The Yota operator is given a period of one month to consider the application. Within a month, the Yota company must respond to the applications and give a response to the user about making a decision. In rare cases, decisions are made by the company earlier than the specified period, within a week from the date of application.

If the user breaks the contract with the Yota operator, then the latter is obliged under the contract to pay the remaining money in the account to the user. The user will be given the opportunity to write applications for a refund indicating the details where the funds will subsequently be credited.
