Using the Sberbank Online system

  • You can obtain information about your payment by logging into the transaction archive. Go to the specified section and see what mark is next to the operation you are interested in. If it has the status “Canceled”, then the payment was successfully cancelled.

If the operation has already been confirmed, then you will no longer be able to correct the situation on your own.

In this case, you will need to go to the bank and explain the situation to its employees, providing checks and other evidence. The sooner you do this, the better chance you have of having the payment reversed.

Please note: sometimes, especially on older devices, USSD commands do not work. See how to pay for Tele2 from a Sberbank card via SMS “900”. To this number we send a message like “TRANSFER 9ХХХХХХХ (mobile number) ХХХ (amount)”.
