This can be done using the operator’s proprietary application (My lifecell, My Vodafone or My Kyivstar), by dialing a special USSD command, contacting customer support or calling the operator’s information and service center.

Using a special USSD command
Engineers at the Kyivstar operator came up with a USSD code designed solely so that subscribers could find out their tariff plan. To enter this code, use the dialer. Open it, enter *100*01*2# and click on the call button. After completing the request, the name of the tariff will be displayed on the phone screen.
Through the website or My Kyivstar application
The Kyivstar company did not stand aside and developed its own self-service system. My Kyivstar is a service like My lifecell and My Vodafone, implemented in the form of a mobile application and website. With its help, you can check and top up your balance, see what the funds were spent on, as well as find out the current tariff plan and switch to a new one.
The My Kyivstar application is available for both Android smartphones and iPhone. After you install the program from Google Play or the App Store, open it and go through the registration process. Enter your number and click on the “Next” button, after which an SMS from Kyivstar containing a four-digit code will be sent to your smartphone. The password will be valid for three minutes, so do not hesitate to enter it. Copy the code and paste it into the appropriate field in the My Kyivstar application. You will also have to set a PIN code or enable fingerprint or face authentication. In the future, login will be carried out using the selected authentication method.
Immediately after launching the program, the main page will open, on which the name of the tariff plan will be displayed.
In addition to the application, Kyivstar subscribers can use the web version of the service. To log in, go to https://account.kyivstar.ua, enter your phone number, and then enter the one-time PIN code that will be sent to you via SMS. Before you go through the authorization procedure in the application or on the website, you must obtain a Super Password. To do this, you need to send an SMS with the text “PAROL” to number 123.
