Registration and login

Installment information
If you have an installment plan for goods purchased from the A1 company, then this section will display current information.
Shows information about the current balance, subscriber status and payment history.
Unconfirmed payments
A list of transactions for registering payment is provided with information about the amount, date and status of payment. Available to subscribers with an active status (not blocked).
Payment by express payment card (EO)
To pay for mobile services, enter the card number in the field and click the “Next” button and follow the instructions.
Using this service, you can credit incorrectly transferred funds to the number you need.
The mandatory conditions for performing this operation are:
- the incorrect number differs from the correct one by no more than 2 digits;
- no more than 14 calendar days have passed since payment;
- the payment amount is no more than 30 Belarusian rubles.
* If your case does not fall under the conditions described above, you need to contact A1 service centers. Be sure to keep your payment receipt until your issue is resolved.
Accounts and detailing
Information about expenses for the current month is provided. Information contains:
- balance at the beginning of the period;
- accrued for the period;
- paid for the period.
*Amount includes subscription fee and VAT.
View details
You can view details for the previous six months and for the current period.
Select the period of interest to us in the first drop-down list:
* If you have a tablet/modem, enter PUK1 to view details.
Order an invoice by email
To order an invoice and receive it in ISSA A1, you must indicate the delivery method in the section Changing the delivery method/address.
After completing the settings, a field for selecting a period will appear on the invoice ordering page.
* An invoice can be ordered on any day except the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of each month.
After registration, a file with details will be sent to your email address.
Changing the delivery method/address
There are 2 ways to receive invoices:
- receives himself;
- by email.
* By default, you can order an invoice yourself. To do this, you need to contact A1 company centers.
To receive an invoice in your personal account, click “Change”.
An invoice for communication services will be sent to the email address you provided (in PDF format). When you select the optional Excel media, you will additionally receive invoices in Excel format
The page displays information about the current e-mail and account forms.
Click the “Change current e-mail” button.
Enter the email address where invoices will be sent and select the invoice format: PDF or PDF + Excel.
At the last step, we check the correctness of the entered data. Settings are complete.
You can view when and which invoices were delivered to you for a specified period.
Transactions with tariff plans and services
Subscribers are given the opportunity to connect and disconnect additional services and carry out transactions with tariff plans.
In this section you can change your tariff and view your shift history:
Operations with TP
To change the tariff plan, click on the “Change TP” button.
Select the tariff that interests you from the list.
When you click on the name, you will be taken to a page with a detailed description of the service.
Click “Change”, and in the last step we confirm by clicking on the “Yes” button.
Subscriber services
The page displays a list of connected services: service name, connection date, status.
Using the menu below you can add or remove a service.
When connecting, you will be offered a list in the form of a table with the name, connection fee and subscription fee.
To change the number, you need to select it using the mask. Use % for numbers, the choice of which can be arbitrary, and click the “Select number” button.
You can select a room category from the drop-down menu:
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Simple
* A total of 5 attempts to select a number. After this limit has been exhausted, the next opportunity will be in about a day.
Allows you to connect an additional package to use Internet traffic.
Favorite number
This service is not available to all tariff plan subscribers. To clarify information, use the help desk number: 150.
Pause
Connection conditions:
- For the day the service is connected, the subscription fee for the tariff plan and additional services is debited daily according to the subscriber's tariff plan without taking into account.
- Starting from the day following the day of service activation, 50% of the tariff plan subscription fee is charged. If a discount is provided on the subscription fee of a tariff plan, 50% of the discounted subscription fee will be charged.
- Additional subscription fees are not charged from the day following the day of connection.
If you want to get settings, you can use this section by selecting the settings you are interested in:
- Internet;
- Video;
- Everything is not available;
- Test MMS.
The service allows you to forward incoming phone calls to another phone number.
“Voicemail” is a personal mobile answering machine that allows the subscriber to receive voice messages if his mobile phone is busy, does not answer, is turned off or is out of range of the A1 network.
“Plus” package is an extended package of functions that allows you to receive copies of voice and fax messages by e-mail.
