Next, click on the button that adds media files. It is located after the line where the text is written, looking like a reel of film, or at the bottom of the phone screen, looking like a rectangle with three dots. The Add Media Files menu will appear. There, select the type of file you want to send, such as image, sound, or video, and then attach the required file. If you need to attach a file of a different type, for example, calendar events or business cards, then you need to use the “Attach Elements” menu item.

How to send MMS from Samsung?

Samsung phones do not have a separate function for sending MMS messages. All messages, no matter whether it is SMS or MMS, are sent from a single button - “Messages”. If you add some kind of media file to your message, your phone itself will understand what message to send. And all you have to do is pay for the service according to your tariff plan.

Then write the desired message text. If you want to change some keyboard settings, press and hold the button to change the language. A new menu will open where you select “Keyboard Type”. There, select the type you need, then click “Set”. You can also change the list of supported keyboard languages in your phone settings.

If you want to receive notifications when you receive and view MMS messages, you can change the sending settings. To do this, you again need to click on the button, which looks like a rectangle with three dots, and then select the “Send Options” item in the menu. In the new window, select the options you need.

In-between phone models often support automatic setup, but the earliest and latest models may not have this privilege. In the production of the former, the function has not yet come into mass use, and in the case of the latter, it has already ceased to be relevant for most users. Next, we will take a closer look at manual configuration.

How to set up MMS on your phone

There are several ways to configure the MMS function. The easiest way is to visit the operator’s office, where employees themselves will install the MMS function. However, the user can make the connection independently.

Automatic setup

This option is the most convenient, because the system is configured automatically. The user does not need to download files or contact the operator. This also eliminates the possibility of resetting the phone to its default settings. However, this method is only available once when the SIM card is installed. How to download MMS on Samsung:

  1. Insert the SIM card into the smartphone connector.
  2. Reboot your phone or wait for installation.
  3. Receive files via SMS message.
  4. Open the files and wait for the operation to complete.

After completing these steps, the function of viewing and sending images will become available.

Manual setting

To configure the MMS function, you must perform the following steps:

  1. Go to “Settings” on the main screen of your phone.
  2. Select the “Networks” section.
  3. Click on “Mobile networks”.
  4. Go to “Access Points” and activate “Mobile Data”.
  5. On the page that opens, select “New access point”.

Further actions depend on the selected operator. The items “access point type” - mms and “MMS port” are similar for the operator Beeline, Megafon, MTS, Tele 2, Motiv - 8080. For MTS and an additional one for Tele2 - 9201. How the process of manual configuration and filling out the data occurs:

  1. Username.
  2. Access point.
  3. Password and login.
  4. Leave the remaining lines blank.
  5. Save data.
  6. Reboot the device.

Information for the lines must be clarified on the operator’s website.

Why aren't MMS sent?

If all parameters are configured correctly, but MMS are not sent, then try the following:

  1. Turn off iMessage. Go to the “Settings” section, select “Messages”, scroll the slider next to the word “iMessage”. If this function is enabled, MMS messages will not be sent. To send, you will have to switch this mode.
  2. Enter your number in your phone settings. In the “Phone” section, select “My number” and enter your phone number. Then save the settings.
  3. Check if the Cellular Data option is enabled. Select the “Cellular” option in the menu, then opposite the “Cellular Data” function, check the position of the slider.
  4. Switch to 3G mode. Under Cellular Data, select Voice & Data and switch the slider to 3G. Switching to this channel is only necessary if you are using 4G mode. Unfortunately, in the last type of mode, receiving and sending MMS is impossible.
  5. Reset your network settings and manually set new MMC settings.

If manual MMS settings could not be installed on your phone, contact the company’s technical support by calling 0890 and ask an employee to send the settings. The employee will send them via SMS message. You can also come to a mobile phone store and ask for help from the company’s specialists with a mobile phone and a valid SIM card. Our staff will help you resolve this issue.

Relevance, setup and use of the MMC option

MMS are multimedia messages that are required in situations where there is no access to the Internet or the device does not support modern applications with similar functions. The ability to send MMS from Android is of little relevance, but sometimes it is the only way to urgently transmit important information. But, before sending or receiving such a message on your Samsung phone, you need to set up MMS. To make the option available and send multimedia messages, the user completes 3 steps:

  • connects the service through an operator;
  • changes account;
  • manually checks changes in smartphone settings.

Setting up MMS on Android is not difficult - the general algorithm of actions is the same, but the rules for activating this function may differ (depending on the operator).

Auto mode

You can set up MMS on your phone without changing any parameters on Samsung manually - user participation in this case is minimal. But, you can activate the multimedia messaging function automatically only once - during the first registration of Samsung in the mobile network of the selected telecom operator. After such a request, you do not need to configure MMS on your phone again. The algorithm is like this:

  1. To receive auto settings, the subscriber installs a SIM card into the smartphone and turns it on.
  2. After registering the phone on the network, the required values are searched in the telecom operator’s database and the requested information is sent to Android.
  3. When the configuration profile is accepted, the owner of the number, in order to be able to receive and send MMS to the phone in the future, accepts them and saves them.

In addition to this “one-time” setup, there is another automatic way to change parameters when MMS do not arrive or are sent - the user can ask the operator for help. There is no limit to the number of times an option can be requested to be configured this way. If MMS are not sent from Android, but the user requires them, he calls the operator’s toll-free consultation number. When ordering settings, you need to follow the instructions, and when they arrive, accept and save them. Afterwards, be sure to restart your smartphone.

If your phone doesn’t accept MMS, you can get the settings by ordering them online. To do this, the user goes to the official website of his mobile operator and, by going to the desired menu, selects the model of his device. Then he enters the number and confirms that he is not a robot through a captcha. Next, the request is sent and after a few minutes the settings arrive, which are accepted and saved. After activating this function, a device reboot is also required.

Manual setting

If the subscriber cannot contact the operator, then it is possible to change the phone parameters independently - manually. To do this, the user goes to the application menu and selects “Settings”. Then, in the window that appears, the user clicks on “Networks” and selects “Mobile networks”. From this menu, go to “Access Points” and check the box next to “Mobile Data”. Then he goes to “Internet access points” and clicks on the “New access point” column. Then, in accordance with the table, the subscriber fills in the parameter lines, leaves everything else unchanged, saves (if the device has this) and reboots the smartphone.

In the case of a smartphone with an older version of Android, to set it up, the subscriber goes to “Settings”, then “Wireless networks”, then “Mobile network” and “Access point”. In the last window, he clicks on “Menu” and enters “Create APN”.

How to open MMS on Samsung

Support for messages with multimedia attachments on a smartphone is basic, just like SMS. Their settings should arrive in automatic mode, immediately after activating the SIM card. When there are no problems, MMS on a Samsung phone can be viewed by analogy with classic SMS. But when there is no auto-tuning (this happens when a SIM card was purchased several years ago), the subscriber needs to make adjustments. To read MMS on a Samsung phone, the user calls the operator or enters the required information manually.

The problem when MMS does not load on Samsung is caused by a system failure and loss of setup data. Sometimes, due to some internal reasons, the device can roll back the settings to standard ones, which leads to the loss of those sent by the operator. Therefore, if MMS does not open on Android, the user checks the setup status, as well as the spam parameters (they should be empty). If the information is correct, then the phone owner first contacts the operator and, when he cannot help, then goes to the service center of his cellular provider. The consultant will check and help you download the parameters of MMS messages on Android.

How to attach a media file and send MMS

Create and send a message with multimedia content similar to standard SMS text messages. To send MMS from a Samsung device, the user expands the “Messages” window and defines the recipient (opens the required dialog). Then he clicks on the “Add” button (sometimes “+” or “↑”) and uploads the media file. Then he clicks on “Send” and the MMS goes to its recipient.

Working with MMS on Android

The procedure for sending MMS can be divided into two steps: preparing the phone and creating a multimedia message. Please note that even with the correct settings, taking into account every aspect we have mentioned, some phones simply do not support MMS.

Step 1: MMS Setup

Before you start sending multimedia messages, you must first check and manually add settings in accordance with the characteristics of the operator. We'll only show the four main options as examples, while each cellular provider requires unique options. In addition, do not forget to connect to a tariff plan that supports MMS.

If required, select the SIM card you are using and click on the “Access Points” line. If there are MMS settings here, but sending is not working, delete them and tap on “+” on the top panel.

  • “Name” - “MegaFon MMS” or any;
  • "APN" - "mms";
  • “Username” and “Password” - “gdata”;
  • "MMSC" - "https://mmsc:8002";
  • “Proxy MMS” - “10.10.10.10”;
  • “MMS Port” - “8080”;
  • "MCC" - "250";
  • "MNC" - "02".
  • “Name” - “MTS Center MMS”;
  • "APN" - "mms.mts.ru";
  • “Username” and “Password” - “mts”;
  • "MMSC" - "https://mmsc";
  • “MMS Proxy” - “192.168.192.192”;
  • “MMS Port” - “8080”;
  • “APN type” is “mms”.
  • “Name” - “Beeline MMS”;
  • "APN" - "mms.beeline.ru";
  • “Username” and “Password” - “beeline”;
  • "MMSC" - "https://mmsc";
  • “MMS Proxy” - “192.168.094.023”;
  • “MMS Port” - “8080”;
  • “Authentication type” - “PAP”;
  • “APN type” is “mms”.

These parameters will allow you to prepare your Android device for sending MMS. However, due to non-functional settings, an individual approach may be required in some situations. Please contact us in the comments or the technical support of the operator you are using.

Step 2: Send MMS

To start sending multimedia messages, apart from the previously described settings and connecting to a suitable tariff, nothing else is required. The only exception is any convenient Messages application, which, however, must be pre-installed on the smartphone. The transfer can be made to one user at a time, or to several, even if the recipient does not have the ability to read the MMS.

    Launch the Messages app and tap the New Message icon with a “+” icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Depending on the platform, the caption may change to “Start Chat.”

In the To text box, enter the recipient's name, phone number, or email. You can also select a contact on your smartphone from the corresponding application. At the same time, by clicking the “Start group chat” button, you can add several users at once.

By clicking once on the “Enter SMS text” block, you can create a regular message.

To convert SMS to MMS, click on the “+” icon in the lower left corner of the screen next to the text field. From the options presented, select any multimedia element, be it an emoticon, animation, photo from the gallery, or location on the map.

After adding one or more files, you will see them in the message creation block above the text field and can delete them if necessary. At the same time, the signature under the send button will change to “MMS”.

Complete editing and tap the indicated button to forward. After this, the sending procedure will begin, the message will be delivered to the selected recipient along with all multimedia data.

We reviewed the most accessible and at the same time standard method, which you can use on any phone if you have a SIM card. However, even taking into account the simplicity of the described procedure, MMS is significantly inferior to most instant messengers, which by default provide a similar, but completely free and expanded set of functions.

Attention: when the service is disabled, Mobile Internet does not work.

The service is provided in experimental commercial operation.

When using the MMS service or Internet access with incorrect settings, an informational SMS message about the operation is sent. The message is sent once for each new combination: subscriber phone number - mobile phone device.

The service does not affect the device with the correct settings activated.

Accessing the Internet and using MMS is also possible without any settings on the telephone. It is recommended to set up your cell phone correctly to avoid erroneous actions.

If available, MTS special equipment analyzes and adjusts subscriber requests in two directions:

  • Internet traffic - requests from mobile phones with any incorrect settings;
  • MMS traffic.

Based on the division of traffic by direction, it is corrected and appropriately charged in accordance with the tariff plan.

  • Internet traffic - according to Internet traffic tariffs;
  • for MMS traffic - according to tariffs for sending/receiving MMS messages, traffic when sending/receiving MMS is not charged

Important: when contacting your operator, do not forget to specify the model and series of Android. Individual settings are provided for each specific model.

Possible problems

Difficulties with sending and receiving multimedia messages are not always associated with technical problems with the device or the lack of required settings on the Android smartphone. In private situations, the limitation is determined by the tariff plan. But, the user first checks the network parameters. When the problem is not in them, then the reason for the non-working MMC function is often in the following moments:

  1. The service may not be available in some regions. If there is such an assumption, then to clarify the functions of the tariff plan, the subscriber contacts a representative of the mobile communication provider.
  2. When a Samsung smartphone has 2 parallel SIM cards from different operators, then in order to receive and send MMS from them the user needs to configure each number separately.
  3. Sometimes a subscriber is unable to send a message with multimedia content - this may be due to the fact that the recipient’s tariff plan does not include such an option or his device uses different network parameters.

If the case is isolated, then the problem is in the message itself - the MMS may be broken and therefore not open.

To open or send MMS from an Android smartphone, the correct settings must be set, and the service must be activated in the tariff. If these parameters are not present, then MMS on Samsung will not open. To fix this problem, the subscriber needs to set up the smartphone themselves or order it from the operator - this will make the option available. However, sometimes the inability to read or transmit multimedia messages is caused by other factors.

How to make MMS work in such a situation, read below.

Before receiving MTS MMS settings, check whether you have access to the global network. Without it, sending and receiving multimedia messages is impossible. 1. Send a USSD request using the symbol combination *111*18#.
  2. Send the text “111” by SMS to 2122.

If the MMS settings did not arrive after installing the SIM card, you can order them like this:

  • Send a message to subscriber 1234 (blank or with any text).
  • Dial 0876.
  • Go to the official website and submit the parameters from there.

Read more about the last method. Enter the URL mts.ru in your browser, click on the “Help” -> “Order auto settings” button. Next, enter your subscriber number and take a test to prove that you are not a robot. That's it, you can click on the button that sends the request.

When you use any of the methods, a service SMS with settings will be sent to your phone.

How to view MMS via a computer through your personal account via the Internet? A convenient and secure method does not require connecting a device. To do this you need to go through a simple registration:

How to view MMS on MTS via computer

When an MMS file arrives on a phone that does not support graphic formats, it is replaced with a link (page address), by opening which you can view the attachment. There are two options for how to open MMS on your phone via a computer:

To Megafon

The Megafon operator stores all MMS messages on the server. If there are no settings for receiving a multimedia file, a text alert is sent. On the website plus.messages.megafon.ru. go to the “Messages” folder. Further:

  • All sent information will be reflected in the folder;
  • go to “Inbox”;
  • select the one you need:
  • click “Read”.

Here you can configure and send a response MMS. In the settings, you can use not only a phone number to receive and send a multimedia file, but also an email address. It must be activated by sending a request to a short number via SMS. You will receive detailed instructions on further actions in a reply text message. If you have any difficulties, you can always contact support.

On Beeline

How to watch MMS on a Beeline via a computer is a task that even a schoolchild can cope with. The main thing is that the “Package of three services” with MMS, GPRS is connected to the phone (the size limit for received sent files is 500 KB). There are two ways to connect to a multimedia service:

  1. Dial the command *110*181#dial.
  2. Through your personal account on the website.

The settings allow you to exchange MMS between phones using two devices via email. Regardless of the transmission method, you can view a video or graphic file through a PC connected to the Internet by going to the site. When a multimedia message arrives, it is necessarily accompanied by a link with an individual address that begins with mms.beeline.ru.

On Tele2

How to watch MMS on Tele2 via a computer? The principle and sequence of actions are the same as those of most operators. The only difference is in the design of the official websites and the settings of your Personal Account. To open an MMS, you must first check the service connection settings. In Tele2 tariff plans (regardless of the payment method), the receiving and sending service is basic.

An already registered subscriber can view the sent files via the Internet, following the algorithm:

  1. Go to the website t2mms.tele2.ru.
  2. Select MMS gallery.
  3. Enter the phone number of the subscriber who sent the alert.
  4. Enter the sent code.
  5. Click the “View MMS” button.

Add-on Features and Limitations

The principle of exchanging multimedia content is similar to that of instant messengers or social networks, but with its own characteristics:

  1. After sending a message, it goes to the operator’s dedicated WAP server.
  2. The message is divided into 2 parts: text and main, the sent file is attached to the latter.
  3. The recipient receives the SMS first, and then downloads the main part. If the phone does not support the function, the SMS will be supplemented with a link to view the transferred document.

Sending MMS is a separate service and is paid according to the tariff established by the operator. No money is charged for receiving a multimedia message.

The document must not exceed the size set by the mobile service provider, on average 300 KB when sent to numbers of other operators and 500 KB within the network (with a maximum allowed size of 999 KB). Such a message would contain:

  • 1 photo;
  • trimmed MP3 track;
  • 20-40 second video in 3GP format.

If the photo is too large, it will be automatically converted to fit the add-on's limitations. This technology does not work with video and audio files.

Sending MMS from PC to mobile phone

Many users of the World Wide Web want to know how to send SMS or MMS from a computer to a phone. Surely someone will think that only some experienced hacker, but not the average network user, can do this. In fact, almost anyone can send MMS from a computer. Moreover, this can be done absolutely free! The only thing that is required from the user is access to the Internet and the ISendSMS program, which allows you to send SMS and MMS from a PC to a mobile phone.

This program can be downloaded from the official website of the developers. With its help, you can send both text and multimedia messages to phones of different operators from the CIS. Despite its ease of use, it has two disadvantages:

  1. When receiving a message, the recipient will not display your phone number, which means that he may not know who sent him the SMS/MMS.
  2. This program does not work on all mobile operators. Some mobile service providers have good security systems, which means that the user may not always be able to send a message to the number he needs.

How to setup

Setting up MMS depends on the operator to which the subscriber is connected. On smartphones, Internet and multimedia messaging settings occur automatically after installing a SIM or by receiving an SMS with current settings. If this does not happen, call to get automatic settings:

  • MTS - 0876;
  • Beeline - 06503;
  • MegaFon - 05049/05190;
  • Tele2 - 679.

Or configure the service manually:

  1. Open Settings. Go to "Mobile data", "SIM card and networks" or similar.
  2. Select SIM card to add settings. For two cards, the settings are configured alternately.
  3. Navigate to "Access Points (APN)". They may be hidden in the “More” menu. In some firmware you need to go to the “Mobile networks” tab.
  4. Now select “Add/CreateAPN”. Check if the item is in the “More” list.

After a couple of minutes, the network will send settings that you will need to save and activate. After this, it is advisable to reboot the phone and send a test MMS to someone (or even yourself). What is it for? If MMS have never been sent to this number, the network will assume that the subscriber’s phone is not able to receive/send multimedia messages. And there will be no reception even with the correct phone settings. By sending MMS, we let the network know that our phone is configured and ready to work with multimedia messages.

You can get free automatic settings in another way - go to the MegaFon website, select your phone model in the Help section, select the type of settings you need and wait for them to arrive.

If the automatic settings are not accepted or installed for some reason, try entering the settings manually. To do this, create a profile with the following parameters

:

  • Profile name – MegaFon MMS;
  • Home page address – https://mmsc:8002;
  • Proxy – enabled;
  • Proxy address – 10.10.10.10;
  • Proxy port – 8080;
  • Data channel – GPRS;
  • Access point (APN) – mms;
  • Username – mms;
  • Password – mms.

We save the profile, select it in the message settings, reboot the phone and try to send an MMS.

The names of the items may differ depending on the model of the subscriber device. If you are unable to install manual settings, use the help of support operators or contact the MegaFon service office.

How to open an MMS message on a phone 90000 MMS Problems on an Android | Small Business 90001 90002 When you can not send or receive multimedia messages, or MMS, on your Android smartphone, the problem could be the result of either network issues or a software problem with the phone. Depending on the cause of the MMS problems, you may end up completely wiping your phone's data. 90003 90004 Network Connection 90005 90002 Check the Android phone's network connection if you can not send or receive MMS messages. An active cellular data connection is required to use the MMS function.Open the phone's Settings and tap “Wireless and Network Settings.” Tap “Mobile Networks” to confirm it is enabled. If not, enable it and attempt to send a MMS message. If you are outside your provider's network, enable data roaming to use MMS, although the MMS features may not function properly until you are back in your provider's network. 90003 90004 Data Plan 90005 90002 If your Android phone is newly activated, check that your service plan includes a data plan. Most providers require that Android users have a smartphone data plan included in their service.Depending on your provider, you can either check your plan online through the provider's website or by calling customer service. If data is not included, ask the provider to add it to your plan. Most providers activate the data coverage immediately so that you can use your MMS service. 90003 90004 Soft Reset 90005 90002 A soft reset clears up a range of issues on Android phones. If MMS problems persist, soft reset your phone. The soft reset, or battery pull, does not negatively affect your phone.It may provide your phone with the boost it needs to function properly. Pull out the phone's battery and leave it out for 45 seconds. Replace the battery and turn on the phone. Send a test message to determine if the problem is resolved. 90003 90004 Hard Reset 90005 90002 A last resort option for fixing MMS problems on the Android phone is a hard reset. The hard reset removes the data on the phone and resets its settings. Back up your phone's files before doing a hard reset. Open your phone's settings and tap “Privacy.”Tap” Factory Data Reset “and follow the prompts to finish the hard reset. When the Android restarts, you will need to go through the phone setup process again. 90003.90000 MMS Picture Messaging not working on iPho … 90001 90002 RE: https: //discussions.apple.com/thread/7535299 90003 90002 I'm having the same issue as above. Phone calls, iMessage and Cell Data all work perfect using either a post-paid T-Mobile sim or a MVNO sim from Mint or Red Pocket. If I do a full restore of the phone to factory settings, then MMS works. Once I do a restore in iTunes, MMS does not work. At one point I did a factory reset and it worked up until I logged into iCloud to restore my contacts, messages and calendar only.Then it stopped working. The issue seems to be a setting coming over from my iTunes backup, or doing erase all settings and restore from iCloud. The only fix is to do a full restore from iTunes, then lose everything not in iCloud (VVM, photos, apps, app data, settings, etc.) Anyone know of a way to fix this? I really do not want to start all over with all my apps and settings. 90003 90002 I tried updating my APN settings with unlockit.co.nz, then installing the profile, that did not make any difference.When I had Red Pocket sim in this phone, the APN settings were unlocked so I went into them and had to set everything up manually (wholesale, etc.). That didn't work. With Mint the APN settings are locked. I had a Mint tech verify it's nothing on their end, do some kind of update on their end, etc. 90003 90002 I spent over 6 hours through numerous phone calls with a 4 different Apple Senior Techs and am frustrated with how my case has been handled. I sent them diagnostic logs, a screen recorded video of the issue, and after 2 weeks have not heard back on my case with no resolution in site.Apple tech support over the phone or via online chat was disappointing, and slow. They knew very little about iOS software, let alone how to handle an issue like this without following a script. The guys in the stores know Apple products inside and out, it's just a pain for me to get to one. Hopefully someone has some insight to this that can help me and others running into this issue. 90003.90000 Magical Mineral Supplement (MMS) 90001 90002 90003 90004 90002 90006 The truth is that MMS is a dangerous poison, and as such it has no business whatsoever in the alternative health arena. 90007 - 90006 Dr. Gabriela Segura 90007 90004 90002 Magical or not it's sometimes called Miracle Mineral Supplement or the master mineral supplement. No matter what it's called one does have to be careful when using a substance like MMS. And whether its main proponent Jim Humble is going out of his mind or not we have to be clear about what this substance can do safely and what it can not. I say out of his mind for now he has invented, out of the pocket of his imagination, the new titled profession “Doctor of MMS”, which anyone can become. “Americans can afford the training of less than two weeks, or buy the new book,” 90006 The Master Mineral of the Third Millennium.” 90007 In an email he recently said, “We thought you might like to see the difference in a MMS doctor and a Medical doctor.” 90004 90002 As Jim has become increasingly embarrassing to the health field I have personally eaten some of my words on the value of this chlorine-type of substance as I have been carefully experimenting with it on myself.In fact, if the truth be known, I am finding out there may be some possible benefits to it but would never take this supplement orally for anything since there are so many better and safer ways to accomplish what Humble claims MMS can do. 90004 90002 I am using it transdermally, mixed with malic acid and DMSO to try to control a fungus infection between my toes. In the end I might conclude I am a bit out of my mind myself for sometimes just the fumes irritates my eyes and I do think I would vomit if I drank some, which would be a typical reaction to drinking a poison. Just thinking about drinking it makes me nauseous. No matter how much can be said for its anti-pathogen action, so far it only controls my fungus but 90018 does not eradicate it even though I have been using it for several months. 90019 90004 90002 90006 Many people do not know that MMS is essentially bleach. It's very effective for killing bacteria in toilets, but you certainly should not be swallowing it. —Dr. Gabriela Segura 90007 90004 90002 90026 90004 Find out what to expect from Hydrogen Treatments! Download 5 chapters FREE from the revolutionary book Hydrogen Medicine.Download 90002 Almost five years ago I wrote in my Survival Medicine for the 21st Century compendium that: There has been a lot of commotion in health circles about a product called Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) . It is being advertised as the answer to AIDS, hepatitis A, B and C, malaria, herpes, TB, most cancer and many more of mankind's worst diseases. The claim about how the chlorine (a poison that would not be considered a mineral for health) interacts with pathogens 90018 is the same claim we can make about iodine (a safe nutritional mineral), which is known to also kill pathogens of all types on contact 90019.Iodine is not normally thought to have this action when taken internally but in high enough doses it does. I personally know of a missionary in Africa who uses iodine instead of MMS to treat malaria. 90004 90002 90006 Most people I have given MMS to usually react very aggressively and have to stop taking it. —Dr. George Georgiou 90007 90004 90002 Chlorine dioxide is formed from the chemical combination of sodium chlorite and acetic acid (vinegar) or citric acid. Chlorine dioxide is dangerous to handle and use.After searching for and reviewing material safety data sheets I am convinced of the risk of using this substance. Now whenever someone mentions MMS I recommend iodine instead. 90004 90002 Patricia Springstead, RN says, “The historical fact of MMS is that when activated it becomes what is equal to pool shock, to shocking bacteria, fungus and other pathogens from swimming water. In its dry state, MMS is sodium chlorite. When activated with citrus or vinegar, it becomes sodium dioxide. » According to Springstead, MMS side effects include: 90004 90040 90041 Nausea 90042 90041 Vomiting 90042 90041 Uncontrolled diarhea 90042 90041 Disorientation 90042 90041 Headaches 90042 90041 Chemical poisoning, 90042 900 41 Fatigue 90042 90041 Electrolyte imbalances 90042 90041 Possible death 90042 90059 90002 90061 90062 C 90006 chlorine gas used by Germans (Photo: Otto Dix, A German Gas Attack (1924) 90007 90004 90002 90018 Chlorine dioxide: 90019 May decompose explosively on shock, friction or concussion, or on heating rapidly.Strong oxidant: reacts violently with combustible and reducing materials and with mercury, ammonia, sulfur and many organic compounds. A strong irritant of the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract, and a strong oxidizer that promotes combustion; concentrated solutions may be corrosive to the skin and eyes; harmful if swallowed and can cause irritation to mouth, esophagus, stomach, and mucous membranes. Eye contact: contact causes redness, irritation, pain, blurred vision, tearing, corneal injury and burns. Inhalation: harmful if inhaled; coughing, headaches, labored breathing, nausea, shortness of breath may occur resulting in chronic bronchitis and permanent lung damage with chronic exposure. 90004 90002 In July 2010 the FDA issued a warning [1] about Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS): “Consumers who have MMS should stop using it immediately and throw it away.” MMS was then rebranded with the new name, “Advanced Oxygen Therapy.” Since then, the product's salesmen have continued pushing their concoction onto some of the world's most desperate and hopeless populations.Sylvia Fink, a Mexican woman visiting Epi Island with her husband in a Least Developed Country, Vanuatu, a South Pacific Island nation, died 12 hours after ingesting MMS. 90004 90002 “From almost the moment Silvie drank the mixture of MMS and lime juice-which she'd brewed up according to the instructions of Jim Humble, the principal proponent of the stuff-things went wrong. She became nauseated, and was soon both vomiting and suffering from diarrhea. But since the MMS literature emphasized that this was a normal reaction, she assumed it would pass.It did not. It turned into a day of torture, with Silvie gradually getting worse, to the point of having severe abdominal pains, then urinary pains. I helped her all day, bathing her, comforting her and trying to get liquids into her. But she could not keep down anything. About the time it started to get dark, she began to feel faint. That's when I became fully alarmed. She fell into a coma while I was on the VHF calling for assistance. With her unresponsive, I put out another radio call, this time for immediate emergency care. Fellow cruisers rushed to our boat within minutes. For over an hour we administered CPR and oxygen. But neither they nor an adrenalin shot administered by a physician from the village were able to revive her. Sylvie died aboard Windcastle around 9 pm, just 12 hours after she'd taken that fatal drink of MMS. » 90004 90002 Methemoglobin found in the blood was at a “significantly high” level according to Ms. Fink's autopsy report. “Methemoglobin basically results in the inability of blood to carry oxygen within the body causing cyanosis (lack of oxygen to the system).The [autopsy] report states that if the 45 percent saturation reading was accurate and existed at the time of death, then the symptoms could be consistent with being caused by methemoglobinemia and therefore a possible cause of death. 90018 Most cases of methemoglobinemia are caused 90019 90018 by exposure to drugs or toxic substances 90019 [2] 90018 including chlorate and chlorite. » 90019 90004 90002 90006 Dr. Segura 90007 90006, who 90007 is a heart surgeon with extensive experience and interest in alternative health, research, psychology and the human condition, would agree with this diagnosis, stated, “The popularity of MMS and its fervent, almost religious marketing involved the claim of curing malaria in tens if not hundreds of thousands of people.Sounds very noble indeed, but this is only natural as MMS 'sodium chlorite is well known to cause hemolysis in red blood cells-meaning that red blood cells are ruptured and destroyed. 90018 It is actually by killing red blood cells that the malaria parasite is killed since it invades red blood cells. 90019 MMS probably kills the parasite and the red blood cells. In fact, MMS consumers may develop anemia. » 90004 90002 Jim Humble has explained to a reporter friend of mine, Debra Dupré, that MMS is the only answer for people in the Gulf of Mexico region to survive the oil spill disaster and that the possibility exists for people with MMS to visit every home there, with help of his “church Ministers.” In an email on January 16, Humble wrote, “MMS is the only real answer to all those people of the gulf have. It is cheap and it will detoxify their bodies. It is the greatest detoxifier for human bodies known at this time as I have observed thousands who have used it. » Ever since first reading Humble's book I have gotten used to his use of thousands upon thousands of testimonials that spill with ease out of his mouth and unfortunately people do swallow his word hook, line and sinker. 90004 90002 “The active ingredient in MMS is not a mineral, but chlorine dioxide (oxygenated chlorine), which is formed from the chemical combination of sodium chlorite and acetic acid (vinegar) or citric acid.MMS as a poison does kill intrusive germs in your body, but it would be naïve to believe it to be carefully selective in what it kills and destroys, or to think that the damage done has only limited consequences. It is shocking that MMS is recommended so widely, that it is recommended to already weakened individuals AND that it is recommended for long-term use. In truth, the potential long-term and dangerous side effects of regular MMS use should give anyone the shivers, “writes 90006 Dr. Gabriela Segura 90007.90004 90002 My assistant Claudia French has been following the exploits of Jim Humble for years and has said that he changes his protocol like a slippery fish. Dr. 90006 Segura 90007 90018, 90019 speaking about his original protocol for what is now known as MMS1, said that his original protocol “suggests that taking up to 60 drops per day is within reason. There are 20 drops in one gram, which means that the protocol may call for the ingestion of 3 grams or more of what amounts to household bleach.90018 This is three times the amount required to produce nausea and vomiting and 20 percent of the amount required to kill you 90019 90018. 90019 Even though we are told that nausea and diarrhea are positive signs of detoxification when following the MMS protocol, you can be sure that that's actually the way our body tells us we've just been poisoned. If you happen to vomit, then be reassured that it might have saved your life by way of avoiding a lethal overdose of MMS. 90018 "90019 90004 90002 90109 90004 90002 Dr.Segura says, "MMS2 is basically calcium hypochlorite, which is a chemical compound widely used for water treatment and as a bleaching and disinfecting agent (bleaching powder). This one is indeed a mineral because it has calcium in it, but a mineral that reacts to produce hypochlorous acid when ingested. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl), which is a combination of hydrogen, oxygen, and chlorine, is what some of our white blood cells produce in order to kill bacteria through the well-known process called oxidation.”The human body produces it to fight infection . White blood cells release this natural oxidant to fight invading pathogens. The hypochlorous acid produced by the human body's immune system is done so in minute quantities because the acid holds danger for normal cells as well as the pathogens. 90004 90002 The researchers said the human immune system produces hypochlorous acid in response to infection but the substance does not kill only the bacterial invaders. It kills human cells too, which may explain how tissue is destroyed in chronic inflammation.Knox et al. first noted that 90018 HClO is a sulfhydryl inhibitor that, in sufficient quantity, could completely inactivate proteins containing sulfhydryl groups 90019. This is because HClO oxidizes sulfhydryl groups, leading to the formation of disulfide bonds that can result in crosslinking of proteins. 90018 The HClO mechanism of sulfhydryl oxidation is similar to that of chloramine 90019, and may only be bacteriostatic, because, once the residual chlorine is dissipated, some sulfhydryl function can be restored.Hypochlorous acid reacts readily with amino acids that have amino group side- chains, with the chlorine from HClO displacing a hydrogen, resulting in an organic chloramine. 90004 90002 Dr. Segura says, “The amount of HOCl that our body is already capable of producing on its own is dangerous enough.” In fact, some of our white blood cells have toxic and damaging effects on our DNA through the formation of hypochlorous acid. In fact, hypochlorous acid (MMS2) has the power to chlorinate the building blocks of DNA, breaking the DNA double helix apart and thus interfering with its vital biological functions." 90004 90002 Jim Humble claims that, "The answer to AIDS, hepatitis A , B and C, malaria, herpes, TB, most cancer and many more of mankind's worst diseases has been found. Many diseases are now easily controlled. More than 75,000 disease victims have been included in the field tests in Africa. Scientific clinical trials have been conducted in a prison in the country of Malawi, East Africa. Separate tests conducted by the Malawi government produced identical 99% cure results. Over 60% of the AIDS victims that were treated in Uganda were well in 3 days, with 98% well within one month.More than 90% of the malaria victims were well in 4 to 8 hours. Dozens of other diseases were successfully treated and can be controlled with this new mineral supplement. It also works with colds, flu, pneumonia, sore throats, warts, mouth sores, and even abscessed teeth. » 90004 90002 Dr. David Kroll, a natural products cancer pharmacology professor, says, “The product website is full of the most unreal claims I've seen in any online marketing scheme.” And this is the main point to look at when reading Humble's book or site.He says anything and everything to convince us that this is the greatest stuff that has ever touched down in the world of medicine and health but he 90018 substantiates nothing 90019. The FDA (not my favorite organization) says, 90006 "90007 The FDA is not aware of any research that MMS is effective in treating any of these conditions." There is not a person alive who is aware of any documented research yet there is a religious fever based on word of mouth and hearsay. 90004 90002 In a 90018 video 90019, Mr.Humble relates the story of a man who “chug-a-lugged” two ounces of MMS because he had mistaken it for a glass of water. Mr. Humble says that the man became very ill. His kidneys stopped working and he had to go on dialysis. He was hospitalized for several weeks. Mr. Humble says that people should know that if they get extremely sick after taking MMS, “they need to go to the hospital because the kidneys will quit working.” 90004 90002 Taking vitamin C, an antioxidant, is also discouraged as it neutralizes the effects of this strong oxidant MMS. Jonathan Campbell tells us that because CLO2 is a chemical oxidizer (called a “free radical”) it depletes vitamin C and causes oxidative stress . Putting it another way, the vitamin C and other antioxidants in our body get depleted in their attempts to detoxify CLO2; vitamin C and other antioxidants are our “free radical scavengers.” The instructions provided with MMS specifically warn people not to take vitamin C while they are taking MMS because vitamin C “interferes” with it. This is a red flag that MMS is a toxic chemical, since vitamin C is our primary detoxification agent.Vitamin C depletion is extremely dangerous: it is the bulwark of our immune system, and it is needed for dozens of other body functions. 90004 90002 According to Jonathan Campbell, health consultant: “The entire approach of Jim Humble is to treat the human body as if it were a simple plumbing system, and MMS is akin to Drano, chemically killing pathogens. 90018 But the human body does not work that way. Your body does not need toxic chemicals from a factory to kill pathogens. 90019 When fortified properly, your body has the capability to fight literally any pathogen or illness.A healthy immune system automatically and selectively targets pathogens with an array of antibodies and white blood cells. MMS disrupts this natural immunity by depleting immune-building antioxidants. 90004 90002 90006 MMS is the wrong approach to immunity-it is chemotherapy! — Jonathan Campbell 90007 90004 90002 90018 MMS is dangerous, 90019 even Humble admits that. I am not saying in this essay that MMS can not be used for certain situations when used transdermally. I even know a doctor in South Africa who safely uses it in her IV cocktail but it is implemented under strict supervision and monitoring like the most dangerous drugs needs to be.Doctors often try extreme methods when a patient's life is on the line, when there is little or nothing to lose. 90004 90002 “Bishop” Humble is really doing a huge disservice to the alternative medical field. He is making all of it seem more unbelievable not to mention the disservice he is doing to religious orders. There is the ancient tradition of pastoral medicine but it has nothing to do with “Jonestown” and the drinking of poisons. I never thought I would be on the same side of the fence as the FDA but on the question of MMS I certainly am.90004 90149 Testimonial One 90150 90002 What follows is a testimonial of the reactions Graham from Spain had when he began taking the MMS — he has basal cell carcinoma on different areas of his face and back. I began this protocol - following the mixing instructions carefully - after having been on the high mineral protocol for several days. The mixture felt highly toxic and reminded me of cellulose - acetona. At the 1 drop X 5 all was well with no side effects. Increasing over 3 days to 3 X 15 drops similarly resulted in no problems apart from a reduced appetite.When I increased to 4 x 20, all hell let loose within about an hour! I suffered severe diarrhoea and purging for the entire day, with stomach ache, headache, nausea, sinus pain and nose running along with disorientation and sight disturbances. I had to lay down near the bathroom the entire day. By evening, all these symptoms had settled and I was able to eat a little and sleep. The following day after breakfast I took the same dosage, expecting a lesser effect, but it was an exact repeat for the entire day.I even tried one more day at this 4 x 20, believing that I would get over this hump and reap the benefits, but it was no different. (Masochist or what!) I subsequently discontinued the MMS protocol and continue with the high mineral intake. One further interesting effect is that I am left with a revulsion to certain foods that I used to crave! I am not convinced this was a healing crisis caused by the detox effect and die off. It seemed more to me like a reaction to a toxic substance. I used to be very sensitive to the smell of paint and thinners as well as certain dust - like cement dust etc.- which in the past has caused a similar effect. The effects the MMS created were more like that than of a detox taking place. Such smells have not bothered me since I began taking HMD around 5 years ago. This was also the first headache I had in that time, having previously suffered overlapping headaches and migraines for over 40 years. 90004 90149 Testimonial Two 90150 90002 My doctor put me on a special mineral increase due to lack of iron, copper and magnesium in my blood tests. I followed “the book” and did not tell him I use MMS.Now I have to do a stint in the hospital because my counts are worse than ever when they were supposed to improve. My doctor took a urine test (which has been orangeish) and he said the tests show that something is absorbing or disrupting the minerals and not letting them get into my blood where they are needed. Six hours between MMS and the mineral pills and cap. Could MMS be causing this? I am worried that because I did not tell my doctor as the book says, and others here give that same advice, that the hospital will be looking for reasons and doing tests on me unnecessarily.I feel I should take my MMS with me to the hospital and tell them but Jim (Humble) say's do not tell doctors because they do not understand. So I'm confused. My readings just went down since taking MMS and I do as they say here 15 drops 3 times a day with citric acid 75 drops in lemon juice for taste. I have lost 8 kilos since starting and constantly suffer D (diarrhea) and nausea. But my doctor says I will not like how and what they will have to suppository as what I take orally is having no effect and they need to find out why.They think I have a gastrointestinal disease that leads to significant mal-absorption and will need to see a biophysicist. Any advice will help as I go to hospital at Queenstown on the south island Tuesday. My MMS comes from MMS pacific. The teaspoon I use to mix it with is rusted after 12 weeks-is this normal also? 90004 90149 Testimony Three 90150 90002 The MMS lowered my viral load, but it seriously messed up my lab results. My RBC, BUN, EGFR, CO2, Protein (globulin), bilirubin, ALT, AST, platelets, lymphs and cholesterol all went out of range on MMS, in about 6 weeks of taking it.I came to some conclusions about MMS because of my labs and tried to discuss it with Jim Humble; he was not so humble, he got angry with me and told me my results were invalid because I got sick several times. I think the explosions kill red blood cells as they are in close contact with the MMS. It lowered my platelets, cholesterol, protein, RBC, BUN and EGFR and raised the rest. 90004 90002 Anonymous 90004 .90000 android — Sending MMS does include the “sms_body” 90001 Stack Overflow 90002 90003 Products 90004 90003 Customers 90004 90003 Use cases 90004 90009 90010 90003 Stack Overflow Public questions and answers 90004 90003 Teams Private questions and answers for your team 90004 90003 Enterprise Private self-hosted questions and answers for your enterprise 90004 90003 Jobs Programming and related technical career opportunities 90004 90003 Talent Hire technical talent 90004 90003 Advertising Reach developers worldwide 90004 90009 . Setting up MMS manually

Sometimes auto settings may not arrive or may not be activated due to technical reasons. Then, to be able to send and receive multimedia attachments, you must specify all the parameters manually. The procedure may differ slightly for different devices (for example, for an iPhone and an Android smartphone).

We go to the general settings menu, look for the section related to the Internet (data transfer) and create the following profile (fields in different models may be named differently):

  1. You can enter any name, usually something like “MTSMMS”.
  2. We indicate the page https://mmsc.
  3. Login and password - write mts in both fields.
  4. Proxy server - 192.168.192.192
  5. The port for regular push-button phones is 9201, for smartphones - 8080.
  6. Access Point Name - mms.mts.ru.

The contents of additional fields can be left “by default”. A full set of manually entered parameters for various device models is presented on the operator’s website. In the screenshots below you can see examples of settings for Android and iOS. After entering all the data, you should select a new profile, then reboot the device and send a test MMS to 0890.

If MMS messages cannot be opened or sent on Android, the first step is to check the APN settings. The configuration is sent by the operator the first time you turn on the phone with a new SIM card. However, the settings may disappear or be incorrect after changing the SIM card.
