Beeline

Connecting and disconnecting the blocking service from Beeline is free. If you lose your SIM card, your SIM card is blocked forever, then you need to get a new card at the office (the number is saved). The first 7 days of blocking are free, then they remove 1 ruble per day. During active blocking, subscription fees for tariffs and services are not charged.

Via feedback form

On the Megafon website you can write a letter to support using the feedback form.
