By phone 069 they explained to me that the Yaroslavl branch of the company did not provide telephone numbers for contacting clients and that I needed to go personally to the addresses (the addresses were named - Komsomolskaya 22, Volodarsky, Ordzhonikidze). Then, when I wrote a statement at the office, they told me that the foreman would determine the scope of work on site and tell me the cost, although they don’t work on Saturdays and Sundays, only on weekdays (which is also extremely inconvenient - you have to take time off from work). The master called in the morning on the appointed day and asked what I needed to do (even though I wrote everything in the application) and told me what time he would arrive, I took time off from work for this time. He also stated that I needed 2 sockets and additional wires. I told him that he should come first and see what is needed locally, and then tell me what I need to buy. As a result, he arrived 1 hour earlier (luckily the child was on vacation and let him in), there, without looking at what kind of phone I had, he began to stretch two wires and two sockets (I bought a new two-handed phone). He also stated that he would not lay wires through the cable channel, but would simply throw them to me, and I would hide them myself. The moment came when it was necessary to check whether the phone was working. I had to connect the phone to these wires myself and make calls. As a result, when I started looking for where I needed to plug in the second outlet, I couldn’t find such a place on the second handset!!!! It turns out that no wires are needed to the radiotelephone for the second handset!!! Can you imagine how shocked I was! Okay, I’m a “stump”, but he’s a master “specialist” of a service organization. When I started yelling - why did he give me a second wire and socket - he answered me: “I shouldn’t understand anything about your technology at all, you owe me: 1. Open the cable channels. 2. Point your finger at where and how many sockets there will be. 3. Install electrical outlets yourself. 4. Close the cable channels yourself. My job is just to throw the wires.
