I did so, they switched me to a specialist, but the specialist did not answer the phone for FORTY MINUTES, and then the call was dropped (MTS has a limit on call duration). I wrote to the chat, the chat replied that I needed to call about this issue. Without getting through, I repeated my attempts the next day, overnight the charge was made at the current rate and the balance became negative. I went to the sales office, they couldn’t help either. I finally got through to support and they apologized and offered a 15 percent discount for two months. I already agreed, but then they told me that in order to change the tariff I need to pay off the resulting debt, and then CALL BACK again! They promised to return the difference, but where? About MTS? I refused to pay the debt that arose as a result of poorly performed work on the part of MTS. And even more so when you call back support again, they themselves admit that it’s difficult to get through to them: first they tell you that the waiting time is 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes the girl connects you with a specialist, and they no longer tell you how long to wait, but torture you with a tedious melody of waiting. I tried to write to the MTS VKontakte group, they promised to solve everything, I received an SMS saying that within four days they would notify me about the STATUS of the application. The chat stopped responding completely. I sent notifications to the VKontakte group, in the chat and in the group’s personal messages that I was unilaterally breaking the contract. The notification in the group was deleted, there is silence in the application chat, in the group’s personal messages they ask you to take your time and wait.
