Refunds for postpaid subscribers

Owners of tariff plans with a postpaid payment principle can return the usual package in the following ways:

  • by contacting a contact center specialist using a single toll-free number;
  • managing services through your personal account.

The transition will be free for the user if no more than 1 month has passed since the previous TP change. Analogue reconnection

If you run out of Internet traffic, minutes or SMS messages, you can activate a one-time package of necessary services at any time without the need to completely reconnect your tariff and reset the balance of other packages.

What is reconnection

Reconnection is the process of updating the limits of a tariff plan by reconnecting it.

In the event that the mobile Internet packages, minutes for calls or SMS messages at the tariff have expired, this option makes it possible to receive the entire volume of services before the date of the next subscription fee debit.

Reconnection of the Beeline KZ tariff is free of charge. In this case, the subscription fee is debited from the account according to the current tariff plan.

Please note that when using the service, all balances of services and bonuses are reset to zero. If the Internet runs out, then when you reconnect the tariff, traffic, minutes and SMS limits will be accrued according to new ones.

When updating limits, the balance is not transferred. Therefore, sometimes it makes sense to connect a gigabyte package rather than update your limits ahead of schedule.

Through your personal account

You can restore your old tariff in your personal account on the operator’s website by entering your username and password and going to manage services. Here you should open the “View all tariffs” tab.

Customers connected to prepaid plans do not have to present the document: employees call special numbers as verification. Legal entities must provide salon employees with a power of attorney from the company management, the owner’s passport and a written statement from him expressing a request to return the previous tariff and drawn up on company letterhead.

Cost of calls and messages on the “Freestyle” tariff

Calls directed to Beeline numbers will become unlimited if you make a one-time top-up for a total amount of 250 tenge to 990 tenge. This procedure will need to be performed once every 6 days. If you deposit an amount of 990 tenge or more into your account, you can top up once every 30 days.

The first minute of communication with Beeline network subscribers is charged at 9 tenge, subsequent minutes will cost 6 tenge. If you call numbers of mobile operators operating in Kazakhstan, the cost will be 18 tenge per minute. International calls are charged at 15 tenge per minute.

Sending 1 message to users of the Beeline Kazakhstan network will cost 8 tenge, to numbers of other operators - 13.44 tenge. It is possible to send MMS messages to Beeline subscribers - 15 tenge, to other numbers - 25 tenge.

Old tariffs are not available for subscribers. However, the provider places them in the archive for a reason. The tariff line can be activated at any time if the company deems it in demand.
