How to apply to connect MGTS services?
Single contact center
When contacting the Unified Contact Center, the client can leave a connection request. After switching to the operator, he will ask for contact information, offer a suitable tariff, and then agree on the address and connection time.
The client can only wait for the technicians to arrive, sign documents and start using the Internet after connecting the computer to the router that comes with the service.

Submitting an application in the sales center
The client can come to any client hall and approach an employee to fill out an application. An agreement on the provision of communication services can be signed here; the client just needs to provide his passport details, leave contacts and set a connection time. At the same time, employees will check the possibility of connection.

After that, you just have to wait for the technicians. Typically, processing an application takes three days, so a faster option is to fill out an online form on the MGTS website.
Connection via the official website
When you go to the official MGTS website, you have the opportunity to fill out an application.
To apply for connection, click the “Connect” button in the upper right corner of the site or follow this link. Check yours for connectivity and leave your phone number to complete the application.
A page will open as in the picture below, on which you should select one or more services that you want to connect. This can be not only the Internet, but also mobile, home telephone communications, and television. The user needs to select the tariff plan of interest (you can select a combined package that immediately includes mobile communications, television and the Internet).
Below you will need to indicate your email address, phone number, and full name.
In the near future (on average 24 hours), an operator will call the user back. He will coordinate the connection time, help you choose more profitable services and answer any questions you may have.
Naturally, to use this method the user will need a PC with an Internet connection. Alternatively, you can use a mobile phone, but please note that due to differences in the platform and the large number of mobile browsers, the page may not display correctly.

- 1 Gb/s - 1499 rub.

When connecting to the Internet, the user receives a router with built-in Wi-Fi. GPON networks use new MGTS routers, which allow you to distribute high-speed Wi-Fi over a decent area.
Tariffs and payment
The cost of the Internet directly depends on the speed; the subscriber can choose between 200 Mbit/s and 1 Gbit/s. Even at minimum tariffs, the broadband network provides high performance and can support a dozen wireless devices without loss of communication quality. On average, savings are up to 30%, and with promotions, the first months will be preferential and will provide an opportunity to save.
According to the terms of MGTS, payment must be made after receiving services, the settlement date is the 20th of the next month. You can top up your personal account in any convenient way - through Internet banking, in your personal account, terminals and operator offices.
MGTS Television
Television from MGTS offers more than 160 channels in digital quality. Multiroom is supported, the ability to pause the broadcast, rewind and download broadcasts of your favorite programs.
Tariffs also include information services from MTS, such as MTS Route, MTS. Weather, MTS Exchange rates.
In addition to the basic tariffs, which include all required channels, the user can purchase additional packages. Their price varies from 20 to 300 rubles, depending on the topic and popularity. A separate category is a set of channels in foreign languages - this package costs 900 rubles.
The television connection can be carried out as part of a comprehensive service package (in this case, the specialist will connect the set-top box via a modem supplied with the Internet services).

Settings
I also offer instructions for setting up Wi-Fi for a GPON router using the ZTE ZXHN 670 as an example:
- The modem has its own web interface, which is available at 192.168.1.1. To authorize on the site, you need to enter user in the “Username” and “Password” fields.
- In the “Network” section, go to “WLAN4”.
- To enable the access point, check the box next to “Enable wireless RF”.
- Mode – it is recommended to select mixed b/g/n.
- Set your region.
- Set the channel and bandwidth (AUTO is recommended).
- Click “Confirm” and go to “Security Settings”.
- “Authentication type” – preferably WPA2-PSK.
- “WPA key” – come up with a password for the Wi-Fi network.
- In the line “WPA encryption algorithm” put AES and click “Confirm”.
- Let’s move on to setting up the network name – “SSID settings”.
- Here you can hide your network, give it a name, and set the maximum number of users.
- After changing the parameters, click “Confirm”.

Connecting a landline phone
The MGTS company connects landline phones via GPON networks. This ensures the best call quality. Among additional services, clients can connect:
- redirection;
- automatic caller ID;
- Call holding and waiting;
- conference calling - allows you to communicate with several interlocutors simultaneously.
The telephone connection scheme for MGTS is simple, the user simply submits an application at the service center or through the official website, after which all that remains is to wait for the arrival of a technician who will configure the equipment.
The cost of tariffs is from 200 rubles to 850, the price depends on the number of services included in the tariff. It can also grow further if you connect additional ones and other things.
How to install MGTS TV in an apartment
You can contact your provider using the same methods as with the Internet. There are minor differences only in the version using the official website. How to proceed:
- Enter the “Television” tab.
- In the upper right corner, find the “Connect” button and click on it.
- Fill out the application form (personal and contact information).
- In the block with the list of services, select the required items.
- In the “Date” column, indicate the connection time.
- Click "Submit".
As soon as the request is considered, the operator will contact you to clarify the remaining points.
A specialist will come to your address to conclude an agreement and install the equipment. Before signing the document, study it carefully. Pay special attention to the terms of termination of the contract.
Mobile phone connection
Customers can purchase MGTS SIM cards at sales centers. It is also easy to switch to a provider with a number from another operator; the process itself lasts 8 days, after which the client becomes an MGTS subscriber.

The application can be submitted through the official website, but you will still have to go to one of the sales centers to get a SIM card.
If you connect an MGTS mobile connection complete with TV or home Internet, then a SIM card will be delivered to you by a technician when you connect the ordered services at your home.
Will you be able to connect to MGTS
To find out, you need to check the address for connecting to MGTS. You won’t be able to do this yourself, since the company has not created an online tool to solve such problems. You can obtain the necessary information by contacting the organization’s employees:

- Enter your request details into the form.
- Submit it for review.

You can connect your home Internet to MGTS and TV for free. The organization bears all associated costs. The company benefits from such a cooperation scheme, since in the future it recoups costs by selling services to clients.
Necessary equipment:
- Router if the subscriber wants to use Wi-Fi networks.
- TV set-top box for processing the incoming signal and outputting it to a TV.
The organization now provides the necessary equipment for free rental. The client undertakes to return the equipment in the event of termination of the agreement. In fact, the cost of rent is already included in the tariff.
Home Internet
Connecting home Internet – 0 rubles, renting a router – 0 rubles.

Nuances and possible problems
The maximum available speed on MGTS networks is 1000 Mbit/s. This is enough to use various online resources and not experience any associated inconvenience. But the actual speed may differ slightly from the declared one; it depends on the current load on the provider’s network.
When choosing a television package, you need to carefully examine the available options. The organization has two standard tariffs for subscribers. Additionally, you can add various channel packages to them, but for an additional fee.
Login problems
If logging into the router admin is problematic, there are several solutions:
- Check that the numbers are entered correctly and that there are no unnecessary components in the browser search bar.
- Check whether the “Obtain an IP address automatically” option is set on the computer’s network adapter.
- Return the router to factory settings, as there is a suspicion that someone changed the standard login parameters to their own.
- Reset Windows network settings
- Check the LAN cable for damage.
Attentiveness
Look carefully at what you enter into the address bar. There shouldn't be:
- Extra values, such as https://www.192.168.1.254.
- Character substitutions 192.168.I.254.
The main thing is to enter everything correctly, preferably manually without using the auto-suggestions of the search engine.
DHCP server
Each router is configured from the factory to automatically assign a network address to a machine connected to its network. If the computer is not set to automatically obtain an IP address, then it simply will not go online and will not be able to open the web interface and will not set up the home Internet.
To set the parameters correctly:
- Open the “Run” line with the command + R and execute ncpa.cpl.
- Right-click the adapter menu and select Properties.
- Go to section
- Choose to obtain an automatic IP address.
- Click OK.
- Turn off and on the adapter, check the availability of the device on the network.
Resetting network settings
You can reset the network to default settings in the Windows operating system. This is useful to do if you previously installed an antivirus or software like Tunngle or Hamachi, which incorrectly installed their own network adapters into the system, messing up the basic settings.
To return everything as it was:
- Press + I and go to Network and Internet.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select "Network Reset".
- Confirm your decision, and then check the ability to log into the router.
Router factory settings
If someone has used a GPON router before you, they could have set their own username and password to log into the web interface. The data can be reset, but all settings made by the user will go with it. This means that at a minimum you will have to raise Wi-Fi again:
- Find the Reset button on the case.
- Press and hold it for 10 seconds.
- The router will reboot (you will understand by the display) with factory settings.
- Try logging in using your standard username and password.
Checking the patch cord
You can check the Ethernet cable for damage by ringing it with a cable tester or, failing that, by pinging and visually inspecting it.
To ping, open a command prompt and enter the command ping 192.168.1.254.
If you get a result like the one on the screen, it could mean 2 things:
- Along the way, the signal does not reach the router (the cable or port of the network equipment is faulty).
- The router is not registered on the network at this address.
Successful transmission of data packets indicates that the router is registered on the network. That is, the computer sees it. If it doesn't work from your browser, try using another one.
