Problems I faced
- Facetime and call history combined from two phones. I activated a 1TB subscription under my account, and set up my account as the main one on my wife’s phone. After some time, the entire call history on both phones was merged. Call history syncs when you turn on Facetime. By default (most likely) the main account is used to synchronize calls (or from the Facetime settings + main account). Maybe it's just an iCloud bug, but I had to create a separate account for Facetime and iMessage. In addition, a phone number is an excellent account for these services.
- Outdated notes in iCloud on my wife's account. When I disabled her account from the main settings, I made sure that everything was synced and available on the web version of iCloud.com. When I connected Notes as a secondary account, notes from a year ago were loaded onto my phone. Attempts to download current notes (I saw them in the web version) were unsuccessful. I had to manually transfer all 60 notes. I wrote about how I store my notes in the article “Everything for working with text.”
- I had to give up “sharing my geolocation.” There is only one account and offers to share from it, choosing which phone to do it from. We have become very accustomed to this service over several years, but we can live without it, it’s a matter of priorities.
Chromium
In Chrome, you'll find a list of all your Google accounts, but you can't conveniently switch between them or make custom settings.
However, you can choose which account to sync Chrome with. Go to Settings and tap your current Google account ( sync with ). In the list of linked accounts, click Sync , then Sync with , and select the account you want.
You can keep data from the two accounts separately or delete data from the previous account, although it will be available when you sign in again. Finally, sign in to your new account to start syncing your Chrome profile data with it.
Calendar
Your calendar can display events from multiple sources. Not only can you manage multiple calendars under one account, but you can also manage them from multiple accounts.
Open the app, tap the hamburger icon , and view the list of calendars under each of your Google accounts. While you can't deselect entire accounts here (you'll need to do that in your Google Android account settings as described above), you can deselect all calendars listed in a specific profile.
By scrolling all the way down and tapping Settings , you can select each calendar and change its individual settings, such as color notifications or default notifications.
Can I do the same for other accounts?
Yes, but not for many. For example, Facebook, Skype, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Dropbox only allow one user ID per device. You can set up additional accounts for other email clients, and other apps may support multiple identities as well.
However, you can run multiple copies of the same app on Android using a third-party app called Parallel Space. You can then associate each application with a different user account.
Via Play Market
So, you have an account, what to do next?
Connect to the Internet, and then open the Play Market.
Since your device is not linked to an account, you will be prompted to sign in. Click on the button of the same name.
Next, enter your account login and click “Next”.
The next step is to specify your account password. After that, click "Next".
If the data was entered correctly, a page will open in front of you asking you to link your phone number to your account. Whether to do it or not is up to you to decide. At the bottom of the page you will be able to refuse the action.
Next, a page will open with the terms of use of Google services. Read them and, if you agree, accept them. If you do not agree, you will have to stop using the Play Market.
The next step is to indicate whether you want to save a backup. Here you decide for yourself whether to save or not. Then tap “Accept”.
The Play Market start page with applications has opened, which says one thing - you did everything right.
Removal procedure
To delete a profile, do the following on your Android smartphone:
That's it, now this profile is not linked to your device.
Please note that in this way you do not delete the account as a whole, but only unlink it from your smartphone. It will still exist, and even moreover, it will contain all the data that you managed to download and synchronize with your account. Later you can even link it back to your smartphone.
To delete a profile, go to google.com and delete it in the settings.
How to change account
If you have several accounts connected to your phone, you can switch between them, choose where to store backups, and change other settings. How to change account on Android:
Step 1 . From the application menu, launch Settings.
Step 2 . In the “Personal Information” section, find and select “Backup and Reset”.
Step 3 . Click on the line “Reservation Account”.
Step 4 . A list of Google accounts connected on the device appears. Select the one you need to change your account on your phone.
Step 5 . Return to the “Personal Data” section and here click on the “Accounts” line.
Step 6 . Select Google to open and view a list of connected accounts.
Step 7 . In the top right corner, click on the "Show more" button (represented by three dots) and select "Cancel sync" to set up a manual backup. After that, click on the desired one if you want to change the account.
Step 8 . A page with detailed information will open. Configure all the necessary settings for data synchronization. If you use multiple accounts, you can allow or disable the backup of certain types of data (for example, contacts or calendar) for different accounts.
Step 9 . If you want to completely remove a previously connected account from your device, click on the “Show more” icon (in the upper right corner), and then select “Delete account”.
Step 10 . A warning will appear on the screen. Click “Delete Account” again, and your contacts and other data will be deleted from your device.
Now you know how to change your Google account to Android. You can delete or add another account at any time. After that, be sure to adjust your sync and privacy settings if you plan to access the data on another device (such as a tablet or PC).
Game Store
Play Store also supports multiple accounts. Click the hamburger icon to expand your account options.
My Apps and Games is an interesting Google Play feature if you use the same account on two different devices or transfer your account to a new device. The Play Store keeps a record of any apps you've ever installed until you remove them from your library by tapping the X
So here you can find applications that you have used in the past, perhaps on another device, and install them. Unfortunately, you can no longer bulk install apps from this screen.
App Cloner
In this application, clones work in parallel and completely independently of the original games and programs. They are not automatically updated, which means that, if necessary, you can save the old version of the application and use it along with the new one.
For clones, detailed icon settings are available with the ability to change the color, rotate it, or add an icon on top. The Premium version provides options for data protection with a password, incognito mode and a ban on the use of mobile networks for duplicate applications.

Gmail
If you chose to sync your Gmail account, you will now see two or more accounts listed in the Gmail app.
You can customize your incoming messages and notifications through your account settings menu. With Gmail open, tap the hamburger icon in the top left corner, then scroll down to the very bottom of the list of shortcuts and tap Settings . Select the account you want to change settings for and make the changes.

MoChat
When you first launch MoChat, you will be prompted to add accounts for only a few popular applications, but after the start window you will be able to access the full list. For each clone, you can place an icon on your desktop, which will be highlighted with a purple corner. This will help you avoid getting confused.
The service allows you to use more than three accounts at the same time and quickly switch between them. MoChat is fast enough and not visually overloaded, but the list of applications supported for cloning is still somewhat smaller than its counterparts.
