The most zealous of them, Ilya, made an application on the first day of work. But the next day, Saturday, he came on line in the SUNDAY DAY GROUP (this group in wats up, where all operators communicate and fill out applications on weekends). Because there, applications are openly stolen, newcomers are deceived, applications are transferred to certain operators who do not sit on the line, but in batches they place stolen applications on themselves. In December, I was transferred to supervisor Anna Kuznetsova. And the morning began on the collective farm... It’s hard to imagine a more experienced swindler. Another interesting way to find out what services are currently connected to your number, as well as find out a lot of other useful information, is a voice menu, to access which you need to dial 0611.

Your personal account is available not only to MTS users. An operator such as Beeline also has its own website, so through it subscribers can find out the information they are interested in.

What are paid services and where do they come from?

Paid services are services connected by a person that require additional payment. That is why they are called paid. Such services include all types that come from the mobile company and are provided additionally, for example:

  • Internet. Often the subscriber pays additionally for the use of the mobile network on his device. To surf the Internet, chat with friends and view various content, the user 100% needs the Internet. Therefore, it is considered a paid service;
  • Various games and newsletters. This can be either mailings with weather forecasts or games. They are also classified as paid services;
  • Using a melody on a call. Also a common type of services provided by the company. Users who called the person will hear a pleasant melody - this means the connection of paid services;
  • Communication. This can also be considered as a paid service. In order for the user to make calls outside the border, he can activate a paid service. You may also be charged for a certain number of minutes;
  • SMS. The subscriber pays for a certain number of SMS messages, and if he has not used them, they are automatically expired.

As you can see, the mobile network is full of various services provided by companies.

As a rule, they are taken for a reason. Most often, the user subscribes to certain content through a mobile application or using the company’s website. You can also arrange everything through hot buttons.

All of these offers are paid and there are a large number of them, so it is important to periodically check their availability yourself and disable unused services.

The price for providing additional Tele2 options varies depending on the region and city of residence of the subscriber. Also, the price for additional options is affected by the tariff plan in which a particular option is provided.

The cost of Tele2 services in roaming is provided at roaming rates. When leaving your home region, it is recommended to disable all paid options to avoid increased charges for their use.

There is no complete ban on activating paid connections in Tele2. However, regularly checking the availability of paid services will help you avoid unwanted communication expenses. In addition, you should be careful about the set of combinations from incoming messages, this will guarantee a reduction in financial losses from accidentally connected options.

How to get account details

To control your expenses and turn off paid subscriptions on time, it is recommended to regularly order details. On Beeline, you can check financial expenses for a certain period using. It can be ordered in two ways - through a personal account or a mobile application.
