    How can I find out my current tariff plan?

    Once a tariff plan is selected, changing it is quick and easy. There are several ways to do this: you can contact a Tele2 communication salon, use your personal account on the official website or in the application, call a short number or contact the support service for help.

    When switching to another tariff, the number of minutes, gigabytes, SMS and payment terms change. The subscriber number remains the same.

    Call a short number

    Each cellular operator has special short numbers with which the subscriber can manage his number. Tele2 also provides the opportunity to independently change the tariff plan using the voice menu. For this:

    1. Call from your Tele2 phone to a special short number 630.
    2. After connecting, listen to the voice menu and select a tariff, following the instructions of the voice assistant step by step.

    A few seconds after the call, the system will transfer your number to the new tariff plan.

    Use your personal account

    How to change the tariff plan on a modem
