Internet assistant www MTS ru is an excellent service that is available completely free of charge to all subscribers of one of the largest operators not only in the Russian Federation, but also in Ukraine, as well as the Republic of Belarus. But why is it used? This needs to be sorted out.

But the widespread spread of the Internet has led to the fact that users themselves can and want to control their expenses, manage their profiles, and this opportunity, sooner or later, had to be translated into reality.

This is exactly how, in due time, an Internet assistant appeared, a service that is available to users using it in different countries in the by, ru and ua domain zone.

How to register in the application?

After opening the application we will see the main download page.

Next will be hints that you can skip by swiping them to the left.

Important! At this step, you will also see a pop-up window to confirm that notifications have been sent to you. We recommend that you click on the “Allow” button so as not to miss anything important.

So, in the first step we get to the login page. To register, click on the “Login” button.

In the second step, if you are not registered in the Internet Assistant, click on the “Registration” button.

If you already have an account, then simply enter your login (your phone number) and password.

In the third step, enter the phone number used on the installed SIM card and come up with a password (from 4 to 10 characters).

If you do not turn it off, you will see the following message.

If registration is successful, you will see a message saying “Successful”.

The last step will ask you to enter a four-character password, which you will need to enter each time you open the program. Enter it 2 times.

That's it, registration is completed, now you can fully use the application.

Provision of services and payment

All calls you make using this service are free, but only in your region.

If you are in a roaming zone, then calls will become paid and will be charged depending on the region in which you are located, the region in which the SIM card is registered and the tariff plan.

Thus, if you do not intend to leave the region, then it will be enough to simply pay the subscription fee (60 rubles).

However, some services provided by the service are themselves paid, for example, these are various services that relate to increasing Internet traffic beyond what is specified in the tariff.

That is, when using the service, such an option may be enabled and money will be debited, therefore, you should be more careful.

The amount of money that will be debited is usually indicated in the description of the service when you select it.

Order details

There are 2 options for detailing: detailed balance report and detailing of conversations.

The detailed report is free. In the second step, we indicate your email address and the report format PDF or HTML. Click the “Order” button. The detailing period is one month.

Conversation detailing is a paid service. The cost of the report per day is 0.08 rubles. You can select the period. Specify your email, report format and click on the “Order” button.

payment history

Displays your balance replenishment for a certain period. It is possible to select periods: week, month, 6 months, specify the period.

Share balance

A convenient function to send money to another subscriber. It is enough to indicate the transfer amount and the mobile number where you want to send.

In the second step, we check the correctness of the entered data and click the “Confirm” button.

Promotions page

Contains a list of profitable offers from MTS. Offers are divided into categories: special offer, equipment, mobile communications, mobile Internet, home Internet.

Internet page

Displays your current balance in megabytes, the balance in excess of your traffic (open Internet), and the ability to check the connection speed from your current geolocation.

Usage

Using this application is very simple; in particular, there are a number of short commands that simplify and speed up the process of using the service.
This command is typed into the service input field.

After this, you need to press the call button in order to make the request.

The dialing features are due to the fact that the mobile assistant’s operating algorithm is similar to USSD commands - by dialing 111, you open the service menu, and you need to go through its items, dialing additional numbers.

For example, in the case of bill details, you actually need to call 111, select item 1 in the menu that opens, and then do it again in the next menu.

But this approach is extremely inconvenient, for this reason there are a number of commands to speed up the operation process.
