There is not always enough money to buy goods or for other needs. As a rule, people are accustomed to using credit cards for these purposes, and if necessary, they go to the bank to apply for a loan. Loan to your phone account up to 500 rubles

If a TELE2 user needs a small amount, from 10 to 500 rubles, for example, to quickly top up his phone balance, then these funds can be received instantly directly to his mobile account. There is also “Promised Payment+” for this purpose.

To connect, the following conditions must be met:

  • be a Tele2 subscriber for at least 30 days;
  • use the tariff on a prepaid payment system;
  • the minimum balance must be 30 rubles;
  • spend at least 100 rubles on communication services last month.

The amount of the available “Promised Payment” depends on the expenses for the current billing period. The higher this figure, the larger the loan size will be. The minimum possible request is 50 rubles. You can check how much loan is available by requesting *122#.

The service is provided on a paid basis:

  • if you receive 300 rubles for 3 days, the commission will be 20 rubles;
  • 200 rub. for 3 days – 5 rubles;
  • 100 rub. for 3 days – 10 rubles;
  • 50 rub. for 1 day – 7 rubles.

The loan is repaid automatically when the account is replenished or at the end of its validity period, provided that the required amount is available in the account. If you do not repay the loan on time, then the provision of communication services by the operator will be temporarily suspended.

Terms of service

The service does not require prior connection; it is included in the standard set of services from the operator. But not all subscribers have the opportunity to use it. To borrow money from Tele2, the amount of funds on your number should not be less than 10 and more than 30 rubles. If you have been a Tele2 subscriber for less than 60 days, then, unfortunately, this type of service will not be available to you. The possible amount of the trust payment increases with the increase in the period of use of the services of the Tele2 operator:

  • more than 60 days: maximum borrowed amount of money - 50 rubles;
  • more than 120 days: the maximum borrowed amount of money is 100, 200 or 300 rubles.

The debt is written off automatically either after a certain period for the provision of the service, or at the time of replenishing the account with an amount equal to or exceeding the debt. The debit occurs in any case, even if after this the subscriber’s number has a negative balance.

The amount of income offered by Tele2

Subscribers are offered 5 options, differing in validity period, amount of money received and commission fee. The minimum receipt is 100 rubles, the maximum is 800. The option is provided for a period of 1 to 3 days, the cost varies from 15 to 80 rubles.

The amount of payment that a company is willing to approve to a client depends on three key factors:

Upon expiration of the term, the money borrowed from the operator, taking into account the commission, will be debited from the balance of your number, even if after this the balance becomes negative. To receive the promised payment of 100 tenge, enter the following USSD request on the keyboard of your mobile phone: *141# - a service will open on the screen listing the available denominations for borrowing.

The commission for each individual denomination is different: 20 tenge - for a loan amount of 100 tenge; 40 tenge - for a loan of 200 tenge, 75 tenge - when receiving 500 tenge and 100 tenge - when receiving 1000 tenge, respectively.

It should be noted that some older phone models do not support the push notification function, which is necessary for the correct display of service information on the phone screen. Therefore, if you are using an old phone, when you enter a USSD request, illegible text may appear on the screen instead of normal text. Money is lent to subscribers for a limited time. The loan is valid for 72 hours, after which the allocated borrowed funds are cancelled. Consequently, within three days, a Tele2 client can use all services at the tariff he has chosen and, after this period, is obliged to top up his account, taking into account the previously taken amount and the commission to it. After three days, users who have not fulfilled their obligations will most likely be blocked. This will happen due to the fact that at the moment the service expires, funds are automatically written off in the full amount (loan plus commissions), so a negative balance may form on the personal account.

If, from the moment the subscriber’s personal account was replenished as part of the loan service, and the amount on the balance was sufficient to return the funds under the “Trust payment,” then repayment is made automatically, regardless of whether the client used the money allocated to him or not.

If desired, the extra balance will be automatically activated and your personal account will be replenished. This function can be configured in the menu that appears when you dial the command *141#. After this, every time the subscriber’s balance becomes zero, he will be credited with the amount due under the terms of the service.

In order to clarify how much the current trust payment is, you must enter *111#. The size of the available loan is determined at the time of processing the request received by executing a USSD request, and when filling out an application to use the service.
