", which stands out quite strongly against the background of other Big Four tariffs.

The fact is that there is no monthly fee for the basic version of the tariff, and packages of minutes and SMS can be purchased separately. That is, you can buy, for example, 300 minutes and 50 GB of mobile Internet, and use them until they run out - without any mandatory monthly payments. In addition, additional services are offered for a daily subscription fee.

Tariff parameters

Let's look at the tariff parameters using the example of Moscow and the region, and at the end of the article - for some other regions of Russia.

Options:

• Subscription fee – no
• Calls to any numbers in Russia – 2.5 rubles per minute
• SMS to any numbers in Russia – 2.5 rubles per message.
• Mobile Internet – 1 GB as a gift when connecting or switching + unlimited Internet traffic volume at a speed of 8 Kbps.

This is the usual tariff. But its meaning lies not in the basic parameters, but in the plug-in packages, so let’s move on to them straight away.

Packages:

Internet:

• 10 GB – 350 rubles.
• 30 GB – 450 rubles.
• 50 GB – 550 rubles.

Calls:

• 100 minutes – 150 rubles.
• 300 minutes – 300 rubles.

Messages:

• 100 SMS – 50 rubles.

The packages are not the cheapest, but you don’t have to pay for them every month. For example, if you don’t make calls very often and don’t spend a lot of Internet, say, only on instant messengers, then packages of 300 minutes and 50 GB may be enough for you, say, for 5 months. This is 60 minutes and 10 GB per month for 170 rubles per month (850: 5). True, there is one pitfall here, which you will learn about later in the material...

A mobile Internet package can be activated on an auto-renewal basis - when it ends, the same Internet package will be automatically purchased for the same money.

Unlimited:

• Free unlimited TikTok - the first 3 months are free, after that the option is disabled.
• Unlimited social networks and instant messengers – 5 rubles per day.
• Unlimited YouTube – 5 rubles per day.
• Unlimited Internet – 30 rubles per day.
• Unlimited calls to Beeline numbers - 5 rubles per day.

It is worth noting the daily fee and free connection. For example, if you need unlimited Internet for a couple of days, you can connect it and then disconnect it. Or, for example, connect to unlimited YouTube for the weekend. Moreover, connecting options costs 0 rubles. This means that you can connect and disconnect services when you need it without additional costs.

Among the main advantages of using the option are:

• when viewing social media The networks' existing traffic package is not consumed;
• even if there is no network access, the service remains active;
• The service can be used throughout Russia, with the exception of Sevastopol, Crimea, Dolgano-Nenets and Taimyr municipal districts.

Please note that the service does not work when using video files, i.e. viewing clips and films on social media. networks will not work. It is also not possible to follow external links to third-party resources.

Footnote #2 in the detailed tariff description in the PDF file states:

The subscription fee is 5.5 rubles. per day (including VAT) - starting from the 91st day from the date of the last activity of the subscriber, which resulted in the debiting of funds from the Electronic account (paid calls, SMS, MMS, GPRS sessions, etc.) and ceases to be charged if the subscriber’s activity resumes or balance exhaustion. In cases where funds were debited from the Subscriber's Electronic Account during the billing period, the subscription fee is included in the cost of communication services and is not charged as a separate amount.

This all means that once every 90 days you must perform at least one paid action, otherwise the tariff will simply include a subscription fee of 5.5 rubles per day (approximately 167 rubles per month). This condition exists on some other tariffs of mobile operators without a monthly fee, but the “Communication Z” tariff is a special case, since it is positioned as a tariff that allows you to use packages without a time limit. Yes, it’s as if it doesn’t exist, but there is a condition about a mandatory paid action. That is, if you do not use up the purchased packages of minutes and Internet within 90 days, and you do not need to connect new packages, you will have to send one message to perform a paid action in order to avoid paying a subscription fee. And if you have also connected the SMS package... Well, then connect and disconnect any unlimited...

As for me, 90 days without communication costs is a rather modest period for a tariff plan with such a concept. And, I believe, many subscribers who switch to this tariff will not be very happy when they learn about the new subscription fee, which, perhaps, by this time will already have time to suck up part of the balance.

Detailed description

Thanks to unlimited use of instant messengers, you can always stay online and listen to music for free, without traffic restrictions. Even after the main Internet package is exhausted, the subscriber will have access to his social networks without any restrictions.

The cost of the service is 4 rubles/day. Payment is debited daily in the established amount. There is no additional fee for connection. If necessary, the mobile operator offers to activate an option such as #EVERYTHING is possible. This option is not available during international roaming.

It is possible to activate the service on tariffs with a subscription fee of more than 500 rubles. (in Moscow), 300 rub. (in other regions). If there are not enough funds on the balance sheet at the time of writing off for the first time, then the write-offs will be made in the negative. The next payment will not be made and the service will be automatically disabled.

Other regions

Parameters and prices vary, but not very much. It is also worth noting that the cost of one minute and one message in the regions may also differ, and the size of the subscription fee for various unlimited services also differs.

How to disable the service

To deactivate the “Unlimited on Beeline social networks” option, you can use the following options:

It should be noted that the subscriber cannot share unlimited messengers. Any workarounds to existing restrictions will result in the unscrupulous user being blocked and blacklisted as clients.

Personal opinion

It seems to me that for some subscribers such an offer could be very profitable. At least when compared with public tariffs of mobile operators. We are, of course, talking about those subscribers who spend few minutes and GB every month.

You can only connect to the mobile Internet and use exclusively instant messengers, you can connect only minutes and call any numbers in Russia at an affordable price - 1 ruble per minute or even cheaper.

If necessary, you can temporarily connect to unlimited mobile Internet and distribute it, or connect to unlimited YouTube and watch a bunch of videos within one day for a very modest fee.

For those who need a lot of Internet and a lot of minutes, the tariff is not suitable - buying packages or connecting to unlimited Internet will be quite expensive. Unlimited service alone costs more than 900 rubles per month (for Moscow and the region).

I will note the uniqueness of the offer from Beeline. Finally a tariff has come out that is not like the others...

But…

Don't forget about the subscription fee trap. As for me, this is an extremely unpleasant condition that spoils the overall impression of the “Communication Z” tariff.

And the last thing... I switched to the “Communication Z” tariff on the first day of its launch and... my personal account in the mobile application stopped working - “An error occurred. Something went wrong, try again later." In general, on paper the tariff is not bad, but I haven’t been able to test it yet.

Coverage area and roaming

Like many other offers, the #candoEVERYTHING service is valid both in the subscriber’s home region and when traveling around the country.

The only exceptions are a few regions: Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Here, the use of Internet traffic will be paid per megabyte, regardless of the resources the subscriber accesses.

Unlimited does not apply to international roaming.

Unlimited social networks and international roaming do not apply: when traveling around the world, traffic will be charged based on consumption, according to the terms of the package.

“Unlimited Internet” is a fairly profitable service for subscribers who require a large amount of Internet not all the time, but from time to time. This offer was ideal for those who did not need to distribute traffic and did not use it from a computer. Unfortunately, Beeline does not currently offer such profitable options. Both “Unlimited Internet” within the “Communication Z” tariff and the “Weekend Internet” tariff plan are much more expensive. And the “Close People” line cannot be considered a full-fledged replacement at all, because unlimited Internet in these tariffs is offered on an ongoing basis, which is not suitable for everyone.

Bright business

The corporate tariff “Bright Business” will allow you to fully use unlimited Internet. There are 5 options for “Bright Business”:

• For 400. Unlimited Internet if you use 4G zones. 3G and 2G 10 GB of traffic, cloud PBX. Subscription fee 400 rub.
• For 600. 20 GB – unlimited, cloud PBX. Subscription fee 600 rub.
• For 1100. 30 GB – unlimited, cloud PBX. Subscription fee 1100 rub.
• For 1500. 40 GB – unlimited, cloud PBX. Subscription fee 1500 rub.
• For 2500. Unlimited Internet, cloud PBX. Subscription fee 2500 rub.

Internet distribution

Unlimited traffic can only be used on the current device in which the SIM card is installed. Any attempts to distribute the Internet will be blocked. To be able to share traffic with this option, the subscriber needs to activate one of the additional services:

• “Internet distribution 5 GB per month” for 99 rubles;
• “Internet distribution for a day” for 150 rubles.

These options are disabled automatically when the connection expires or the traffic available for distribution ends. Beeline also allows you to get a free hour of traffic distribution for participating in the “Gigs for Sleep”, “Gigs for Detox” or “Gigs for Brains” promotions. The operator does not provide for the distribution of unlimited traffic for a long time.

How to connect a separate balance

The service is provided by all mobile operators, but it is extremely difficult to find information about it on official websites. There is no way to connect it as quickly and easily as accidentally subscribing to a paid entertainment service. A separate balance is provided by all operators free of charge, and you don’t have to worry about making additional payments for its use. Depending on the mobile operator, the service may be called by -differently, but its meaning does not change. So, on MTS and Beeline it is a “Separate Personal Account”, on Tele2 it is a “Content Personal Account”, and on MegaFon it is simply a “Content Account”. To use it, you must contact the operator in person at the office and submit a written application.
