In their personal account, they can exchange points for rubles.
No further expenditure transactions are stipulated by the terms. If you want to give Thank You from Sberbank to another person, there is no direct transaction, you will have to use alternative methods.
Can THANK YOU bonuses be transferred to a phone account?
When deciding how to give a Thank You from Sberbank, many come to the conclusion that this can be done by transferring points to a mobile phone account. It is assumed that this money can then be withdrawn through a mobile operator and transferred to anyone. Yes, there will be a withdrawal fee, which will be approximately 5% of the transaction amount, but the method seems to be convenient and realistic. At least, this is what numerous materials on the Internet say about it.
Previously, this method was indeed actively used; MTS was Sberbank’s partner in this program. People could transfer bonuses this way. Thank you, cash out your bonus account. But since the end of March 2019, the partnership of the parties has been terminated. As a result, it is now impossible to transfer thanks to a mobile phone.
Now Thank You bonuses can only be transferred to your Sberbank Mobile operator account. But transferring points to another person will not help.
Terms and restrictions
Before donating points to MTS via SMS or your personal account on the site, it is important to take into account a number of restrictions that apply to the sender and recipient. Let's highlight the basic points:
- During the month you are allowed to accept no more than 10 gifts from other users. However, it is prohibited to give more than 3,000 points at a time. This means that the total limit is 3,000 bonus units.
- On MTS, you can give bonuses to another subscriber if he has registered in the MTS Bonus program and, as a result, is a client of the company. In other words, the sender and recipient's phone numbers must belong to the same mobile operator (in our case, MTS).
- You can make a gift no more than once during the day, and the maximum amount, as noted above, is 3,000 bonus units.
- The maximum number of transfers per month is limited to ten.
- Receipt must be confirmed within a month (this was mentioned above).
It is important to consider these rules before giving MTS points to another user. Considering that one bonus unit is equal to one ruble, the gift cannot exceed 3,000 rubles. It is important to remember about other restrictions regarding the number of transfers and the mandatory confirmation of the transaction within a month.
The presence of the USSD command allows you to quickly donate MTS points, but you will not be able to abuse the service. MTS has implemented the above restrictions to prevent people from using different ways to earn points and withdrawing funds outside the system. At the same time, no one prohibits spending money within the mobile operator, accumulating bonus units and making gifts to loved ones.
If your goal is to donate a large amount (over 3000 points), you can attract another user. As an option, sending 3000 per month is available and thus does not exceed the established limit.
