5.4. The Payer is responsible for any actions of third parties committed on behalf of the Payer through the use of the Payer's Bank card when making an Internet payment.
5.5. The holder of a bank card, when making payments using electronic means of payment and using devices connected to the Internet and providing the possibility of remote payment, has the right to demand from PJSC Tattelecom to transfer to him a cash receipt in electronic form.
For these purposes, the bank card holder must, before making payments, indicate the email address to which the cash receipt should be sent.
In this case, PJSC Tattelecom is obliged to send the bank card holder to the email address specified by him a cashier's receipt about the payments made by the bank card holder in favor of PJSC Tattelecom.
The parties have agreed that if the holder of a bank card indicates an email address, the holder thereby:
- assures PJSC Tattelecom that the specified email address belongs to the bank card holder;
- expresses his full and unconditional consent to receive a cash receipt to the email address specified by the bank card holder;
- expresses full consent to the processing of personal data of the bank card holder (including the transfer of such personal data to the fiscal data operator and (or) other persons with whom PJSC Tattelecom has concluded relevant agreements), associated with the need to send the bank card holder the specified cash receipt to the address email (namely: subscriber number, email address, payment amount, payment date and other data that allows PJSC Tattelecom to fulfill the obligation to send a cash receipt to the bank card holder).
Processing of personal data and withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data is carried out in the manner prescribed by this public offer.
The bank card holder bears the entire risk of the correctness of the specified email address.
The parties agreed that if the bank card holder withdraws consent to the processing of his personal data, the holder simultaneously refuses to send cash receipts or strict reporting forms to the email address when paying from the moment PJSC Tattelecom processes the user’s application for refusal processing of his personal data.
5.6. By accepting the terms of these rules for payment for communication services via online payment, the user expresses:
- full and unconditional consent to receive advertising and other information from PJSC Tattelecom and partners of PJSC Tattelecom who are involved in providing services to the user via telecommunication networks;
- full and unconditional consent to direct contacts with the user for the purpose of promoting goods, works, and partners of PJSC Tattelecom, including sending advertising and other information to email addresses that have become available to PJSC Tattelecom and (or) partners of PJSC Tattelecom due to the provision of service in accordance with these rules for payment for communication services.
