Beeline, along with a wide range of tariff plans and an even larger family of additional services, also offers its clients the services of content providers for use. These are additional options within which users can receive various newsletters on their devices: news, entertainment content, games and applications, etc.
Preamble
It’s easy to guess that such content is not offered to subscribers for free, and you have to pay for it. In general, this is why the audience of regular users of the services of content providers is, to put it mildly, not very wide.
And all because very, very often subscribers “receive” paid subscriptions to all sorts of “jokes of the day”, “horoscopes” and “weather forecasts in Uryupinsk” without even giving consent to connect them. Simply careless owners of websites that Beeline subscribers visit from mobile phones monetize them through automatic subscriptions of subscribers to the content of the service.
Telecom operators really liked this situation, because it generated additional income, but subscribers actively complained and in 2014, the Federal Law of July 23, 2013 No. 229-FZ “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Communications” was adopted and came into force.

You can disable and enable the option through your “Personal Account”, mobile application, USSD requests.
Connection
Activation of a separate account is performed as follows:
- Switch the phone to dialing mode, enter the combination *110*5062#. The number receives a message about connecting the content balance.
- Register on the website beeline.ru or in the mobile application. The latter is downloaded to your smartphone from the App Store or Play Market. Using the search bar on the main page, look for “Expense Control” or “Content Account”. Near the found object, press the “Connect” button.
- Visit the service center. You need to contact an available employee with a passport and inform them of your intention to activate the service.
- Call the hotline number 0611. Activation of the option is carried out using prompts from an automatic informant.
You can activate the service remotely without visiting the organization’s office.
Shutdown
This option is not provided by the operator. The only option is to stop using it. The remaining money is transferred to the main account, and the content balance is no longer replenished.
This option allows you to create an additional account balance for any subscriber, which will have one single purpose - the funds from it will be spent exclusively on paying for content services provided by Beeline partner providers. Thus, now subscribers do not have to worry about the fact that the content is all funds from the main account, and will leave them without communication.
Connection/disconnection and use are free.
The operator positions this option as controlling children’s expenses from expenses on paid content and subscriptions, but nothing prevents any Beeline subscriber from connecting “Expense Control” to themselves.

Content services at MegaFon
The advantage of the content blocking service from any operator is that by activating it, the subscriber will be able, if necessary, to pay for additional services via short numbers. Managing an additional balance to pay for Provider services
Of course, for the additional balance to work correctly, there must be money on it. Using the Beeline personal account, subscribers can set up automatic transfer of funds from the main account to the additional one. In addition, you need to remember the following commands:
- *622# (to check the status of the additional account);
- *220*100# (to transfer 100 rubles (you can enter any other amount) from the main account balance to the additional one). If you do this, subscriptions may be activated;

Content account in Beeline
Theory
Beeline's implementation is very different from that of other operators; it is at the same time the most convenient and the most terrible. Beeline is the only telecom operator where you can connect a content account using a USSD command in 5 minutes, without visiting the office and without having to write an application by hand. The service is activated instantly, there is no need to wait 10 days. Everything looks very good, but there is also a “fly in the ointment”: Beeline 2 have almost identical ones, the first of them connects a content account with auto-replenishment from the main account. That is, as soon as you purchase a content service, money is automatically transferred from the main account to the content account and debited from there. This scheme completely eliminates the beneficial effect of the content account and there is no need to use the first type of account. The only exception is the first digit. If the main phone number is 9, then the additional balance should start with 6 instead of 9.
That is, if your phone number is 9031234567, then the additional balance number will be the same, with the exception of the first digit – 6031234567.

Content account in MTS

To receive a separate content account at MTS, the subscriber must visit the office and write a special application. Use it to top up your funds and request your balance.” Unlike other operators, the MTS content account can be topped up directly via the Internet or terminals, since MTS allocates a special virtual number to the subscriber.
