How can I find out my current tariff plan?
If you haven't changed your tariff plan for several years, then it's not surprising that you don't remember its name. But in order to evaluate the benefits of the operator’s new offers, you must first know your tariff plan and its characteristics. You can do this in several ways:

To take advantage of the offer, you need to connect to Tele2 or switch with your number from another operator; existing customers can set up a tariff on the website or in the “My Tele2” application. Ways to change the tariff plan on your phone or tablet
Once a tariff plan is selected, changing it is quick and easy. There are several ways to do this: you can contact a Tele2 communication salon, use your personal account on the official website or in the application, call a short number or contact the support service for help.
When switching to another tariff, the number of minutes, gigabytes, SMS and payment terms change. The subscriber number remains the same.
Call a short number
Each cellular operator has special short numbers with which the subscriber can manage his number. Tele2 also provides the opportunity to independently change the tariff plan using the voice menu. For this:
- Call from your Tele2 phone to a special short number 630.
- After connecting, listen to the voice menu and select a tariff, following the instructions of the voice assistant step by step.
A few seconds after the call, the system will transfer your number to the new tariff plan.
Use your personal account
In the personal section of the official Tele2 website, subscribers can control expenses, manage mobile communication services, and, among other things, change their tariff plan. To gain access to all these features, you must undergo authorization: how to log into your Tele2 personal account.
To change the tariff on Tele2 after authorization, go to the general catalog of tariffs through the main menu of the site or via the link: https://tele2.ru/tariffs.
Then select any of the tariff plans open for connection that suits your needs and click the “Connect” . Customize the tariff for yourself, if possible, and confirm your choice at the last step.

Install the My Tele2 application
You can use all the features of your personal account directly from your phone, through the “My Tele2” application. It is available for all modern smartphones on iOS and Android platforms.
To change your tariff on Tele2 through the application, launch it, on the main screen, go to the “My tariff” and click on the “Change tariff” .

As stated earlier, the customization option is only available for certain plans. Today their list is as follows:

How to change the tariff plan on a modem
Tele2 periodically updates all tariffs, including those for USB modems and Wi-Fi routers. Therefore, subscribers who use them to access the Internet should monitor new offers from the operator, and from time to time connect more profitable and relevant ones.
The easiest way to change the tariff on a portable modem or router is through your personal account. This procedure for them is as simple as for regular phones, since modems and routers from Tele2 have the function of sending/receiving SMS, which means you can easily request a temporary password. If for some reason you are unable to access the Internet from the Tele2 modem, then you can carefully move the SIM card from the modem to your smartphone and use any of the methods described above for changing the tariff on phones and tablets.
How the option works
A special constructor has been implemented for the procedure, where the user independently adjusts the parameters in accordance with his desires. This is available both to current subscribers of the Tele2 operator and to potential customers who are just planning to purchase a SIM card.
The subscription fee will be based on the options you select. This applies to both the call and internet packages themselves and additional options.
Cost of switching to another tariff
The price of the service for replacing the tariff on Tele2 depends on how much time has passed since the subscriber connected to his current tariff plan. But what method the subscriber uses to transfer does not matter.
For those who switched to their tariff plan more than 30 days ago, the next tariff change will be free. If less than 30 days have passed, the operator will write off a commission, the amount of which depends on the selected tariff: if you switch early to a tariff plan with a subscription fee, the commission amount is 150 rubles, and for a tariff without a subscription fee - 40 rubles.
Please note that in order to successfully change the tariff, in addition to the amount sufficient to pay the commission, the subscriber’s account must have money to write off the subscription fee (if there is one on the new tariff).
Setting up a tariff via the official website

The operator offers an “Internet for Devices” tariff plan, which provides unlimited Internet access for tablets, modems and routers both at home and while traveling around Russia. The default tariff plan includes services that provide the ability to distribute unlimited traffic on any device without volume restrictions and access the Internet at the highest possible speed.
