Dialing Rules

To call Armenia from a Russian number, you can use two dialing formats - national and international. Which one to use depends on what phone you are making the call from - landline or mobile.

However, regardless of the dialing format, you must specify the international country code. For Armenia, it consists of three digits - 374, and without using it you will not be able to call an Armenian number if the call is made from outside Armenia.

But if you make a call from a Russian mobile phone, you can also use the international dialing format. To do this, before the country code, to access the international line, you must enter the + sign. To do this, press and hold the 0 key until the plus sign appears on the screen.

Please note that when making a call from a mobile number of any Russian operator, you can only use the national format while in Russia. If you connect to the network while roaming, then to establish a connection with the desired Armenian number, you must use only the international dialing format.
