Internet provider InterZet - reviews
Novel
The provider increased the tariff unilaterally. I paid for the annual subscription. also included an antivirus service for me for additional money, although I did not request it and did not receive notifications. Interzet steals your money, do not use their services.

Advantages:
- None
Flaws:
- Time wasted waiting. And in general it’s one big minus.
I ordered a connection marked urgently on Saturday 02/06/16 and they offered to reschedule it for Sunday. To which I said that then next month, in response, a window immediately appeared from 18:00 to 20:00. I sat like a fool until 22:00 but no one came. Moreover, there wasn’t even a call. On Sunday they called all day, but I couldn’t call on this day, I also have things to do. As a result, we survived until today, namely Monday 02/08/16. They called and offered to connect on Tuesday. I don’t have the opportunity to adapt to the installers when it’s convenient for them..! They still agreed for today, indicated the time from 14:00 to 16:00. Now it’s already 18:30 but there’s no call, I don’t see the foreman. The impression is of course simply fantastic. I’ll wait until Skynet connects the house, they come there and don’t reschedule until tomorrow and don’t give me a fictitious time.

Television is just terrible. The quality of service is disgusting. They constantly beg for money. They promise discounts, as soon as you pay, they immediately forget about the promise. They refuse to close the contract until you pay the alleged debts. They're selling their shitty equipment.

I’ll make a reservation right away - I haven’t used the services of this company, and after talking with their advertising consultants, I’m unlikely to want to.
At first, their managers went door to door. It would be nice to just throw a leaflet in the mailbox (by the way, I always read about the Internet and cable TV, compare tariffs and prices). In addition to the leaflets, there is also the notorious manager, rubbing in the merits of the company. I understand everything - work is work. But when you say five times that I am not interested in their services, he, on the contrary, pours out an even greater stream of words. And my damn upbringing doesn’t allow me to slam the door in my face (sometimes it’s useful to be a boor - it saves nerves and time).
Further more. Telephone call. At the other end of the line, the girl introduced herself as an employee of the Rostelecom company (ps this is my current provider of communication and Internet services, Internet Domolinkovsky, but they are merging now). She told me about the tariff (without giving a name) for Internet plus cable, for only 450 re per month. I said that I would think about it, and after a couple of days she called back. Well, I agreed to connect. I thought it was Domolink that finally installed fiber optic cables into my house.
But figs! I receive an SMS confirming the application for a Complex Offer and the call center number is given. Well, out of habit, I Googled this number. It turned out that this is Er-Telecom (I swear that I heard Rostelecom twice, I’m not deaf, and my hearing hasn’t failed me yet) and this tariff is really 450 re for six months, and then it will be 640 re. Figuring that it would be more than it is now (400 for the Internet plus 50 rubles for an antenna with forty channels), I called them to reject the application. I didn’t tell them how unflatteringly the guys from the local city forum spoke about their company (by the way, this reason is more important than the price). She said that I was not satisfied with the terms of the contract.
And then it started. After the application was rejected, they called me back on the same day and told me for half an hour how excellent their connection was, and that I was missing out on a great opportunity to connect to the promotion (the first month is free - but why should I have it in August, when I’m sitting at the dacha - I won’t be able to enjoy freebie to the fullest). Then the phrase was said: “I shouldn’t say that, but the manager is not around. You can sign up for a six-month contract for one person, and then refuse the services and sign up for another, and again for six months at a promotion.” I have nothing else to do, just run around with my parents and fill out and sign things back and forth. As they say, who cares about a goat, she’s already cheerful. In general, I barely disowned myself.
Not so! Three days later, their technician called me on my cell phone (I was at the dacha) and told me that ah-ah-ah, how can this be, I’m missing out on my happiness. And the speed will be great (Domolink, like, last century), and the download will be fast.
When I said that my laptop would overheat due to high speeds, he said that my laptop was broken and that this shouldn’t happen. And in such a tone it was said, as if I were a stupid chicken lamer with old broken equipment on an antediluvian provider, and he was like an advanced person who wanted to open my eyes to my miserable life and lead me to a virtual paradise, and here I sit and rest my paws.
He also offered to install Wi-Fi for me. I’m already saying as a joke that I don’t like the wireless network, that I used it in America and didn’t like it (I was interested in the reaction of this wonderful advertiser). So he told me that wi-fi in America is so bad (is it normal????), that everything is fine with them. I say - I don’t need extra waves in the apartment. It tells me that our waves are harmless and do not create any interference for technology or harm to health (I don’t know how I didn’t laugh during this nonsense).
Fortunately, after 17 minutes of this mind-blowing MTS (thank you very much and bow to the ground) cut off the call and I sighed happily. The technician called me back later, but I didn’t answer the phone.
And then a week later they called again, from a different number. Hearing the phrase “This is Er-Telecom,” I shuddered and I hung up, because I wasn’t going to listen to THIS again. And don't care about education!
But my heart feels that this is not the last call. You will have to turn on caller ID at home or hang up, even though this is impolite.
I don't understand. I explained to them my refusal. Why insist? Again - it’s clear - this is the job - to offer your services. But here it’s not even rubbing in, but imposition. Okay, spam in the mail. I deleted it and forgot about it. And then there’s the phone. You never know who will call. What if for work? Or something else important?
This is the first such annoying company in my life.

Interzet..I connected to it about 10 years ago. Initially, the network was tiny, then it grew, but the rudeness and lack of hands have not gone away. Constant interruptions, lags (I played WOW and anyone who plays will understand what it’s like to crash in the middle of a raid, considering that I was the main healer....).
Should I call technical support? Hmm.. now I’ll tell you how this happens depending on the time: morning - 10-15 minutes on the phone. They may drop you once or twice and you will have to call back. but you can get through by phone. day - about the same as in the morning (if it’s not the weekend, then add another 10-15 minutes to the wait) evening - at least 40 minutes to get through. + you stand in line for half an hour, they say you’re second and... they hang up. Voila, another half hour, or even more. night - despite the fact that they write that they work around the clock - this is not true! In 10 years I have never gotten through on the phone at night. You are always first in line and reset. Or music for 2 hours and reset.
Have you reached us? Don't rush to rejoice. Just to ask why they didn’t disconnect me (I called earlier and they disconnected me and broke my contract) I spent exactly 4 hours. I'll explain why. Call (30 minutes). The girl answered. I explained in detail what was going on. They said wait. I waited for them to translate. She also explained it in detail. They said wait, they will translate. They hung up. Dial again, again I explain - they will transfer - I explain - they will transfer - I explain - they will transfer - hang up. On the 3rd attempt they transferred me (I think I ended up explaining the same thing to them 15 times) to the right girl.
This is the worst tech support ever. And the provider... I went up to my attic, all the provider routers in the house are hanging there. Naturally, the Interzet one is in the saddest state, dangling on one wire...
In general, I am now using Eltel and am satisfied. And I forgot about Internet like a bad dream.
the only plus is the video.ze service. but it’s as if it’s accessible without internet =))
Threat. I forgot to add - the promised speed does not happen. They cut cruelly, leaving a drop. I checked it on 2ip and similar services.
UPDATE
Comrade readers)) carefully look at the positive reviews about this company, which are located under mine - each has just been registered (at about the same time), there is no avatar and only one review for each - positive about Interzet. It depends on everyone, but to me it seems to hint that maybe the Izetovites themselves are at least trying to hush up their incompetence.
Apparently the commentators are stupid, I answer the same question over and over again. or don't know how to read? for the stupid internet commentators -
Interzet became interzet as a result of the merger of 2 small offices, one of which I was a client of. then the company became Internet, but the Internet only got worse. I hope it’s so noticeable and stupid questions disappear? Damn mathematicians)))) Subscribe to my new endlessly idiotic reviews, put yes if you liked the review, if you didn’t like it, you can throw poop in the comments =). Beaver everyone! Ejuska)

I have been a client of this company since 2009. I terminated the contract in April. Dear Sirs, please stop your calls. The train left. You need to think first. Yes, you have the right to increase tariffs and change the terms of the contract unilaterally, but you forget about your responsibilities. Internet speed is below par, see review 05/16/2017. I endured it for almost a year. It’s ridiculous that the speed of 40 drops to 0 during the day. Dear sirs from InterZet, you just forgot one rule: the client pays, and you follow. What to talk to you about if you cannot ensure stability of speed 40. It is not the client who should run after you, but you who should run after the client. It’s funny that almost a month has passed since the gentlemen ******* began to stir.
Provider Dom.ru - St. Petersburg - reviews in St. Petersburg
Official representative
Elena, good afternoon! I am sure that the cause of this situation was a misunderstanding between you and the company employees. At the same time, your assumptions about alleged fraud are unfounded, since the company’s policy does not involve fraud. I apologize to you for the inconvenience caused and the need to write angry letters, and I offer you the following interaction option: please send to your contract number and a link to this post. This will allow us to find a solution that suits you. Similar feedback to your comment was left on other sites. We can build communication on any of them. Thank you for understanding. Monday, August 31, 2015, 21:11 +03:00 from St. Petersburg:
Until March of this year there were no complaints against InterZet. They called several times with offers to transfer to another tariff, because... I always pay more for the Internet than the tariff, but I always refused and they left me alone.
But with the purchase of Interzet by the well-known Dom.ru, everything changed. They don’t bother with such a small thing as the client’s consent to transfer him to another tariff. As it turned out, they came up with a new way of taking money from the population.
And it happens like this:
1. First, they monitor those clients who are on archive tariffs and pay a little more monthly (for example, not 450 rubles, but 500, this is more convenient)
2. Then they look at how long a person does not log into his personal account, and if this period is long enough, then they will arbitrarily change his tariff to one of the existing ones, which, naturally, costs more.
Of course, they do not ask the client’s opinion and do not inform him. When a client, who expects that the overpaid amount will be enough to pay for an additional month, discovers that there is no money in the account and is indignant, they brazenly tell him: you have a current tariff, and we have raised the cost of tariffs and posted information about this on our page on the Internet, as required under the contract, within 10 days. Moreover, when asked how the archival tariff suddenly became valid, they also brazenly declare - and yours was valid, which is impossible in principle, because the agreement was concluded in 2011, when there was no trace of the tariffs currently in force.
Confirmation of my assumption that Interzet (a la Dom.ru) robs its clients in this way was given by my friend, who also has an archived Interzet tariff of 450 rubles. So she always pays exactly 450 rubles, and so far no one has changed her tariff, i.e. she still pays exactly 450 rubles.
And the most interesting thing is that when I began to be indignant and write angry letters, I was quickly offered to return the old tariff of 450 rubles. However, they did not want to return the stolen money.
But I’m not going to do any business with scammers, so I stopped being a client of Interzet.
And I advise everyone to follow my example if you don’t want to unexpectedly become a cash cow Dom.ru
These are the interesting fraudulent schemes that Dom.ru comes up with for its regular customers. Apparently Interzet (Dom.ru) has too many of them (clients), a hundred more, a hundred less - it doesn’t matter.
