Universal codes for any region

You can get a number in several ways, leaving a phone number or email for contact.

Numbers with 8 (800) have an international format. They operate in all regions of the Russian Federation. The call in this case is free. It is not geographically bound and is beneficial for business representatives who want to have access to another area.

About generating mobile numbers

Ten-digit cell phone numbers have 3 parts: the first digit, the group of 3 following it, and the remaining 6.

Each component has its own meaning:

  • the initial “8” or “+7” is the code of the country (in this case, the Russian Federation) to which the number belongs;
  • 3 digits after the first – DEF code identifying the telecom operator;
  • The last 6 characters are an individual combination for the subscriber.

The first three digits after “7” or “8” indicate the region and are assigned to the operator. The combinations used in mobile numbers differ from the local dialing codes assigned to cities and towns. Therefore, determining the location of a cellular subscriber's registration is more difficult than determining where a landline telephone is located.

Beeline codes by Russian regions (table)

Each region of Russia can have several code values. In addition, the same prefix is found on phones from different mobile operators. This is due to the transfer of subscribers to another network while maintaining the number.

How to check a phone number

In the directory you can also check the correspondence of city and federal numbers.

Finding out which region a phone belongs to is easy. There are several ways to do this. You can use the table above, send a message, call the operator, or check the information on the Beeline website.

Via SMS messages

To find out which region or republic the phone belongs to, you need to send a USSD request by sending an SMS to the short number 5050. In a response message, the autoinformer will provide the requested data at any time of the day. This service is free.

Call to operator

If for some reason it is impossible to send an SMS, you can call the Beeline operator.

There are several contact phone numbers for this:

  • 8;
  • 8;
  • 0611.

Other ways

You can determine which operator or region your mobile phone number belongs to on the official Beeline website.

This can be done in 2 ways:

  1. In the search bar on the main page, type the words “define region”. In the list of articles that appears, select “how to determine the region and mobile operator.” To check, enter the requested number and characters from the picture. The requested information will then be displayed.
  2. On the operator’s website, find the “Help and Support” section, select the “Mobile Beeline”, “Tariffs and” window. Click “Details”, in the drop-down list find the item “Check number ownership”.

What numbers can Beeline numbers begin with?

All mobile operators registered in Russia start with the combination +7. This is followed by the cellular network code. All mobile phone numbers, including those from Beeline, begin with the number “9”. Why is there one number for all mobile operators? This is done in order to determine which phone the call was made from - a mobile or landline.

There are DEFs that operate regardless of region - 903 and 905. Why did this happen? At the beginning of the 2000s, Beeline had only these prefixes. As the company developed, their number also increased. Now each region has its own DEF, which is also a territorial reference identifier.

On a note! Some numbers may be ported, so to determine which network they are associated with, you must use the entire set of numbers.

Beeline has a total of 24 codes. List of active prefixes:

  • from 900 to 904, 908, 909, 963, 964, 965, 967, 968 - for the entire Russian Federation;
  • 905 and 906 - the entire Russian Federation, except for subscribers in the Far East;
  • 951, 953 - Primorsk;
  • 961, 962, 966 - for almost all regions, except for subscribers in the North-West.

To obtain the necessary data about Beeline prefixes and their binding to a particular region, you need to visit the Codifier website, which provides detailed information of this kind. How to find out what numbers the old and new Beeline numbers in Russia begin with on the website:

  1. Find the resource codificator.ru in a search engine.
  2. Having opened the “Codes” page (located in the upper right corner), click “Cellular Operator Codes”.
  3. The next step is choosing a service provider. The service gives access to information about MTS, Megafon, Beeline. You need to scroll down the page a little and find the required cellular company.

The site provides complete information on what numbers the Beeline operator numbers begin with, territorial affiliation, as well as the number of unique numbers associated with a specific DEF.

Differences between a direct city number and a federal number

Federal numbers are 11-digit digital combinations that contain the country code (+7) and operator code (909, 915 and others). City numbers are a set of numbers, also consisting of a country code (+7), a city code (495 or 499 for Moscow) and a direct number, which includes a 6 or 7-digit combination. When dialing a direct telephone number, the subscriber does not have to enter the country code and city code; it is enough to simply dial a “clean” city number.

Any city number operates in parallel with the federal one. Thus, one telephone device can call two different numbers!

Both of these numbers, federal and city, have many similarities. But, at the same time, there are fundamental differences between them. The advantages of city numbers can be described as follows:

  • Unlike a mobile number, a landline number is easier to dial. If the call is within the city, it is enough to enter only the number itself without the country and region code;
  • The city direct number is not attached to the location. A SIM card with a local number can be inserted into any mobile gadget and used regardless of the territory;
  • Connecting a landline number is a procedure that is much simpler than registering a landline phone. You don't have to connect to a telephone line;
  • In parallel with the landline number, the subscriber can order a lot of additional services that will make using the service even more enjoyable.

For example, “Cloud PBX” allows you to organize a multi-channel telephone line, and the 8-800 number is connected to the main number and allows customers who call from other numbers to make free calls to the company number.

Beneficial tariff plans and options are needed not only by individuals; entrepreneurs and legal entities are no less interested in them than ordinary subscribers. Individual entrepreneurs and company executives will certainly be interested in Beeline's new offer - a landline number.

This is an excellent solution for business - using a short number is easier to communicate with clients, it is easier to remember and faster to dial when calling. Moreover, unlike landline phones, a mobile device with a direct number is not tied to a location; you can insert a SIM card into any phone and use it anywhere.

Description of service

The “Beeline Direct Number” option offers both single-channel and multi-channel communication. The service can work in conjunction with other formats for business: “Telephone in 8-800 format”, “Virtual PBX” and “Serial number series”.

There are several types of options:

  1. Subscriber. In this case, the telephone number turns from federal to city. The option assumes only one line.
  2. Serial. Here one number can work on two telephone lines.
  3. Multichannel (Stationary). Can work on several connecting telephone lines.
  4. Dedicated. This is an additional number series from which all calls are forwarded to another available phone.

Corporate clients will be able to connect to the mobile option on any tariff plan. Individuals will also be able to activate the offer. subscribers who are on separate TPs of the “All” family.

Read about connection options and call costs below.

Price

There is no charge for activating the service. However, the service requires a fee for using the service in the amount of 500 rubles/month for legal entities, and approximately 100-200 for individual clients.

In other words, if the mandatory monthly subscription fee for a corporate TP is 5,000 rubles, with the purchased one, it will increase to 5,500 rubles.

Using the service for individuals persons will cost less. For example, the monthly subscription fee of a Beeline client living in Moscow or the region and subscribed to the “All 1450” tariff plan will increase by only 200 rubles.

For residents of other regions, payment for the product may be even lower. Information on tariffs for the service for your region can be viewed on the provider’s website, or checked with the technical support operator.

Attention! To avoid misunderstandings, connect calls from the transferred number to the new telephone line.

What to do if you receive such an SMS from Beeline?

The only option to continue using the number is to comply with the requirements. Otherwise, your card will be blocked for the period specified in the notification, without the possibility of delaying this date. A valid reason may be a long forced absence from the country.

In most such cases (namely, if the number is in roaming), the SMS message arrives only upon return to the Russian Federation, with updated deadlines. But these are only special cases - the average subscriber must follow simple instructions:

  1. Open your personal account and find the “Personal Data” item among the settings. Next, follow the instructions and send scans of your passport.

    Entering personal data in your Beeline personal account

  2. Come to the nearest office with a passport or other identity document (for example, a driving license).
  3. Explain the situation to the free operator, show the SMS, give the mobile number.
  4. Sign some additional papers, sometimes take a photograph with the specialist’s personal camera to confirm personal identification in the system.

If we are talking about confirming a list of numbers belonging to a company, their owner must come to the operator’s office with all contracts for the provision of communication services, basic documents confirming the existence of the organization.

By the way, a map of Beeline offices and communication stores will be relevant for Muscovites - moskva.beeline.ru/customers/beeline-on-map.

Description and cost

Beeline offers both single-channel and multi-channel communications. It is compatible with other business solutions (for example, “8-800 Number”, “Virtual PBX” and “Serial Number”), providing its users with more opportunities to create a telephone network within the company, or organize a call center to receive third-party calls.

The Beeline operator has several types of connection options:

  • Subscriber . A fixed city number is assigned at the rate of one number per line;
  • Serial . One city telephone number can be assigned to several lines simultaneously;
  • Multichannel . A landline number is assigned to multiple trunks;
  • Dedicated . The additional city number does not have access to the network; it is redirected to one of the available phones.

Individuals can connect a landline number only on some versions of the “All” tariffs. At the same time, corporate clients (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) can connect to a direct number at any Beeline business tariff. In this case, the cost of calls is calculated in accordance with the current tariff plan, as if the subscriber were using a regular mobile phone.

The cost of tariffs for individuals varies from 1,450 to 3,550 rubles per month, for legal entities - on average, from 300 to 3,000 rubles per month. At the same time, the service is available mainly on tariffs with a postpaid payment system.

operates in fifty regions of Russia, and its final cost will depend primarily on the region of connection and the selected basic communication tariff.

The cost of connecting a city telephone number is 0 rubles, but a subscription fee is charged for its service. For individuals, the subscription fee for using the number ranges from 90 to 210 rubles per month (from 3 to 7 rubles per day), and for businesses the service will cost approximately 500 rubles per month.

The subscription fee for providing a landline number is billed in the form of a standard Beeline invoice and must be paid by the 20th day of the month following the one in which the option was used. If the money has not been transferred, the operator turns it off and calls to the number stop coming.

How to choose and connect a direct landline number to Beeline?

You can connect a direct city Moscow number, like any other city, only in Beeline communication stores when contacting a representative of the organization, if he will connect to the company. For individuals, identification is required. Connecting and disconnecting by calling the operator or sending a USSD request is impossible.

In each region, telephones are issued with the city code of the regional center. For example, when connecting a federal number in Moscow, the subscriber will be given a number with the code 495 or 499, and in St. Petersburg with the code 812. You can find out your phone number, select a new one for free from the available ones, or choose a beautiful Beeline number for an additional fee here, in communication salon immediately upon connection.

Connecting a number

Both individuals and legal entities will be able to activate the service and choose a beautiful number at any office center of the provider. If you do not know where the branch of the Beeline television system is located in your city, call from your mobile phone at short tel. 0611 and consult with a company employee. Calls are free.

As mentioned above, only subscribers using some tariff plans of the “Everything” line will be able to connect to the service. Such TPs include:

There are no fees for transition and connections. The cost of the service itself is 500 rubles/month. This amount is added to the basic monthly subscription fee. It must be paid within 20 days from the date of invoice.

What is this message?

It’s worth noting right away: SMS with a requirement to confirm passport data are not messages from scammers or hackers, but an official notification from Beeline’s automatic mailing system.

They are sent to a specific group of numbers that are subject to certain requirements and conditions. In this case, these subscribers, according to the system, are required to confirm their passport data due to outdated information or suspicion of “dullness”. Why such a requirement appeared in principle is discussed below.

How to enable the option

First of all, you need to turn off the current tariff and connect to the “All” tariff plan, designed specifically for city numbers. At the same time, you can choose the phone number that is most attractive to you. The direct cost of changing the tariff will cost you zero rubles, that is, you do not need to pay for the transition. This is relevant for those who have not switched to other conditions or changed their tariff plan over the past month.

But for the service you will need to pay five hundred rubles. The subscription fee is quite high; it must be paid every month, and the amount, depending on the conditions for receiving the service, can be about one thousand five hundred to three thousand five hundred rubles.

Subscription fees are due upon receipt of an invoice for expenses. You can pay it immediately after receiving the financial report or within twenty days thereafter. Do not forget that the bill includes not only the cost of the room, but also the payment for the tariff.
