The largest Russian mobile network offers to use a new product from the SMART line, activated in 2021. The visible advantage of this tariff is its low cost. It is not publicly available and an ordinary subscriber will not be able to make the transition or connect to it on his own. This unique offer is intended only for MTS employees and their immediate circle. In order to activate, you must enter a special activation code. MTS Smart for yours
The most popular of the closed mobile tariffs. For 200 rubles. per month you can get 10 GB of Internet traffic, 600 SMS in your home region, 600 minutes of calls to any numbers in your home region and MTS numbers in any regions of Russia.
You can connect to the tariff for 1000-1800 rubles. The final price depends on the arrogance of the seller.
When you exhaust your package minutes, you can call within the operator’s network for free, and to numbers of other operators for 1.5-2 rubles. per minute to home numbers (depending on the region) and to numbers in other regions - 3 rubles each. in a minute.
There are also additional rules . So, 200 rubles. – this is a monthly fee only for subscribers with federal numbers (9xx). For a city number you can pay extra from 100 to 300 rubles. (in Moscow and Moscow region just +300 rubles to the price).
And in Kamchatka, Magadan, Norilsk and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the monthly fee increases to 450 rubles. per month. But in Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Perm, Tula, Tyumen, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug you get as much as 15 GB of Internet instead of 10 GB.

Tariff cost by region
The standard fee for this offer is 200 rubles. For such a package of services, this is a small price, while you have the opportunity to use almost all social networks.
In some regions, the monthly fee is increased. It is 450 rubles. This is relevant for Kamchatka, Chukotka, Magadan and Norilsk. Due to the distance from the central part of the Russian Federation, it is more difficult to provide stable communications in these areas.
In Norilsk you will have to pay extra to be online. The price is 4 rubles per day, as a result, the cost of the tariff is less than that of competitors with similar services.
Important! Additionally, you can purchase additional packages of minutes or internet if the basic ones are not enough for a month. Offered from 3GB for 300 rubles, and you can also purchase 200 minutes for 150 rubles.
You need to remember that when the Internet ends, 1GB is automatically added and 75 rubles are charged for it, it is better not to allow a minimum threshold, leave a small reserve every month.
MTS has “Super MTS” for its
The tariff has no monthly fee at all. The code can be bought on the Internet for an average of 600-900 rubles. But you still have to replenish.
If you deposit less than 200 rubles, then within 30 days 60 minutes of calls without tariffs will be available to MTS and landline phones in your home region. If you top up with more than 200 rubles, then calls to numbers of other operators will be free.
Internet will also have to be purchased in Smart packages of 2 or 5 GB.
Otherwise, you risk shelling out 5 rubles. for every megabyte.
Tariff description
This tariff package is on a prepaid basis. The subscription fee is 5.09 rubles per day. Minutes and mobile Internet traffic are provided on the first day of every month. Billing is per minute, rounded up. Calls lasting up to 3 seconds are not charged. Unspent balances are not carried over to the next reporting period.
The “Everything for Your Own” tariff is valid in a number of Russian regions. This includes the Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov regions. In addition, the connection is available to subscribers in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, as well as in Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia, Ingushetia, Dagestan and Chechnya.

How to connect to MTS tariffs “for your own”
There are two options: buy the code on the Internet or persuade an MTS employee to write a statement that his friend/relative passionately wants to pay the company much less money for calls and the Internet.
The second option is practically not feasible. The security service is vigilant and suppresses attempts to write such statements for money.
Moreover: employees of MTS communication stores formally work for ZAO RTK (Russian Telephone Company) and cannot help with connecting tariffs “for their own”. And many don’t even know about them.
Therefore, it is easier to buy a tariff activation code on the Internet. Where to enter it:

- Personal account on the MTS website;
- Use the “My MTS” mobile application.
Shutdown
To disable Smart for Friends, just select a different plan. Go to the company website and open your personal account. Click on “Change tariff”. Select the appropriate one from the list of suggested ones, confirm the action, wait for an SMS with the results of the operation.
The cost of disconnection, if you have not changed the tariff in the last 30 days, will be 0 rubles. After the transition, only the subscription can be written off when the new tariff plan provides for it. To switch offers more than once a month, you will pay an additional 150₽.
Please note that after turning off Smart for Friends, you will not be able to switch again, even for money. You will have to change your number or temporarily go to another operator and return after 2 months.
Does this method have limitations?
MTS tariffs “for our own” can only be activated once on a specific number. If you don't use your number for five months, you'll revert back to the basic rate.
If you want to change the tariff manually and then return to the freebie again, you won’t be able to do this on the same number.
Tariff plans are only for individuals ; they cannot be connected to corporate SIM cards. And, as in other “for your own” tariffs, you cannot participate in the MTS Bonus program.
“For our own” tariffs are not available for Crimean SIM cards. But subscribers from Russian regions can come to Crimea with their SIM card and be serviced in the same way as at home, without roaming.
How to disable a tariff plan?
Beeline, in principle, does not provide the ability to disable tariffs, since a SIM card cannot be left completely without a tariff plan. But there are still several options to disable the “All for Your Own” tariff, which one to choose depends on why exactly the disabling was needed:
If you simply don’t need mobile communications for a while, don’t pay for it. As soon as the money in the account is used up, room service will be suspended. You can renew it by depositing money into your account.
If the “All for Your Own” tariff plan does not suit you, then you can simply switch to any other one. For example, you can choose a tariff with a larger or smaller package of services, or switch to a tariff without a subscription fee.
Please note that if you have been using any tariff for less than 30 days, then switching to another tariff will be paid.
What does Megafon offer?

Personal opinion
The tariff, although not without flaws (packages of minutes and SMS - only to local numbers, expensive calls and SMS after the end of the package and to other regions), but still looks quite attractive. In recent years, getting a tariff with a package of minutes, SMS and mobile Internet for a rather modest 250 rubles per month is very rare.
However, it is immediately worth noting that the parameters and prices for this tariff are the same in all regions. This means that the tariff is very cheap for Moscow, but expensive for Yaroslavl. So it all depends on the regional pricing policy.
It is also worth understanding that this is a promotional rate. It is available for connection from November 15, 2021, but it is not yet clear when the promotion will end (technical support responded that the connection is available until January 31, 2022). Most likely, you will be able to connect at the beginning of January 2022, but if you are on the “Smart for your own” tariff. New Year's” is of interest, then you shouldn’t delay connecting it, at least it’s better to do it in 2021.
Personally, I did not expect this from MTS. In terms of parameters/subscription fee ratio, this operator has been one of the worst in recent years, and here is a New Year’s surprise. I’ll say again that the tariff is not ideal, but it’s definitely worth the money.
Regarding unlimited internet. It’s not there, but you can activate the “MTS Premium” option for 199 rubles per month.
Tariff “Smart for our own. New Year's" is very similar to the regional version of the Smart tariff for its own, updated in 2021, but there are still differences.

Tele2 offers four closed tariffs. The most expensive is “Alpha”: for 555 rubles. per month you receive unlimited calls within the network, 2000 minutes to other operators throughout the country, 2000 SMS/MMS and 20 GB of traffic.
The cheapest is “Sigma”: unlimited calls on the network, 300 minutes to numbers of other operators, 300 SMS/MMS and 10 GB of traffic for 170 rubles. per month.
How legal is it?
Generally speaking, connecting using codes is illegal . But there are hundreds of sellers on the Internet - on social networks, on free message boards, even on city forums and popular tech sites.
Of course, operators prohibit the sale of tariff activation codes. And sometimes they conduct demonstrative “raids”, identify employees who are selling rooms, and fire them.
But it is impossible to prove that the subscriber bought the code and did not receive it for free from an employee. So subscribers don’t suffer, free tariffs don’t go away.
The more dangerous thing is that you can be scammed at any moment. Payment for the code to activate the tariff is accepted by an individual via Yandex.Money, Qiwi or another electronic wallet, less often to a bank card.
It is more difficult to be held accountable for such a “kid” than to fly to Mars on a tour package.
If they offer ready-made SIM cards with a cheap (most often corporate) tariff, you need to understand that they are not issued to you , so they can stop working at any time. This happens when a person registers a company to sell SIM cards, does not collect the required number, and the corporate tariff is canceled. In this case, there will be no one to make a claim.
Where can I buy a tariff upgrade?
As previously reported, the tariff can be obtained by an MTS employee or a loved one, and a transition to the tariff can also be purchased from sellers on the Internet.

It works when traveling around Russia, but there are other restrictions: you can only distribute 3 GB per month to other devices, after which distribution becomes paid - 80 rubles per day of use. So, in this case, unlimited Internet, it must be admitted, is not at all for distribution. Additional money is not charged for torrents, as on Tariffishche or NETARIFE, but the speed is limited - 128 Kbps.
