Registration

To register, your company must already have an agreement with Rostelecom. A personal account is created after your company has connected all the services it needs - this is a kind of additional step when connecting.

Legal entities cannot simply go online and register - this is done only through an application. You can submit it:

  1. In the Rostelecom office itself.
  2. With the help of your personal manager.
  3. Submission through the Rostelecom website in the Legal Entities section.

Statement

Has a clear form and requires that it contain the following information:

  1. About the organization – name (in full), TIN, name of representative, contacts.
  2. About the contract - number and personal account.
  3. Login - may have been issued during the conclusion of the contract, and must be specified in order to be able to use it.

How to register a personal account

The registration procedure assumes that the enterprise/company is already a user of the provider’s Internet products, but does not yet have a personal account of a legal entity.

This is due to the status of a legal entity, and at the first stage you will have to collect a more voluminous package of documents, which includes:

  • Charter of the organization (company, society, etc.);
  • Copy of TIN;
  • A copy of the certificate of inclusion of the company in the list of organizations by the state register;
  • Contact information, as well as bank details;
  • Document of authority (power of attorney for those employees who act on behalf of the company and its management). The power of attorney is drawn up on Rostelecom letterhead.

The service agreement is not the only document in the organization’s relationship with the provider. It is also necessary to submit an application on Rostelecom letterhead to connect a corporate account. The application must contain the following information:

An application with the above documents is sent to Rostelecom. Sending correspondence can be done in three ways:

  • Registered letter with a complete list of all enclosed documents. In this case, the letter with the inventory can be delivered in person at the nearest office of the provider, which can be found on the official website of Rostelecom;
  • Send scanned copies of documents to [email protected] ;
  • Send scanned copies of documents via the Rostelecom web service (upload each document).

For the latter option, you will need to fill out a special form in which you must indicate:

  • Full details of the manager (full name);
  • Contact information;
  • Name of the organization;
  • company tax identification number;
  • Legal address;
  • Preferred time for communication and connection (written in the comments);
  • Upload files that are no larger than 10 megabytes.

After sending the documents and application, a Rostelecom employee will contact you at the specified contacts to clarify the details. If everything is fine, then you will receive a letter to the email address specified in the application, which will contain authorization data for your personal account.

How to get an 8800 number

When a company’s client sees an 8-800* number, his trust in this store, ad, and so on is at a high level. This is not a modest mobile phone number, this is almost an official address in his eyes. Rostelecom provides companies with the opportunity to have such a number.

In the corresponding section of your personal account “Telephony”, you can select the number you like from the numbers presented and send a connection request. For the first week, the number will function in testing mode, that is, you can check the quality and usability of this number for seven days.
