How to lose a client. Step-by-step instructions from Tele2.

regularly updates the terms of service for its subscribers, offering more and more interesting tariffs and services. Moreover, it can be noted that their cost remains virtually unchanged. The tariff plan “My Online” (“Tele2”), reviews of which will be given in the current article, appeared on the market relatively recently. However, in such a short time it has already proven itself well and began to be used by many subscribers of the operator. Let's take a closer look at what the alternative communication service provider offers us and what opinions customers have about using the new line of tariff plans.

Description of the My Online tariff plan

Before presenting subscriber reviews for the “My Online” (“Tele2”) tariff plan and highlighting the main advantages and disadvantages, it should be recalled what the conditions of this tariff are. Please note that the cost and volume of packages will be given relative to the Moscow region, which means that in other regions of the country there may be different figures for these indicators.

So, for 399 rubles per month, the subscriber receives packages of the following services:

  • twelve gigabytes of Internet traffic;
  • no limit on the use of instant messengers and social networks;
  • five hundred minutes for calls to any number in the country (mobile and fixed line);
  • unlimited calls to your network numbers (both within your home region and throughout the country);
  • 50 messages to be sent to any number across the country.

How is excess of the established volume of services paid?

  • Internet – additional 500 MB – 500 rubles;
  • calls – 1.95 rub./min. to numbers of other operators, when traveling around the country, outgoing calls to any numbers in the Russian Federation are charged at 5 rubles per minute, and incoming calls are free;
  • messages – 1.95 rub. to any numbers, 5 rubles. MMS and 5.5 rub. outgoing SMS to phones of international operators.

Important! The cost of the tariff depends on the region of residence. The article shows prices for Moscow. You can get information about how much the tariff costs in your region, republic or region by calling 611.

The table below shows the main conditions offered by the Tele2 “My Online” tariff in the largest cities of the country and their regions.

What is the "More" option?

This option allows you to use the Internet beyond the monthly fee. The client can sequentially order five packages of 500 MB at a price of 50 rubles each. After they are exhausted, access to the World Wide Web is temporarily blocked.

Important! Subscribers who do not want to connect an additional Internet traffic package after the end of the main volume should refuse the “More” option. To do this, you need to dial the combination *155*310#.

Additional services within the tariff

Each client who has subscribed to the “My Online” tariff can contact a subscriber located outside the country. The price per minute of conversation is determined by the degree of remoteness of the country and does not depend on the region of residence:

  • CIS countries – 30 rubles;
  • Europe and the Baltic countries – 49 rubles;
  • other countries – 69 rubles.

The ability to send one SMS message to a foreign user will cost 5.5 rubles. A minute of conversation via satellite communication costs 240 rubles. It is also possible to send multimedia messages, prices for which vary by region.

How is the subscription fee charged?

The full amount of the subscription fee is charged at the time of connection to the tariff plan, then debited in multiples of a month if there is enough money in the account. If the required balance is not available at the time of debiting, Internet access is suspended and the basic terms of the tariff come into force.

Description of the My Online+ tariff plan

We should also remind you of such a TP as “My Online+”. What will a subscriber get by activating it on his number for a subscription fee of 799 rubles per month?

This:

  • thirty gigabytes of Internet traffic;
  • unlimited use of instant messengers and social networks;
  • 1500 minutes for calls to any number in the country (mobile and fixed line);
  • unlimited calls to your network numbers (both within your home region and throughout the country);
  • 50 messages to be sent to any number across the country.

Of course, the conditions are quite attractive. However, before switching to TP, you should read the reviews of Tele2 “My Online Plus”.

Tele2 operator coverage map

Before connecting to the Internet from Tele2, you need to make sure that the operator’s network works well in your region and city. Go to the official Tele2 website and in the “Coverage Map” tab, enter your address or at least the name of your locality.

The Tele2 coverage map includes quite a few regions, so this provider is not suitable for every resident of Russia

The operator's coverage area is quite small - it includes some eastern and southern regions of Russia (Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region, Moscow Region and others).

Advantages of using tariff plans from the operator

It is worth noting two obvious advantages of the Tele2 operator:

  • the ability to use unused gigabytes in the next billing period (in other words, if it was not possible to spend the entire amount of traffic in a month, then it is enough to top up the balance on time, wait for the subscription fee to be charged and continue to use the remaining traffic, receiving a new gigabyte package);
  • the ability to exchange minutes for gigabytes is a new feature that allows the subscriber to independently manage service packages paid under the “My Online” tariff plan “Tele2” (reviews of which will be given below).

Is it worth switching to new tariff plans?

In order to decide to change the tariff plan, you should determine:

  • why you are not satisfied with the current tariff plan (high price, insufficient volume of services, poor communication quality, etc.);
  • are the terms of the new tariff more favorable than those currently available;
  • whether the volume of services offered within a specific tariff will be sufficient.

And yet, whatever the answers to these questions, you can’t think of a more favorable tariff than “My Online” “Tele2” (reviews about it and about the “My Online+” tariff plan are given below). However, if you have a need for more minutes or gigabytes, then you can safely choose a tariff with a “plus” sign.

Tele 2 reviews

4G internet at a relatively cheap price compared to competitors, although I had read reviews before, both good and bad. Well, as they say, fifty fifty, I didn’t believe it, but in vain. If the connection can still be called not good, but acceptable (where it exists), then you can forget about the normal Internet, it’s hard, pages don’t load, or very slowly, applications are stupid and don’t work, one wonders, why the hell do you need such a mobile connection and Internet, on the street it seems to be getting a connection, you go into the building and oops, but no, not even a single bar on the phone, and the beeline on the other SIM card shows at least 3G and not only shows, but also works. By the way, before the transfer, I specifically called Tele2 and asked if there is no Tele2 coverage area, then in which operator’s network is the SIM card registered (since for work I have to travel to places where there is no Tele2 coverage area) they say - Beeline, well then , great, just in case, let me clarify, that is, if I am outside the coverage area (not outside the region, but just the coverage area), will my SIM card be automatically registered in the Beeline network? To which I receive an affirmative answer - yes, of course. Ok, I’m writing an application and blah blah blah, in general, the traditional procedure for porting a number, we wait 8 days. But you can already use a SIM card with a temporary number and here is happiness, in 2 days I’m on a business trip, I’m leaving 60 km from the city, there’s no tele2, but there’s a beeline, no reaction, the SIM card just doesn’t find the network, or rather it finds it, but doesn’t register . Work is work, there was no time to be distracted, I gave up, I think I’ll figure it out later, maybe some kind of glitch occurred. I return home in the evening, I call technical support, they say it’s already late, the usual “babblers” on the line do not have access to such information, only their bosses, who are no longer there, since their working day is over, as in the movie “Come Tomorrow”, I think it’s normal, but if I really needed a connection and there was no alternative, then what? In general, I call back the next day, during working hours, I explain the situation, and the “balabol” on the other side tells me, well, you should have contacted me when you had a problem, but now you don’t have it, I think, he’s a complete idiot, what if I had there was 1 SIM card tele2, why would I call you, from a “rag”, in the middle of the highway, I tried to explain to him that the SIM card was not registered either manually or automatically, there (where there was no tele2 connection) and now where there is a tele2 connection, in manual mode, registration in the Beeline network does not occur (although it should), I asked to accept the appeal and deal with the problem, this “flaw” began to chew on me that they did not have such statements and he could not accept it, they bickered for a long time, finally this heresy got to me , hung up, well, I think maybe the SIM card is temporary and the number is being transferred, some restrictions or something like that is working, okay, I think I’ll wait until the number is transferred and try again. Voila, the number was transferred to Tele2, I threw out the old SIM card, and then I had to go to the clinic in the city, I go to the 1st floor and again, but Tele2 doesn’t pick up, the beeline is working, but the SIM card is not registered in the Beeline network. I call technical support, explain the situation, another “balabol” begins to “sit on my ears”, I still seek “feedback” and it turns out that TV barely2 within the region is not registered in the Beeline network (well, this is according to technical support), only in those regions where there is no TV2 at all, although what kind of “features” are these? So think 10, no, better 100 times before choosing this company. I hope my review will help many save their money, nerves and always be in touch, so take a look at other operators, you won’t regret it.

“My online” “Tele2” customer reviews: advantages

Among the advantages that we consider in the current article of tariff plans, which were noted by subscribers, the following points can be highlighted:

  • favorable cost - in comparison with the tariffs of the big three operators;
  • the ability to unlimitedly use social networks (traffic for communication on WhatsApp, Viber, VKontakte, Facebook, etc. is not taken into account);
  • the ability to use Internet packages “to the end”;
  • the ability to “transform” the tariff by adding the required number of services (when choosing a tariff plan on the website there is actually such an opportunity) for a certain fee, which will be added to the basic monthly payment for the tariff;
  • exchanging minutes for a certain amount of traffic is especially important, because it is not always possible to “speak out” the entire volume, and gigabytes are always useful on the Internet.

How to connect or disconnect TV from Tele2

To start using TV, you first need to download and install a special application, which we talked about earlier in this article:

  1. Go to the Play Market or App Store from your mobile phone (depending on the device). Find the Tele2 TV application through the search bar.

    Enter “Tele2 TV” in the search to find the application you need

  2. Click Install. The utility store will download and install the program itself.

    Click on “Install” for the system to download and then install the program on your phone

  3. Launch it and register with the service. To do this, enter your Tele2 phone number, and then type the code that will be sent to you via SMS from the operator.
  4. Decide on the package you want to purchase and click “Connect”. If it's a basic package, you'll be free for a week and will be charged according to your plan after that.
  5. If you decide that you do not need the TV service, deactivate it in your personal account on the website, similar to turning off the Internet (detailed instructions in the section above in this article). Remember that if you turn off your TV subscription and then want to activate it again, you will not be provided with a free period of use a second time . You can disable a particular TV package in the application itself in a special section.

If you want to completely disable your TV subscription and deactivate your account, you must enter the USSD command *225*0# on your device and press the call button - the operator will immediately disconnect you from the service.

Tariff “My Online” “Tele2” reviews: disadvantages

As with any service, the “My Online” and “My Online+” tariff plans have their own negative nuances – they were noted by subscribers in their reviews:

  • low Internet speed (compared to other operators), the 4G network declared by the operator is rarely represented;
  • poor communication quality, according to clients, this is especially noticeable indoors;
  • traffic on social networks is not completely unlimited - some actions carried out in instant messengers and social networks still consume megabytes from the package;
  • small volume of SMS package for the “My Online+” tariff plan;
  • The transfer of balances is carried out for a short period of time - only for one month, after which they still burn out.

Similar ones can be found for the Tele2 tariff “My Online Plus” reviews. Most subscribers are satisfied with their choice and note that the TP really compares favorably with competitors’ offers. Some clients do not see anything remarkable and note the shortcomings of communication services - data transfer speed and voice quality. At the same time, everyone unanimously notes that the cost of the tariff plan is attractive in comparison with the tariffs of other operators.

conclusions

Based on the reviews given for the “My Online” tariff plan “Tele2” (Moscow), we can say with confidence that the operator’s recently updated line of tariffs is very popular. Of course, there will always be subscribers who can find negative aspects that may also be present. At the same time, it is impossible not to agree that Tele2 offers the best price/quality ratio, taking into account the preferences of its users. The mere fact that the subscriber himself can exchange unnecessary minutes for gigabytes significantly increases the company’s rating.
