MTS is deservedly considered one of the most popular mobile operators, which boasts a wide range of convenient tariff plans. Their assortment will allow even the most fastidious customers to find the MTS tariff that suits them - inexpensive calls to numbers of other operators, abroad, fast access to the Internet, and so on.
Previously approved, introduced in 2021 and currently existing MTS tariffs in Perm and the Perm region are presented below.
Tariffs without monthly fee
Despite the variety of plans, offers that do not have monthly payments remain relevant in the cellular market. Such tariffs are often chosen for older people or used for children. The absence of a subscription fee also attracts those customers who do not use the Internet and make short “business” calls. Below we present a description of all plans and understand the conditions for their provision.
Super MTS
The tariff plan is suitable for intranet communication and conversations within the home territory. For the first 20 minutes of the day, calls to MTS numbers are free of charge. The number of free minutes per day can be increased using the “Call for free to MTS Russia 100” options. It provides 80 minutes for calls within the network. In total, for 24 hours the subscriber receives 100 free minutes on MTS throughout the country. After this volume, calls within the network to local subscribers will cost 75 kopecks/min, and outside the region - 3 rubles/min.
The service has a subscription fee of 2.5 rubles/day. The connection command is *111*868#.
Connections in your home region to other networks cost 1.5 rubles/min., intercity connections 12 rubles/min.
On the SIM card, along with connecting to the tariff, “Sms Smart” is activated and is valid for free during the promotional period, which is 15 days. The service provides 10 messages per day, which can only be sent within a household. After 2 weeks, the option either turns off (if the client sent 3 or less SMS during the grace period), or continues to operate, but for a daily payment of 2.5 rubles.
The cost of messages to home numbers is 1.75 rubles, within the country – 2.3 rubles, abroad – 5.25 rubles.
Internet is provided as part of the additional “MiniBit” function. If the user has consumed up to 3 MB of traffic per month, then access to the network is not charged. If this quota is exceeded, it is connected with a daily payment. Without options, traffic costs 9.9 rubles/MB.

"Guest"
To communicate with subscribers in international directions, the operator offers a “Guest” plan. It allows you to save on communications if the user often makes calls to Asian and CIS countries. The tariff can be used with both federal and city number formats. For a six-digit phone, a monthly subscription fee of 100 rubles is charged.
Guest plan users can communicate with each other at a reduced cost - 50 kopecks per minute. To do this, they must necessarily connect to an operator in the same subject.

When you switch to “Guest”, “SMS Smart” and “Mini BIT” are activated. The grace period for the correspondence option is 2 weeks. If during this time no more than 3 SMS were sent, then on the last day of the free period the service is disabled. If more than 3 SMS are sent, then it remains active with a daily debit of 2.5 rubles. The daily quota is 10 messages to local phones.
MiniBit provides a 100% discount for traffic consumption of up to 3 megabytes. If the limit is exceeded, “SuperBIT” is automatically activated.

"Second-by-second"
Tariff plan without rounding calls up to the full minute. Payment is made for the actual connection time. The offer is suitable for users who communicate only on business and do not spend a lot of time on telephone conversations.
For 1 second of a call you need to pay only 5 kopecks. This cost applies to all numbers in the home territory, regardless of the operator.
Communication with MTS subscribers living in another city or region will cost 5 rubles per minute. To the numbers of other subscribers, the cost of a call will be 12 rubles.
Correspondence with local residents costs 1.75 rubles/sms. To send a message outside your home you need to pay 2.3 rubles, abroad – 5.25 rubles/piece.
As part of the “SMS Smart” package, which is automatically activated, the client can send 10 messages per day without additional payment. The first 2 weeks the service is free, then for 2.5 rubles/day.
Internet in the absence of support services costs 9.9 rubles. for 1 MB of traffic. To save money, all clients are given the “MiniBit” option when activating the plan. It allows you not to pay for the consumed Internet within 3 MB. If the subscriber uses a larger volume, then the option changes to “SuperBIT” with a daily payment.

Unlimited options
If you don’t want to overpay for completely unlimited Internet, you can add unlimited traffic to your tariff only for certain groups of applications. In total, 3 unlimited options are offered within the “Netariff”:
- Social networks: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter do not consume the Internet package. In almost all regions, the option costs 60 rubles. per month.
- Communication: messengers WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Discord, Skype and ICQ can be used unlimitedly. In Moscow, this service is completely free, but in many other regions it costs 30 rubles. per month.
- Entertainment: no gigabytes are wasted when using video hosting sites YouTube, Twitch and TikTok. The cost of the service is 100 rubles. in 30 days.
All unlimited options work only in official applications or browser versions of websites. If a VPN is used on the device, the traffic will start to be consumed again. Unlimited applies to text messages, audio and video calls, viewing images and videos in the service itself. Transitions to other services are charged according to the standard “Netariff” conditions. You can connect one or several unlimited options at the same time.
Package rates
In the Perm region, 7 plans are available for transition, which include packages, “Zabugorishche”, “Unlimited”, “Top”, “Mini”, “Hype”, “Ultra”. Let's look at each of them in more detail.
On the “Smart”, “Top”, “Zabugorische”, “Ultra” plans, the balances on the packages of minutes, SMS and Internet do not expire at the end of the billing period. They can be used until the end of next month. The remaining amount is consumed first, and only then the main packages begin to operate.
"Smart"
The subscription fee for a federal number is 250 rubles, and an additional 100 rubles is charged for a short number.
For communication with any subscribers in the home territory and MTS of the country, 500 minutes are allocated per month. When the specified volume runs out, calls to local phones will cost 2 rubles per minute. On-net conversations will remain free. Communication with users of other companies in the country is not included in the package and costs 5 rubles per minute.
7 GB traffic is allocated. The auto-renewal service is paid separately - for every 500 MB you will need to pay 95 rubles.
You can connect such a package no more than 15 times. Next, to restore access to the network, you will have to use the “Turbo button” function.
Automatic renewal can be disabled at any time at the request of the client using the request *111*936#.
You can send 500 messages for free to local phones. Starting from 501, the price will be 2 rubles. Long-distance SMS are paid separately at 2.8 rubles/sms, abroad – 8 rubles/piece.
You can switch to the plan using the ussd combination *111*1024*1#.
"Smart Mini"
The most inexpensive offer in the Smart line is Smart Mini. Its subscription fee is only 180 rubles for both a federal number and a city number. This amount includes intranet unlimited within the region, a package of 300 minutes and SMS, 2 GB traffic.
Messages from the package can only be spent on home numbers, and the package of minutes can be spent on all local connections and intranet conversations between regions.

The plan cannot be used in modems. If you fix the SIM card in this device, access to the Internet will be blocked.
“Smart Mini” is the only tariff plan in the line that does not involve saving balances and transferring them to the next month.

"Zabugorische"
The advantage of the offer is that it is valid not only in national roaming, but also in some popular countries. Subscription fees and package updates occur once every 7 days. For a week the user receives:
- 350 minutes for calls with local subscribers and MTS throughout the country;
- 7 GB data transfer;
- 350 SMS within home territory.
Connections within the network are free of charge in any direction, but long-distance calls consume the basic package of minutes.
The subscription fee is 175 rubles per week. To connect a direct six-digit number, you need to pay an additional 100 rubles monthly.

The conditions for the provision of communication services in international roaming depend on the country of location. For example, in some countries, incoming calls are free, outgoing calls to Russian numbers and data transfer are consumed from the main package. In other countries, incoming calls are free of charge only for the first 10 minutes. Further, their cost will be 25 rubles/min. Conversations with residents of Russia will have the same cost, but only from 2 to 5 minutes. The rest of the connection time is paid according to roaming rates. All SMS messages also correspond to roaming prices.

"Smart Top"
One of the most comprehensive plans, which for 1100 rubles per month gives:
- 15 GB traffic;
- calls for 2000 minutes to any numbers;
- 2000 messages within the home region.
For connecting a six-digit number, the monthly additional payment will be 100 rubles.
After using up the calls from the package, calls within the network remain free. For connections to other networks, a fee of 2 rubles per minute is charged. in the home region and 5 r./min. intercity.
After the end of the quota, access to the Internet is not blocked, but is carried out as part of auto-renewal - 150 rubles. for 1 GB.
Messages to local phones above the free package will cost 2 rubles. SMS messages to other cities and countries are not included in the monthly payment. Their cost is 2.8 and 8 rubles/piece. respectively.
The entire “Smart” line, with the exception of the “Smart Mini” tariff, provides the opportunity to use MTS satellite television without mandatory payment.

"My Unlimited"
The latest development from MTS, which allows each client to customize the tariff to suit their needs and capabilities. The subscriber himself chooses how much Internet, SMS and minutes to connect. The size of the subscription fee directly depends on the content of the packages.
The required amount is debited from the SIM card every day.

"Hype"
An offer for the younger generation of subscribers with unlimited access to the top Internet services. These include popular Internet games, social networks, instant messengers, music applications, markets, and video resources. In addition, basic traffic of 7 GB is provided.
For voice calls, users receive 100 minutes, which can be spent on all local telephones and on-net calls to any part of the country.
Correspondence with residents of your region is not paid for within 200 messages.
Once the packages are exhausted, the following prices apply:
- local connections – 2 rubles;
- calls to other cities – 5 rubles;
- SMS within home territory – 2 rubles;
Communication services that are not included in paid packages have the following prices:
- Messages to other regions – 2.8 rubles;
- SMS abroad – 8 rubles;
- MMS – 9.9 rubles;
- Additional traffic 500 MB – 95 rub.
The subscription fee for the tariff is 370 rubles. For the first 30 days, this amount is charged every day, and starting from the second month, the payment is written off in full.

"Ultra"
The tariff plan is suitable for those who often move around the country, since the validity of the packages remains valid when traveling around Russia. The subscription fee for a federal number is 1,700 rubles per month, for a federal and city number – 1,800 rubles per month. This amount includes:
- 3500 minutes to all numbers in the country. You can use minutes from the same package to connect to MTS subscribers in your home region while in national roaming.
- Unlimited on-net calls.
- 3500 messages to any phones.
- 15 GB for mobile Internet.

Favorable Internet tariff from the mobile operator MTS. Thrifty subscribers call it the best, since it regulates the number of minutes and traffic. It is ideal for the smartphone of the budget-conscious Internet user who has unlimited Wi-Fi at home and at work. The tariff provides for the following combinations of Internet and calls:

Internet tariffs
For clients who are always online and consume a large amount of traffic. In the Perm region there are 2 such offers - “For tablet” and “MTS Connect-4”. Let's look at each of them.
"MTS Connect-4"
The purchase of a starter kit without additional devices is necessarily accompanied by the connection of the additional Internet option “Internet Maxi”. The cost of such a set is 700 rubles.
Calls to all numbers in the Perm region have the same cost - 2.4 rubles. Long-distance connections within the network will cost 3 rubles, outside the operator - 12 rubles.
SMS to local numbers costs 1.95 rubles/piece, to other regions – 3.8 rubles/sms, outside the country – 5.25 rubles. Multimedia messages - 9.9 rubles/pcs.
To save costs and increase data transfer volumes with a tariff, one of the following options can be used:

How does Netariff work?
“Netariff” from MTS is very similar to the standard constructor of the popular “virtual” Yota. Its operating principle is as follows:
- The subscriber configures the amount of minutes and gigabytes using a special slider.
- The cost of the tariff varies depending on the selected values.
- After selecting the optimal option, the subscriber clicks on the “Connect” button, and the selected tariff plan is connected to the number.
An important feature of the MTS offer is an expanded number of additional options. While Yota only offers unlimited coverage for various services, MTS allows you to add paid subscriptions, spam blocking and other services to your tariff.
Specialized rates
You can switch to the tariff only through your Personal Account. The Smart Device offering is designed to enable connectivity between various gadgets such as smart watches, alarm systems and smart homes. The subscription fee is 490 rubles per year. From the second year of use, write-offs will be made every month for 55 rubles. For this amount, users receive 30 minutes and messages, 300 MB of Internet monthly. Once the traffic is exhausted, access to the Internet is blocked until the package is updated.
Minutes from the package are spent on local telephones and calls within the operator to other cities, SMS messages only within the home region.

Let's start studying internet tariffs with unlimited. It appeared in the fall of 2021 and was called “Tariffishche”. The tariff plan instantly gained popularity; it is actively promoted in MTS stores in 2021. It is a constructor in which packages of minutes and SMS are selected. The size of the subscription fee depends on the volume of calls and Internet:
- 500 minutes/SMS – 650 rub/month;
- 800 minutes/SMS – 800 rub/month;
- 1500 minutes/SMS – 1050 rub/month;
- 3000 minutes/SMS – 1550 RUR/month.
Traffic remains unlimited on any of the listed packages.
Corporate rates
Every mobile communications company has a line of corporate plans, and MTS is no exception. Such offers are created for legal entities, lawyers, notaries and individual entrepreneurs. Corporate tariffs allow you to reduce the cost of mobile communications between colleagues, since calls within one contract are unlimited.

The tariff plan can include additional subscriptions to MTS services or operator partners. There are a total of five options to choose from:
- “Super” subscription to the MTS TV service. Offers over 100 TV channels, thousands of films and TV series for 199 rubles. per month.
- “Super+” subscription to the MTS TV service. An improved version of the previous subscription. It already includes 150 TV channels, as well as many movies, cartoons and television series for 299 rubles. per month.
- Subscription to MTS Music. This is the operator's music service, competing with Yandex.Music, Spotify and Apple Music. In the application, subscribers will find millions of tracks of various genres, as well as the possibility of built-in music recognition, like in Shazam. Cost - 169 rubles. per month.
- Subscription to online cinema IVI. It allows you to watch a huge number of films, TV series and cartoons in the highest quality, without advertising and without speed limits. Subscription costs 349 rubles. per month and is valid on five devices at once - you can watch movies with the whole family without interfering with each other.
- “Books” subscription to the MTS Library service. This option includes over 270,000 books of different genres. You can read not only fiction, but also useful literature - for example, popular science books or business manuals. Subscription costs 349 rubles. per month.
Paid subscriptions can be combined with each other in any combination. The only limitation is that it is impossible to purchase “Super” and “Super+” for MTS TV at the same time, because these options are mutually exclusive.
When purchasing a subscription, the subscriber also receives completely unlimited traffic in the selected service when using mobile Internet from MTS.
Services
In addition to unlimited and subscriptions, MTS offers to add several other additional options to the tariff:
- “Unlimited calls to MTS Russia
. The service makes it possible to make free calls to other subscribers of the operator throughout the country after the package of minutes within the tariff ends. Cost - 100 rubles. per month. - “Blocking spam calls.”
The option automatically blocks all calls from suspicious numbers listed in the MTS database as spam and scammers. Cost - 30 rubles. per month.
A city number can also be considered an additional service of the designer. In Moscow and the Moscow region, its use will cost 304.8 rubles. per month.
