Contract. Those who prefer a contract basis will be interested in the Smart+ package. For 225 UAH per month you get unlimited Internet and on-net calls, as well as 180 SMS and 180 minutes of calls with foreign subscribers or users of other operators.
Additional services
All clients can take advantage of additional services. Among them:
- Static IP address. The subscriber receives his own unchanged IP. This is necessary, for example, for remote control of a home computer, reliable operation of smart home systems, etc. The connection cost is 10 hryvnia, the subscription fee is 15 hryvnia. If no Internet usage has been recorded for a full calendar month, no subscription fee for a static IP address will be charged.
- Internet TV. For all clients, the basic set of channels is free. When you subscribe to TV channel packages other than the basic one, you get two months free and two more with a 50% discount.
- “Pause” is a temporary suspension of the provision of services and payment for them for a period of up to 180 calendar days. The client does not disconnect from the network. All expenses for maintaining communications in working order are borne by the operator. Cost – 10 hryvnia one-time.
If access to the network was disconnected for non-payment, the subscriber can receive a “week of trust” from Kyivstar. The application is available for download on three main platforms:

In the fall of 2021, Kyivstar announced the launch of an important service - eSIM. With its help, the ability to use two numbers on one device was given not only to Nokia mobile phones with two SIM cards, but also to the flagships iPhone, Google Pixel and Huawei, which have only one physical slot.
The technology involves obtaining an electronic SIM card, where the operator’s data is simply recorded on a chip inside the smartphone.
The service is currently available only for prepaid tariffs; switching to it costs from 100 to 150 UAH.
