Thanks to technical cooperation, the Swedish operator was able to support connections at 4G LTE frequencies and ensure stable network operation throughout almost the entire territory of Russia.

Tele2 personal account: login, registration

Every year, Tele2 mobile communications in Russia are becoming better and better, and there are more and more subscribers. The number of branded salons is constantly growing, but the modern client has long preferred to work with similar services in the Internet space. The operator’s specialists could not ignore the trend, so users were offered a personal account posted on the official Tele2 website.

Tele2 - a look at the service “from the inside”

“Other rules” - this became the main slogan of the telecom operator Tele2 after the change in the communication concept and adjustment of the corporate style carried out at the beginning of the year. And the company’s strategy for working with retail is fully consistent with it. If the Big Three operators, as a rule, create a separate division of their own retail within the company, then Tele2 did it their own way here too, leaving direct sales as the task of the franchisees.

Sales of SIM cards and gadgets under the Tele2 brand are carried out exclusively by dealers, which can be either individual entrepreneurs or large federal-scale networks.

Remuneration to dealers, according to Tele2 representatives, is calculated taking into account a number of components: Gross intake (the number of SIM cards sold), Upsale (additional services) and Bundle tariffs (packages), quality of service, where ratings are given by visitors, as well as training results . Tele2 has no direct control over them. However, the selling companies, according to the agreement, must comply with a number of requirements. The main one is that all employees of retail outlets operating under the Tele2 brand must be approved and trained by the operator himself.

A very reasonable decision, considering that these are the people the operator’s future clients meet first, and the first impression most often turns out to be the most important.

The KS correspondent managed to visit a Tele2 training class, get acquainted with their program, and then with the results of the training, that is, working in a communication salon.

Day one - study...

The training program for future retail employees has been worked out for a long time and takes exactly one week, from Friday to Friday. The first day of school is assessment, that is, meeting applicants and assessing them. On the weekend, everyone has time to think about its results, and on Monday the actual classes begin - theory and practice.

How to get to these “lessons”? You can’t just walk in from the street! (I succeeded, but this is an exception.) The employer, that is, the dealer-franchisee, sends the future employee directly to training, and he also conducts the initial interview.

The applicant is notified about the start of classes by SMS and email, and in addition to head office trainers, future employers also come to the assessment. 12 people came to the first lesson, in which the KS correspondent took part. “Summer is not the hottest season,” one of the coaches shared his experience. “In other months there are 40 people or even more, we have to divide everyone into two streams...” By the end of the day there were ten of us left: two simply went out under the pretext of calling or smoking - and never returned. Apparently, having sensibly compared forces and demands...

The “entrance exam” was a simple test of 16 questions, which took 15 minutes and required 10 correct answers. A simple test of the knowledge needed for the seller: geography (that is, roaming), Russian language (competent speech), mathematics (choosing the appropriate tariff) and, of course, computer skills and knowledge of gadgets. Here, another frequently arising problem was discovered: the most common age of the applicant in these classes is about 20 years old, and such people, being at the very crest of the “mobilization” wave, even begin to forget how to work with desktop PCs.

Fifteen minutes are up. The next test task was to “sell” something to the coach by finding and showing the strongest aspects of the thing. And at this stage, the trainers debunked one of the popular stereotypes in the field of employment: “work experience is the most important thing”, “without experience you can’t get anywhere” and so on. If the applicant said that, for example, he had many years of experience working in the salon of a large retailer, the trainers did not automatically count him for the course. “If a person says that he has such experience, but he himself cannot put two words together and does not know such simple things, the question involuntarily arises: what did he do there?” - they explained. That is, extensive experience is not a guarantee of great skills and may have a “minus” sign in the eyes of the employer. And he would rather prefer someone less experienced, but willing to learn.

The final highlight of the first day was several training cases simulating various situations. From them it became clear what qualities Tele2 expects from its salespeople in the first place: willingness to solve the problem (and not just relieve responsibility from themselves and the employer) and initiative. Having instructed the next lesson to become familiar with the operator’s tariffs and services, the trainers finished the first day and began to discuss the results. Dealers also took part in this and also had the right to vote. As a result, out of ten applicants, only two were cut, but on Monday, another one joined the group, who did not make it to classes last week, but did not give up the idea of ​​​​working here.

Work in Tele2

According to reviews, young specialists and experienced employees of the company receive fairly high salaries, although much depends on the achievement of key indicators. However, for young people this is a good option to start a career, while gaining experience and a decent social package, but first you should pass the Tele2 test. The company recruits new employees using Western-style step-by-step selection, although it is not as complex as selection for the largest corporations. Briefly the selection is as follows:
