On April 30, 2021, MegaFon closed for connection a series of tariffs for modems, routers and tablets “Wi-Fi for yourself”, “Wi-Fi for the family” and announced new tariffs under the general name “Download!”: “Easy”, “Any moment" and "To the fullest." Not all reviews from users of this line of tariffs are positive. Many people believe that the stated Internet connection speed does not correspond to the actual speed. Despite the unlimited volume, the speed rarely reaches the maximum values. These service packages are taken in cases where it is not possible to connect to standard Internet.

How is the subscription fee charged?

On the “Download! Easy" and "Pump up! For a full subscription, when switching or making an initial connection, the subscription fee is charged for 15 days, not 30. On the 16th day, the subscription fee is charged for another 15 days. And only from this moment (after a month) the subscription fee is already debited every 30 days.

On the TP “Pump up! At any time” the subscription fee upon transition or initial connection is charged for 3 days. Accordingly, MegaFon will provide unlimited Internet for three days. Starting from 4 days, the subscription fee will be charged at 70 ₽ per day, but only if you access the Internet.

Tariff “Pump up! To the fullest"

This is the senior tariff from Megafon’s “Upload” line with completely unlimited Internet without any restrictions or conditions.

What it gives: full unlimited access to any web resources.

Subscription fee: 1300 rubles monthly. When connecting or switching to this TP, the monthly fee is written off in two stages: on the first day, 650 ₽ will be debited from the account, and the other half - on the 16th day. From the second month of use, the subscription fee is charged once every 30 days.

Users who activate this package acquire the status of Megafon VIP clients. This provides small advantages, such as a dedicated line with a support service, privileged service in Megafon showrooms, special offers and gifts from the operator and its partners.

How to disable the “Download” tariff from Megfon

If you decide not to use the Megafon SIM card anymore, then it is best to contact the service office and terminate the contract. This way you can be sure that the service is really disabled, you have no debts, and if there is any money in your account, withdraw it.

There is another way, it is simpler, but not as reliable. In order for Megafon to stop servicing a number, it is enough not to use a SIM card and not to top up your account.

If the balance is 0 rubles, the operator will block the number and after a year will terminate the contract with you. If you stop using the SIM card, but there is some money left on its balance (we are talking about an amount that is not enough to charge the subscription fee), then after 270 days Megafon will start withdrawing 5 rubles per day. When there is no money left in the account, the number will be blocked, and after 365 days it will be completely disconnected.

What you have to pay extra for

The subscription fee only involves the provision of Internet services. When using other mobile communication functions, payment will be required:

calls within the home region - 3 rubles for every minute of conversation;
if necessary, call to another region - 15 rubles;
forwarding service - 3.5 rubles per minute to any Russian number;
communication via SMS will cost 1.95 rubles for your region and 2.8 rubles for others.

If you need to change the tariff, you will need to pay 150 rubles. Payment is debited when less than a month has passed since the previous shift.

Call costs

The cost of calls varies from 0 to 15 rubles. Incoming calls remain free at all times, and calls to local numbers within and outside the network are the cheapest. 15 rub. Calls to other regions and to local numbers with a different home region are charged.

“Pump up! To the fullest”: description

“Pump up! To the full” is the senior tariff of Megafon’s new line. In it you get unlimited traffic without speed reduction for 30 days. In addition to unlimited Internet, this option includes a VIP status for the subscriber. It gives you these benefits:
