Then you can resort to taking what is called a loan. Many mobile operators have this opportunity, as does Tele2.
This service is called promised payment. Loans are given from 50 to 300 or 450 rubles. You can receive this service in several ways, both from your smartphone and through your personal account.
How to make a “Promised payment”
You can connect using the smartphone itself without visiting the mobile operator’s office. To do this, you will need to dial the combination: *122# and then select the number 1. Funds will automatically be credited to the subscriber’s account for the promised payment. The amount will be available to the client within 1 to 7 days. When the validity period expires, the money will be debited from the SIM card balance, so you must top up your account. If there are not enough funds, communications and other services will be inactive.
“Promised payment” can be activated by subscribers whose minimum online experience is more than 29 days. When the existing debt and the commission on it are repaid, the client has the right to issue a trust payment again.
Funds from the trust payment cannot be used to pay for:
- fines;
- utility bills;
- loan repayments;
- and for sending to the balance of other subscribers.
When paying for goods or services, third parties have the right to set restrictions on the use of funds through a trust payment.
When money is credited from the promised payment and when it is repaid, the subscriber receives an SMS notification. You can order the service not only via SMS from your smartphone, but also on the TELE2 website, at the operator’s office, by calling the technical support service or in your Personal Account.
Cash loan up to 30,000 rubles
Are you a little short of funds to give a gift to a loved one or urgently repair your car? In this and many other situations, a loan from TELE2 will help out.
You can borrow money to go on a trip, for an urgent purchase, or simply to pay off utility bills. The Finspin service will issue loans to TELE2 subscribers for any purpose. But provided that the size of the microloan does not exceed 30,000 rubles.
You can submit a request to receive funds through the mobile operator’s website. To find the required form, go to t2.finspin.ru.
The interactive interface will help you calculate what the overpayment will be when applying for a loan. To do this, move the top slider until the desired amount appears on the screen. And then the lower slider sets the period for which they plan to repay their debt. After this, click on the “Submit Application” button.
On the page that opens, you need to confirm that the user is a TELE2 subscriber. To do this, you must enter your mobile number in the empty field. And an SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified phone number.
Then you can fill out an online application to receive a loan. Leave your passport details here and submit your application. The Finspin system will monitor all available loan offers and send the user an option with optimal conditions.
Money can be received in several ways convenient for the subscriber. These include transfers to a card, to a bank account, or in cash.
Number of available funds
The amount of “credit” from the mobile operator available to Tele2 subscribers depends on a number of conditions:
- Available only to clients with a prepaid system for depositing funds into their account.
- The expired period from the date of conclusion of the subscription agreement.
- What amount of services were provided in previous periods?
- How much money was received into the subscriber account in the previous 30-120 days.
- Regional amendments that are available to subscribers in their personal account.

How to get “Promised payment plus” from Tele2
For recent subscribers who have been online for less than 29 days, the standard “Promised Payment” is not available.
But you can order. The amount of funds and commission for each client are set individually. Operator Tele Two can “borrow” its users 10-500 rubles with commission payments ranging from 10 to 250 rubles.
To connect you will need:
- Deactivate the option “Prohibition of money transfers” if it was enabled.
- Find out how much funds are available. Such information will be available if you send a text message with the “+” symbol to the short number 315. The subscriber will see how much he can borrow on credit and an individual commission.
- You will be able to use borrowed funds from the operator if you send a response to the SMS message that came from number 315. In the text to activate “Promised Payment +” you should enter any symbol: a number, a letter or a word.
If the service still does not become available and the connection is not restored, then you can dial 611 and find out the reason. This is a mobile operator hotline. Calls within the network are free for Tele2 subscribers and are available even with a zero or negative balance. To dial from landline phones, you will need to dial another number 81. Residents of Moscow should dial without 8 and the area code, for the rest - all numbers.
How to get a loan on Tele2 with a negative balance
Tele2 subscribers can borrow money from the operator even with a negative balance. The maximum minus threshold is 30 rubles. When the balance is below the specified amount, it is impossible to order.
In some regions, the negative limit may be another -10 or -20 rubles. Therefore, you should find out in advance in the operator’s personal account whether withdrawal or minus is allowed, or ordering a trust payment service is available only with a positive or zero balance.
In order to avoid such situations, when activation of even the promised payment is not available, you will need to repay the accumulated debt in a timely manner. This can be done for a period of 1 to 3 days, depending on individual conditions.
You can also avoid such cases by setting up Autopayment. It is connected in the Personal Account of the Tele2 operator or in the mobile application. In this case, there are two settings options for the subscriber:
- for a specific date;
- upon reaching the lower threshold of funds on the balance.
Money for communication will be debited from the bank card that is linked in the mobile application or personal account. Payments are made without additional fees. You can link a new bank card or disable Autopayment at any time.
For Tele2 subscribers, not only payment from bank cards to a SIM card is available, but also the reverse operation: transfer from a phone account to a card. How to do this is described on the Brobank portal.
Other program conditions
A cash loan is available exclusively to the subscriber and not to third parties. Information on how to borrow money to use communication services can be obtained by persons who have a SIM card from the Tele2 provider. At the same time, it must be obtained in the official showroom of the operator, or from intermediaries with accreditation in this field.
In case of refusal to provide money, the user can clarify the reason for such a decision with the auto-informer. The subscriber's request does not involve charging commissions, or debiting minutes or Internet access.
Return of borrowed funds to Tele2 operator
To return funds under “Promised” or “Promised +”, the subscriber will need:
- Check how much debt you currently have.
- Enter the amount of borrowed funds and the commission for their use.
If there are no funds in the account before the expiration of the trust payment period, communication services will be unavailable to the subscriber. When all debts are written off, the client will be able to use the phone according to his tariff plan and order again.
If the borrowed money is not useful to the client, this does not exempt him from paying both the amount of the trust payment itself and the commission for its use. It is also impossible to cancel an ordered service after its activation.
Debt terms
Minimum trust loan amount:
- 50 rubles is issued for a period of 3 days;
- 100 rubles are given for 7 days;
- and 200 and 300 - for a period of 10 days.
Upon expiration of the term, the money borrowed from the operator, taking into account the commission, will be debited from the balance of your number, even if after this the balance becomes negative. Therefore, before the end of the specified period, it is necessary to deposit funds into the phone in an amount equal to at least the loan, taking into account the commission.
Other communication options for negative balance
A trust payment from Tele2 is not the only opportunity to stay in touch or use other operator services. If there is no money on the balance to write off the subscription fee, an SOS package is automatically connected to clients. At the same time, the following applications remain available to the subscriber:
- from Yandex - maps, navigator and transport;
- whatsapp messenger
Whether an SOS package is available in each specific tariff plan can be found in the service description on the Tele2 website or in the subscriber’s personal account. For clients with daily payment, the service is valid for 24 hours, with monthly payment – 3 days.
You can top up your account with the Tele 2 operator at any time through the mobile application; it works even without access to the Internet. Therefore, it is more important that the money is on the card than on the balance itself.
Additional ways to communicate with other Tele2 subscribers in an emergency situation with a zero or minus balance:
- — SMS message to another subscriber with a request to call back — *118*subscriber number#, such SMS can be sent 5 per day and 60 per month
- send an SMS with a request to top up your balance - *123*addressee number#, up to 10 requests per day;
- make a call at the expense of the answering party - *140*phone number#.
Tele2 does not leave its customers in a desperate situation and offers various opportunities to solve the current situation. But if the subscriber periodically violates the deadline for returning the promised payment, then the amount available to borrow will initially become less. If the deadlines are repeatedly neglected, it will not be available at all until the user returns to the list of reliable subscribers.
