On August 14, 2021, MTS opened for connection a tariff plan with the next “original” name “Tariffishche” (by the way, in MTS documents this tariff is called “Unlimited 2.0”) with unlimited Internet access. Let's take a closer look at MTS's offer: what's included, how much it costs, and what restrictions there are on this tariff plan.

MTS Tariffishche tariff: detailed description
Subscription fee in Moscow and the region from 612 ₽ per month for 700 minutes and SMS to 1,107 ₽ for 1,700 minutes and SMS. In St. Petersburg, the cost starts from 475 ₽ for 600 minutes and sms to 1,125 ₽ for a package of 1,600 minutes and sms. Unlimited traffic in your home region (according to the “Triple Unlimited” promotion) with any set of minutes and SMS messages.
If there is insufficient funds in the account to write off 100% of the subscription fee, money from the account begins to be debited on a daily basis and the tariff “rises in price” by 30%. Description of "Tariff" from MTS
The main advantage of the plan is unlimited Internet. You can use it both at home and while traveling around Russia. You don't have to pay for traffic separately. The main thing is to go online from your mobile phone and not use a SIM card in your modem or tablet.
Minutes for calls and free messages on the tariff are provided in packages. Depending on the size of monthly payments, at the beginning of the billing period, clients receive 500, 800, 1500 or 3000 units in each category. Sending texts and making calls is allowed to all networks in the country. If you manage to exhaust the allocated volume, the cost of calls and SMS will be:
- for TP with a volume of 500 – 0.95 rubles/min. at home and in Russia;
- 0.25 more per 800;
- 1500 – 0,5;
- 3000 is a quarter of a ruble.

Minutes, SMS and subscription fee
The tariff is presented in the form of a constructor - subscribers can choose the size of the packages of minutes and SMS - these are 500, 800, 1500 or 3000 minutes and SMS. The subscription fee depends on this choice.

- 800 minutes and SMS – 800 rubles per month.
- 1500 minutes and SMS – 1050 rubles per month.
- 3000 minutes and SMS – 1550 rubles per month.
Currently, for new connections (switching to a tariff does not count, only the purchase of a SIM card or switching with your number is taken into account) a discount is available - 10% for 6 months
, i.e. for half a year. Different regions of Russia have different discounts on subscription fees.
When choosing large packages (1500 and 3000) minutes and SMS, MTS provides a free subscription to the IVI online cinema
. By the way, MTS has a separate one, which costs 400 rubles per month.
What happens after the end of the packages of minutes and SMS?
With messages, everything is simple - 2 rubles per SMS to a number in your home region and 3.8 rubles per SMS to a number in another region. But with calls after the end of the package of minutes, everything is more complicated.
Firstly, Tariffishche does not have an unlimited limit within the network after the end of the package of minutes. That is, you will have to pay for calls to MTS.
Secondly, the cost of a minute of conversation depends on what package of minutes and SMS you have chosen - the larger the package, the cheaper the calls will be after it ends.
- Outgoing calls to any numbers in Russia (package of 500 minutes) – 1.5 rubles per minute.
- Outgoing calls to any numbers in Russia (package of 800 minutes) – 1.25 rubles per minute.
- Outgoing calls to any numbers in Russia (package of 1500 minutes) – 1 ruble per minute.
- Outgoing calls to any numbers in Russia (package of 3000 minutes) – 0.75 rubles per minute.
Initially, outgoing calls on the tariff after the end of the package of minutes were much cheaper, but from March 18, 2021 their cost has increased.
Unlimited mobile internet
At Tariffishche, mobile Internet is unlimited. From September 28, 2021, this also applies to trips within Russia
, although previously there was a limit of 500 MB per day at maximum speed, and then unlimited at speeds up to 128 Kbps.
From February 12, 2021, MTS allowed the official distribution of unlimited mobile Internet
on Tariffishte; before this, the distribution was available only when changing the TTL (bypassing the blocking of Internet distribution).
But this did not satisfy the majority of subscribers, since the distribution limit is now only 3 GB per month
.
If this limit is used up, then before the start of the next subscription period the distribution will cost as much as 75 rubles per day
.

Additional options for “Tariff”
- The “Unlimited Internet” option costs 210 ₽ per month, but it only works in your home region. When traveling to another region of Russia, traffic will be consumed from the package included in the tariff;

When you are on the MTS network in Russia, the tariff allows you to use file-sharing networks. For using file-sharing networks, a fee of 75 rubles per day is charged. After payment, within the paid day (calendar day - from 00:00 of the current day to 00:00 of the next day), the subscriber will have access to 5 GB of Internet traffic for using file-sharing networks. If the network load is high, the speed of Internet access may be limited. A subscriber to the Tariffishche tariff plan cannot be the initiator of the United Internet group. After exhausting the monthly Internet package included in the tariff, the subscriber will automatically be connected to additional ones. Internet packages until the main package is updated according to the tariff. The volume of each additional package is 1 GB, the cost of each package is 160 rubles. In each month, additional packages can be activated no more than 15 times. After exhausting the 15th additional package, the subscriber can continue using the Internet by connecting “Turbo buttons”. Additional packages are valid in the MTS network in Russia. The balance on additional packages is not carried over to the next month. To refuse automatic activation of additional packages, you must dial *111*936# from your phone. The client can expand the functionality of the mobile Internet from the phone, included in the initial package of tariff services. To do this, you need to connect one of the Internet options “Internet-mini/maxi/super/VIP”. When connecting these options, mobile Internet from the phone will be provided according to the technical conditions of these options published on the website www.mts.ru. In this case, in addition to the monthly tariff fee, a monthly fee for Internet options will be charged in the amount specified in this price list.
If there is not enough money in the account
If there are not enough funds in your account to pay the monthly subscription fee for Tariffishche, then the operator automatically “includes” daily debiting of the subscription fee, which, of course, is much more expensive. The amount of the daily subscription fee depends on the selected volume of services, namely:
- A package of 700 minutes + 700 SMS costs 29.50 rubles per day (which is 885 rubles for 30 days or + 30% to the monthly subscription fee);
- A package of 950 minutes + 950 SMS costs RUB 36.50 per day (RUB 1,095 per month);
- A package of 1,200 minutes + 1,200 SMS costs 43 ₽ per day (1,290 ₽/month);
- A package of 1,700 minutes + 1,700 SMS costs RUB 54.50 per day (RUB 1,635/month);

If there is not enough money in the account to be debited, daily debiting is enabled.
It amounts to:

The subscription fee is 100 rubles. When activated, the user receives a subscription to the IVI online cinema as a gift.
MTS is holding a promotion, according to the terms of which, when connecting to the “Online Cinemas” option, the subscriber receives a 100% discount on the tariff with packages of 500 SMS and 500 minutes. If the customer uses other packages, he only pays the difference between the base price and the cost of the tariff with increased packages.

How to switch to the Tariffishche tariff
The easiest way to switch to a tariff plan is through your personal account or mobile application. Go to the tariffs section and find “Tariff” there. Before switching, you need to top up your balance in proportion to the monthly fee for the selected package. By default, 500 minutes/SMS are activated, after which the subscriber can choose another package. The cost of transition is 0 rubles. You can also use the USSD command *111*1115#.
Subscribers of other operators can switch to MTS with their number - in the salon or without visiting it. Submit an application on the website or contact the nearest service office by finding its address on the operator’s website. The transfer will take place on the eighth day after submitting the application, but you can choose any other day within the next 180 days.
Before porting your number, visit your operator's office and check that your passport details are correct.
It is also possible to connect to MTS with a new number. Make a purchase on the operator’s website or visit the nearest customer service office. Pickup is carried out from the office chosen by the subscriber. In both cases, you will need a passport - it is needed to draw up an agreement for the provision of communication services. The cost of a SIM card is 400 rubles, the amount is fully credited to the account. All that remains is to top up your account in accordance with the selected package of minutes/SMS and subscription fee.
Tariff restrictions
- When traveling outside your home region, you can only use 500 MB. traffic per day. Then the speed is reduced to 128 Kb/sec. until the next day and unlimited turns into a maximum of 15 GB. per month if, for example, you went on a business trip or to the village to visit your grandmother; Hooray! MTS has lifted restrictions on the use of the Internet when traveling around Russia.
- You cannot distribute traffic via Wi-Fi, USB or Bluetooth! It is possible, but not more than 10 GB. per month.
- You cannot use torrents! It is possible, but for an additional fee (see above).
MTS Tariffishche tariff is not only unlimited Internet
It’s not for nothing that this tariff plan has such an original name. In the official documents of the operator, this tariff offer is called “Unlimited 2.0”. In short, for a fixed subscription fee you can get:
- Mobile Internet in any volume.
- Unlimited distribution of Gigs.
- Exchange Gigabytes for cashback, which can later be used to pay for communication services.
- Customizable packages of messages and minutes.
- On the territory of Russia, the conditions of the home region will apply.
Now about everything in a little more detail. And we will pay special attention to the Internet, because many people pay attention to this offer precisely because of the promised unlimited service. What is it really? Tariff packages include limited Internet – its size is 50 GB per month. To get unlimited access, you will have to activate the “Unlimited Internet” option.
Note! The operator’s statement about unlimited Internet on the Tariffishche tariff is only partly justified. For a subscription fee you receive an Internet package with a limit of 50 GB
How to check the remaining traffic for free traffic distribution on MTS
The easiest way to find out how much traffic is left within the free 10 GB. package, you need to log into your personal account on the MTS website or open the “My MTS” application on your smartphone and write the phrase “Package balances” . In the response message from the bot, you will receive the rest of the minutes, SMS and traffic at your tariff, and the data after the phrase “Modem mode (Free)” will mean the rest of the free package for distribution.

How to change MTS tariff to Tariffishche
To activate the Tariffishche tariff, MTS asks subscribers to log into their personal account at https://login.mts.ru. After loading the page, go through 4 steps.
- Enter your number and password to log in to your account. If necessary, fill out the captcha field and click the “Login” button.
- Click on “Number Management” and find “Change Tariff” in the list.
- Scroll to available offers. Click “Go” on the one you want.
- Confirm your intention and wait for the results via SMS.
Please note that for successful connection there must be enough funds on your balance to write off your subscription. The transition itself will be free, but only for those who last changed their TP less than 30 days ago.
How to set up a tariff plan
When connecting to a plan, subscribers are provided with a minimum package of 500 minutes and messages by default. To expand the set to the required one, you will have to configure the TP after the transition. For this:
- go to the main MTS portal;
- find the description of the offer in “Tariffs and Services”;
- Next to “Connect” there is a “Configure” button, click;
- Log in to your personal account and set the required volume.
Afterwards, all you have to do is confirm the changes made and wait for notification of the result.
Pros and cons of MTS Tariffishe TP
Usually I write about the pros first, and then about the cons, but with this tariff we will do the opposite, unfortunately.
Minuses
- Why do subscribers need such “unlimited” Internet, which is limited when traveling?
- Why do subscribers need such “unlimited” Internet that cannot be distributed from the phone?
- Why do subscribers need such “unlimited” Internet, which is blocked on torrents?
- Let's go further: in all previous package tariffs, after the package was exhausted, outgoing calls within the network remained free and unlimited: now this is not the case, be careful!
- Crimea and Sevastopol are “in the air”, and nothing is written about this in the tariff conditions (other operators at least honestly write in small print that the tariff does not work in this region. For some reason MTS is hiding it).
- And one more thing: unused minutes of calls and SMS are not carried over to the next month;

- There is no need to think about what number you are making an outgoing call to. Everything costs the same. It's comfortable;

Note: the package does not include SMS to numbers in other countries (cost is 8 rubles) and mms to numbers of any operators (cost is 9.9 rubles).

Actually, there is nothing more to say about the new tariff from MTS. With such significant restrictions, it’s easier to connect either “HYIP”, in the sense of “X” with a bunch of truly unlimited sites, but cheaper.

How to disable
Disabling a plan The tariff must follow the standard procedure:
- Search for an alternative tariff plan before disabling the old one.
- Familiarization with the description, cost and services provided.
- Select a new tariff and activate using possible methods.
- The current one will be disabled within 15 minutes from the moment the request is generated.
Useful information : in MTS, a tariff change occurs by activating a new solution, thus the old one is completely disabled and its functions cease.
