Disabling home Internet via personal account
Since we have already discussed managing services, it is worth saying a few words about disabling them if such a need arises. After all, it is not always possible to be behind a stationary device. In the event of a long vacation or upcoming business trip, you may need to temporarily stop providing the service.
And there is such an opportunity - called “ Voluntary blocking ”. This service is also available to every owner of a Beeline personal account, and the period of its use can be arbitrary, but cannot be more than 90 days.
A complete shutdown of the services provided cannot be done through your personal account, since this requires termination of the contract by directly appearing at the office. But through the personal account you can submit an appropriate application for disconnection in advance. It is worth noting that urgent termination of the provision of services under the contract is possible only if there is no debt on the account.

Until recently, to change their Internet service package, subscribers visited the provider’s offices, and topped up their accounts only through ATMs and self-service terminals.

Login to “Personal Account”
All Beeline network users are provided with 1 personal account address, but depending on the chosen tariff, the list of options varies. There are also different ways to register and log into your account.
By phone number
To enter your personal account, instead of a login, use the Beeline phone number without the first digit 8.
To receive the password, you need to dial the combination *110*9# and press the call button. The operator will send an SMS with a temporary code valid for 24 hours. Therefore, it must be changed immediately after logging into your personal account.
During the day, the password is provided via SMS no more than 5 times.
Login to your account by phone number.
No password or registration
Each Beeline cellular user has the opportunity to log into their personal account without registering on the site or password from any device in which a SIM card is installed.
To do this, the subscriber turns off Wi-Fi on the gadget and connects to the 3G or 4G mobile Internet. Next, you need to go to the official portal of the Beeline company. Authorization in your personal account is performed automatically.
But when logging in without registration and a password, the operator limits the range of functions of the account. In this case, the client will not be able to make changes to the settings and use some options. There is only access to basic information on the subscriber number and package services.

How to recover a forgotten password
If the client has forgotten or lost his login and password, he can restore access to his personal account. To do this, you need to send the appropriate request to the operator or dial the combination *110*9# on your phone and press the call button.
The old password cannot be recovered; a new one is created. The provider offers a temporary code, and after logging into the account the user changes it.
In such a situation, it is not recommended to guess the old password yourself. After 10 incorrect attempts to enter characters, the personal account is blocked for 24 hours.
