On August 14, 2021, MTS opened for connection a tariff plan with the next “original” name “Tariffishche” (by the way, in MTS documents this tariff is called “Unlimited 2.0”) with unlimited Internet access. “Tariffishche” can be called a classic offer from MTS with a fixed subscription fee, which includes a package of several services:

calls;
SMS;
Internet.

But, unlike other similar tariffs, this offer involves flexible configuration of the starter package. Minutes and SMS are subject to change, while the number of gigabytes provided per month remains fixed.

Subscription fee amount

“Tariffishche” is an offer with flexible settings, so there is no single subscription fee for the tariff. But due to the fact that you can only change the number of minutes and SMS, calculating the final cost of services is not difficult. There are 4 variations in total, which differ in price and content.

You can change the proposed service package both at the connection stage and while using the tariff. But it is recommended to switch from one configuration to another after the billing period has expired, so that the subscription fee is not charged again

Call costs

A distinctive feature of the tariff plan is that the included package of minutes applies to calls to numbers of any operators in Russia. That is, you can call MegaFon, Beeline or Tele2 subscribers completely free of charge if they are located in the Russian Federation and the package of minutes has not been exhausted.

However, we cannot rule out the possibility that the minutes will run out sooner or later. After this, calls will begin to be paid separately, and the cost of the call will depend on the selected Tariff configuration:

500 minutes – 1.75 r/min;
750 minutes – 1.5 r/min;
1000 minutes – 1.25 r/min;
1500 minutes – 1 r/min.

other states – 84 r/min.

Calls outside Russia are not as profitable as calls within the country. But incoming calls always remain free, regardless of where the call comes from.

SMS cost

The SMS package along with minutes is included in the tariff plan. Thus, if it was not possible to exhaust the package within a month, the cost of all text messages sent to Russian numbers will be 0 rubles. In other cases, the following rates apply:

outgoing SMS after the package is exhausted to Russian numbers – 3 rubles;
sending a letter to another country – 8.4 rubles;
MMS throughout the country - 10.3 rubles.

There is no need to pay for incoming messages. This is a free service that works even after the SMS package or the money in your account runs out.

Internet at tariff

By default, regardless of the selected Tariff configuration, the client is provided with 25 gigabytes of Internet. They can be spent throughout Russia while traveling. As soon as the package is exhausted, 1 GB of traffic will be automatically added for 160 rubles. You can refuse to use this option by dialing *111*936#.

Such a high price for services when abroad should not be surprising. Roaming is an option in which a Russian company is forced to use the equipment of local operators for an additional fee. However, MTS offers its customers several interesting options that significantly reduce the cost:

Subscribers of MegaFon, Beeline, Tele2 or any other operator will have to personally contact the office to purchase a SIM card and set up the Tariff.
