    How to do the detailing yourself?

    To know all the details of your expenses by number, down to the time of the call and the number of the recipient you called for a certain period of time, the user of your Personal Account can use the Call Details service.

    What is call detailing? How to view calls and get a detailed printout that displays all your actions when using mobile communications? “Conversation details” is a one-time service that contains detailed information about incoming and received calls, sent and received SMS and MMS, and consumed Internet traffic. You can order call details for any period over the last six months for free.

    Important! Using the My MTS mobile application, you can only view expenses for today by ordering it in the Services section - in the Expense Control column. It will be sent to the subscriber as a grouped SMS message on the phone. The service is free.

    In order to do the Detailing yourself, you need to log into your Personal Account on the full version of the MTS website. Go to the Personal Account Menu, go to the Account section, and then go to the Expense Control section.

    Find the item “Conversation details” and go to this section.

    Select the time period you are interested in for detailing from those suggested, or select the period yourself according to the calendar.

    Then select the delivery method - directly to your Personal Account or to your email address. When choosing the option with mail, you need to enter your address in the appropriate field and click “Next”.

    Then you need to select the document format that is convenient for you: XML, HTML, PDF or XLS and press the “Next” button.

    In the window that opens, press the “Order” button. After which you will see a window confirming the order Details. After which the Internet assistant will send you the ordered documents using the method you have chosen.

    The Detail ordering service is provided by the operator free of charge and no funds will be debited from your account.

    Important! You can only get the history of your actions for the last 6 months. Details of earlier operations are not provided by the provider.

    Messages – send, save, view

    Using the Personal Account gives the subscriber the opportunity to write and send messages directly through the service portal. That is, you can use a personal computer or laptop to send SMS. This can be done from the main page of the service - in the center there is a special form for sending messages.

    Sending MMS can also be done from a special form on the service.

    For those who want to save all their SMS messages and not lose them even when changing the SIM card, by creating their own personal archive, there is an additional SMS Pro service, which can only be activated on the MTS website in the subscriber’s Personal Account. The archiving service is paid and has a limit on the volume of saved messages. How to read SMS uploaded to the archive on the site?     For the exchange of short and multimedia messages, the operator has also created a special client that is installed on the computer. The client is called “SMS/MMS from a computer” and works in browsers or email programs. You can download the client in your Personal Account on the website, on the Mobile Communications tab, in the Messages section.

    Using the client, the subscriber will be able to both view MMS and SMS messages and send them. All messages sent using the client are paid. The cost for them is the same for all tariffs: SMS - 1 ruble, and MMS - 3.5 rubles. The client is linked to your number and the funds are debited from your balance.

    Important! If you are using the client on a personal computer, be sure to review any restrictions on sending multimedia messages. If you do not take into account all the parameters sent by MMS, you may find yourself in a situation where funds for the transfer will be charged and viewing the message will be unavailable.

    Personal account options for modem and router users

    In the Personal Account, in the “Home Internet and TV” section, the subscriber can receive documentary and video assistance for independently setting up his equipment sold by MTS - modems for mobile and wired communications and wi-fi routers.

    Also in the section for selecting or changing a tariff, you can purchase or switch to tariffs such as Connect 4, MTS Tablet, which are suitable for using mobile communications capabilities on stationary equipment or tablet-type devices.

    How to log into your personal account from a tablet

    There are two options for logging into a subscriber’s personal account from a tablet:

    1. If a SIM card is not installed in the tablet, then you need to have a smartphone with it installed on hand. Then the login process from the tablet will be carried out in the same way as from a computer - by requesting a password on the official MTS website (the algorithm of actions is given in the previous section).
    2. If the SIM card with the number for which you want to create a personal account is installed in the tablet, then you will need to download a special application. The My MTS application works on both mobile phones and tablets.

    After downloading and installing the program on your tablet, proceed as follows:

    Step.1 Launch the application and give all the necessary permissions. Several pages in a row will be educational. If you already know how to use the app, click Skip one by one.     Login using contract numbers is required for users of home Internet and MTS satellite television. They must go through a complex, lengthy registration procedure using documents for the provision of services and their passport data. Follow the algorithm:
