and Internet traffic within 24 hours. Saved services will not be carried over to the next day. It must be remembered that a day is considered to be the time from 0 to 24 hours according to the time of the region in which the SIM card is registered.

How to save on mobile communications
On days when the subscriber does not use one or another type of services provided by daily packages (mobile Internet in Belarus up to 1 GB, outgoing and incoming calls), fees for them will not be charged.

For this category of countries, there are slight differences in the cost of mobile services in roaming. The main one is that the volume of minutes for calls in the corresponding package offer has been increased:
- For 200 rubles. 20 minutes of calls per day will be available, each minute over the package costs 10 rubles;
- Internet is charged in the same way as for the CIS countries: 40 megabytes for 20 rubles, each megabyte over the package - 5 rubles;
- The cost of sending SMS also remained unchanged - 20 rubles/piece.
National calls
To switch to a national roaming package in Russia, you should configure existing settings or find out whether this service is activated. Then the subscriber can count on the following benefits:

To connect to roaming you will have to pay about 25 rubles, and this amount is withdrawn immediately. There is no need to cancel or switch to roaming, because the service is activated automatically when you leave the country.

How to activate or deactivate the service?
As noted above, there is no need to activate the service yourself: used in all Beeline tariff plans, it will be activated when the SIM card is identified by the operator outside Russia. Disabling the option is not provided by the operator, but it is possible to prohibit the activation of package offers for communication minutes and the Internet (this will be discussed below).
