New tariff “No Limit” - from February 2021

The new tariff is available for those who have been a subscriber to the operator for 6 months or more from the end of February 2021. Conditions:

• 25.89 RUR/month subscription after the end of the promotion;
• variable subscription fee for the first 9 months as part of a promotion for new subscribers (from 9.9 to 19.9 rubles);
• 500 min to all networks, including calls within A1;
• unlimited calls to all networks for the first 3 months after connection for new subscribers;
• unlimited internet when used on a smartphone and tablet.

Comfort S

The most modest tariff in the popular “comfort” line, which certainly will not allow smartphone owners to use the device’s capabilities to the maximum. But if you don’t access the Internet from your phone very often and don’t want to overpay, then it’s worth paying attention to.

Pros:

• low subscription fee and at the same time preserved unlimited access for on-network calls;
• it is possible to connect additional Internet packages, but for a fee;

Minuses:

• 1 GB of free traffic in 2021 is still very little.

Recommended for: thrifty people who use their smartphone for the Internet only when necessary.

Comfort M

The subscription fee includes 10 (!) times more free traffic compared to the previous one, but the offer also costs almost 2 times more. Otherwise, it’s the same typical “Comfort” product with free calls to Velcom and a good supply of minutes to other networks.

Pros:

• a decent amount of prepaid Internet traffic;
• 2 hours of calls to numbers of other operators is not bad;
• unlimited on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, Odnoklassniki, VK, Tinder, BOOM, Facebook Messenger;
• unlimited on messengers: Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp

Minuses:

• high subscription fee;
• traffic from YouTube still goes to the “general” count, but you can solve this problem by connecting the required package for a fee.

Recommended: to all active users of smartphones and Internet surfing, who like to talk with subscribers of their network.

Comfort XL

The most powerful tariff in the “comfortable” line, which, despite all its advantages, is not suitable for everyone due to the very high subscription fee and the absence of YouTube among the resources not included in the total traffic. Of course, you can always connect unlimited to it separately, but that’s another plus of 3.10 BYN per month. Expensive!

Pros:

• unlimited access to “foreign” networks;
• unlimited traffic from social networks and popular instant messengers, as well as on YouTube;
• a good supply of free gigabytes.

Minuses:

• very tall subscriber;
• for that kind of money you could get unlimited internet AT ALL.

Recommended for: people who like to make a lot of calls both within the network and to phones of other operators; those who love Netflix and other cinemas; if you are always on the Internet and are willing to pay for the megabytes consumed above the upper limit.

Smart Infinite

An expensive tariff that would fully justify its name, if not for one nuance - about it in the minuses.

Pros:

• unlimited calls via Velcom and Internet traffic;
• subscription to 79 VOKA channels.

Minuses:

• there is no complete unlimited calling to other networks, although the stated 1000 free minutes is very decent;
• very high subscription fee.

Recommended: for those who are not used to counting minutes spent, megabytes, or money in their wallet.

Business Class

Real unlimited for everything.

Pros:

• honest unlimited internet and calls;
• 300 minutes for international calls within the CIS and Europe.

Minuses:

• very expensive.

Recommended for: business people who need to always be in touch.

lemon Z

One of the features of the entire Lemon line is a differentiated subscription fee depending on the client’s age. If you are over 8 years old and under 26, then you can enjoy all the benefits of the tariff for only 9.25 BYN per month. You can connect to your child in the salons - for this you need his passport and the presence of at least one parent.

Pros:

• unlimited access to the most popular messengers in Belarus - Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger;
• unlimited free calls within the network;
• the ability to expand traffic through connected packages;
• lower subscription for clients from 8 to 25 inclusive.

Minuses:

• there are no social networks in the “unlimited” list;
• 1 GB of included traffic - I want more.

Recommended for: children of primary and secondary school age.

lemon Y

But this proposal can be safely addressed to all young people without exception. Perhaps the most balanced tariff in terms of price/quality ratio, which attracts attention with a relatively low subscription for those under 26 years old, as well as the included ivi subscription from VOKA.

Pros:

• unlimited on popular social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, Odnoklassniki, VK, Tinder, BOOM) and instant messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger);
• there are free minutes for calls to other networks;
• a very “tasty” (if you consider the possibilities) subscription for clients from 8 to 25 inclusive.

Minuses:

• Unlim on YouTube must be connected separately for an additional fee;
• it would be possible to slightly increase the number of free minutes for communication with subscribers of other operators;
• For those who are already 26 years old or older, the subscription fee no longer seems so attractive.

Recommended for: children of high school age and students; generally active youth in the Internet space; fans of the ivi online cinema.

lemon X

Indeed, the most delicious option in the lemon youth line. We can only be happy for those who will not turn 26 for a long time - for such people the monthly subscription fee looks very attractive.

Pros:

• To the unlimited on all social networks and instant messengers, they also added unlimited traffic consumption on Apple Music, SoundCloud, Google Play Music, so if you regularly use these streaming services, then your choice is obvious;
• very low, considering all the features of the tariff plan, subscription fee for those under 26 years old;
• there are free minutes to other networks;
• night unlimited from 01.00 am to 06.00 am.

Minuses:

• forgot about YouTube - the package needs to be connected to it separately;
• for those who are already 26 years old, the offer no longer seems so attractive in terms of cost.

Recommended for: students and simply active traffic consumers; music and film lovers; for those who spend time with a smartphone in their hands at night.

Fidget

Special offer for use with children's smart watches.

Pros:

• unlimited Internet traffic and minutes within the network;
• When purchased together with a smart watch, the subscription fee is only 5.35 rubles.

Minuses:

• expensive calls to other networks.

Recommended: if you are planning to buy a smart watch for your child, then take advantage of the company’s offer and connect this tariff at the same time at a reduced price.

Features of the PRIVET tariff plan

The “Privet” tariff plan includes a whole line of convenient packages that can meet the needs of various groups of the population. They have one feature in common: no monthly subscription fee. In order to remain in the status of an “active” subscriber, the client must fulfill only one condition - regularly make a one-time payment, which is considered payment for using the SIM card.

For conversations

Start

An exceptionally favorable tariff that allows you to talk a lot on your home network and pay the minimum possible amount for this pleasure.

Pros:

• very low subscription fee;
• All calls on the Velcom network are free.

Minuses:

• there are no free minutes for calls on the networks of other operators;
• very few megabytes included.

Recommended: if the browser on your smartphone is launched no more often than the seasons change; for those whose contacts are dominated by subscribers of the Velcom A1 network.

No overpayments

Flexible tariff plan with the possibility of both monthly and weekly subscriptions. This allows you to adjust your phone maintenance costs based on your needs.

Pros:

• you can adjust the subscription period;
• when activating a 30-day package, 200 megabytes of Internet are added - a small thing, but nice;
• low call costs.

Minuses:

• You cannot connect remotely - only in communication shops.

Similar to the previous offer, but with traffic included.

Pros:

• you can subscribe for a week or a month;
• free calls on the Velcom A1 network;

Minuses:

• With such a subscription fee and conditions, they cannot be.

Recommended for: everyone who often talks but hardly uses the Internet on their phone.

No overpayments. Internet

From September 1, 2021, instead of “Hello. Internet" launched a new TP "Hello. Internet+". And a little later it began to sound simpler - “No overpayments. Internet". Instead of the usual monthly fee - a subscription for a week or a month, with traffic included - 500 MB and 2500 MB, respectively. Plus, there is the ability to connect different packages of communication services depending on your needs. Conversations within A1 and to other networks are equally expensive if you do not connect additional packages.

It differs from other “Greetings” in having more solid traffic. If, of course, we can talk about any kind of solidity at all, using such figures. However, this is one of the most affordable and balanced options for those who do not want to pay for unnecessary conversations on the network.

Pros:

• more “serious” prepaid traffic;
• cheap subscriber.

Minuses:

• It would be possible to make communication within the network free.

Recommended for: all those who want to pay only for calls.

No overpayments. Tourist

Finally, A1 has launched an attractive tariff plan with a limited time subscription, which will definitely be in demand among guests in Belarus. As with all other products in the line, it is possible to connect a package for 7 and 30 days. Temporarily - as part of a promotion - unlimited Internet access is provided with a monthly subscription.

Pros:

• It’s convenient to regulate your subscription - you can subscribe for a week and then renew it without overpaying;
• there are free minutes to all networks;
• For now, there is unlimited access to the Internet with a monthly subscription.

Minuses:

• not as cheap as it seems at first glance.

Recommended: to everyone who comes to Belarus and wants to be in touch throughout this period.

How does it work “PRIVET Prepaid Card”

Access to the service is open only to subscribers on the “PRIVET” tariff plan. Using the card allows the company's client to pay for communication services at any time, regardless of location.

In order to take advantage of the offer, you must activate your card. This can be done as follows:

1. Through the voice menu. Key combination 411-1.
2. By sending a request using the key combination - “asterisk” 124 “asterisk” is the card code that should have been transferred to the user upon purchase, “Hash” and the call button.
3. Connection through your personal account.

The last option is available only to registered subscribers. To do this, you need to go to the official website of the company, in the registration section. In the window that opens, enter your phone details and then follow the prompts.

“Unlim” line for tablets and routers

A great option if you only need the Internet and are not at all interested in conversations.

Pros:

• you can choose a tariff with optimal traffic for yourself and have access to the Internet at maximum speed;
• Each tariff plan includes a VOKA subscription for 70 channels;
• You can connect a separate package to YouTube and watch videos without restrictions for 3.10 BYN per month.

Minuses:

• after the traffic is exhausted, the Internet channel is limited but still unlimited;
• Expensive calls, but that's how it's meant to be.

Recommended: tablet owners; in situations where you need inexpensive Internet.

Give away WI-FI 30

A starting tariff in a line that is perfect for distributing the Internet.

Pros:

• you can close all issues with the basic need for traffic.

Minuses:

• there is a limit of 30 GB, after which the distribution drops to an indecent 512 Kbps.

Give away WI-FI 75

A new product that allows you to generously distribute the Internet and enjoy all the benefits of a smartphone.

Pros:

• there is a promotional price for new subscribers;
• there really is a lot of internet.

Minuses:

• there is a limit of 75 GB, after which the distribution drops to 512 Kbps.

Recommended: for those who want to provide themselves with high-speed Internet in conditions under which regular by-fly, for example, is impossible.

Share Wi-Fi Pro

Improved “Give” with truly honest unlimited Internet access. Moreover, this is real unlim at the highest possible speed - the one allowed by the equipment you are using.

Pros:

• there is a promotional price for new subscribers;
• no restrictions.

Minuses:

• high price, even taking into account the promotion.

Recommended: in cases where the Internet problem cannot be solved otherwise.

24 hours without leaving the network

You can arrange a day for yourself on the World Wide Web, thanks to the “Unlimited Internet for a day” service. By paying a one-time fee of 2.98 rubles, you can within 24 hours, without restrictions on speed and volume:

• download movies and watch them online;
• correspond via email or social networks;
• receive and post the necessary information on websites;
• get acquainted with the latest videos and electronic libraries.

The optimal way to connect is to send a request *135*7#.

Social and special rates

As easy as pie

The minimum tariff for calls, available to everyone, although located in the Social and Special section. Switching from other TPs is usually paid (about 5 rubles) and is only possible in the official centers of the operator with a passport.

Pension

To connect you need to have a pension certificate. A complete list of all persons eligible to connect is on the screenshot below.

Pros:

• the ability to specify 5 favorite numbers and receive 1000 free minutes to call them;
• the minimum package of included Internet traffic, but it is rather symbolic - only 100 MB.

Minuses:

• expensive internet beyond the included traffic;
• connects only at points of sales and customer service.

Social

Not everyone can connect it and only upon presentation of a passport and a document for the corresponding benefit at the service point. Check out the list of categories of citizens eligible to take advantage of this offer.

Victory

One of the new products from Velcom A1 for veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The offer is attractive in every sense - there is a nominal subscription fee, unlimited calls on the network, 100 free SMS, and even traffic - 500 MB. The company claims the possibility of free delivery of a SIM card to your home with a remote connection.

Balance

Perhaps it’s worth starting with the main function - this is a USSD balance request and all the commands that will help you control the funds in your SIM card account. There are not so many of them, but there are some special ones among them.

For example, a balance request is made using the combination *100#. At the end of each dial, you need to click on the “Call” button. In response, you receive a message about the status of your SIM card account, and the result is displayed directly on the screen.

USSD requests from Velcom allow you to easily change the tariff payment system. To work without prepayment, you need to dial *145#. If you want to register some unconfirmed request, then *141*1# will help here. Basically, these are all useful commands for managing your account. We continue to study Velcom USSD requests further.

Additional services

Now a little about the interesting capabilities of our today's operator. Velcom also has its own USSD requests for them. “Favorite number”, for example, is added using *141*3*3#. After this, you can add this or that subscriber to the appropriate list.
