Description
During the period when the subscriber cannot receive incoming calls, information about the attempt to call is stored on the operator’s server. After availability is restored, the subscriber receives it in the form of an SMS: “they called you...”. The message indicates the caller's number, the number of calls and the time of the last call.
Reference! By default, the service is automatically connected from the moment the SIM card is activated.
By activating the offer, you agree to determine the availability of your number to other subscribers using the “I’m in touch” option. The last sentence can also be deactivated.
Operating principle
— this is automatic notification of all missed calls. Has your phone suddenly run out of charge? Or maybe you are out of network coverage? No problem. When you activate the “You have been called” option, not a single call will miss you. After all, as soon as you turn on your phone again/appear on the MTS network, your smartphone will immediately receive an SMS about missed calls: who called, when and how many times. Comfortable? Not that word. If not for one “but”.
The option is paid (1.2 rubles per day), connects automatically and has a number of nuances. Therefore, before connecting from MTS, read them:
- No information about the forwarded call is received;
- If the subscriber has Caller ID active, you will only see “XXX” instead of numbers;
- If you have enabled barring of all incoming calls, do not expect notifications either;
- Also, do not forget to disable the option to block short messages, otherwise it will also block notifications;
- Having voicemail enabled will also not allow you to use the functionality and find out who called while you were without a connection. Therefore, if you want to use the option, turn off voicemail;
- The message will not come if the SMS memory is full.
- And the data is stored for one day, that is, if the phone is not in touch for a longer period, then incomplete information about missed calls will be received.
By the way, if you don’t want to see advertising “tails” in SMS messages with unaccepted numbers, you should enable the ban on receiving information SMS from the operator’s website.
And we remind you again. The cost is 1.2 rubles per day. Regardless of whether you use it or not!
How to disable?
If you no longer want to use this offer, you can turn off incoming notifications.
This can be done in the same way as when connecting:
- dial the command *111*38# - call, and in response to the SMS send the number “ 2 ”;
- send SMS 21140 to number 111 ;
- deactivate in your personal account or in the mobile application.
