I really liked Tele-2, even though there was no connection at all in some places... It’s just that in some places the connection was much better than in others, which made me happy. I’ve been with Tele-2 for several years now, and a month ago I decided to buy a SIM card for my daughter, it’s more profitable for everyone to be on the same network, I thought.. BUT now I already regret it 10,000 times, because the complete incompetence of the employees in the communication salon , that on the hotline - they ruin my whole vacation! Some say it can help, others don’t! The thing is that 1 - I ordered a SIM card before leaving on vacation, picked it up right before leaving (i.e. there is absolutely no time to run 100 times, check, etc..), in the salon they pushed me not my SIM card at all, which I ordered .. I was indignant when I inserted the SIM card into the phone, swallowed it and moved on (my complaint is still pending, while 4 days ago there should have been some kind of solution). 2 - in my personal account an offer for 450 rubles 40 GB and 800 minutes was displayed.. before the trip I also decided to agree and connected.. so that on the road I didn’t have to think about whether there was Internet and minutes.. .. so.. yesterday an SMS arrived about upcoming write-off for the TARIFF in the amount of 357 rubles.. I thought, ok, probably a discount.. topped up the balance in advance!!!!!!! but my tariff has not been updated! Because of this grief of the operators and the grief of the Tele2 system, all my balances were burned, my package was not updated and a lot of negative emotions and indignation were left towards the work of Tele2 employees! Instead of my tariff being updated, I was charged for a paid service (20GB of Internet), which it turns out was in addition to my tariff and which the hell (I apologize for the swearing!) I don’t fucking need! I just have a lot of negativity on my TV2 in general, because all my positive moments of using the network for so many years have blocked out these moments that happened the day before and during my vacation with my whole family! One operator says (more precisely, a senior specialist!) that now we will do everything for you.. we will remove this service and update your package for you, return the burned balances, etc., but our system is not loading right now, call back later.. I call back, no one can help can’t, they transfer from one to another! Disgusting service!
